Rate is a weekly rate. Small park so sites are tight but they do have a section for parking tow vehicles if they do not fit in site with rig. Very clean. Staff friendly. Great location for visiting Ventura and Oxnard from. Is close to main street but used ac so no street noise. Good cable and all hookups worked properly. Grocery, pharmacy and fast food very close. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Let's start with the office hours, 1 to 6pm Monday thru Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Campground is in town and noise from Harvard Blvd is pretty constant. Sites are very close. Wi-fi is poor. The morning I was leaving maintenance was blowing the asphalt creating dust. Wouldn't have been bad but my just cleaned truck windows were covered in dust. When I exited the campground my hitch bottomed out. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very much enjoyed my one week stay at the Mountain View RV Park. Check in was friendly and easy and I was given a nice site next to a pretty grass lawn and a fire pit. The park was nearly full but dead quiet throughout my entire stay. The only noise came from the property behind the park and it was minimal. Friendly neighbors in this park. Yes there are ants, as they point out at check in, but not one of them entered my trailer in a week. Would gladly return and will! We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Yanira's bakery and Tacos Preferidos are within walking disctance and are both fantastic. Santa Paula Steak and Hoagie 2 min drive and also excellent. Main street is lovely. Take a day trip to Ojai, just 25 minutes away.

Not much to it, but what is there, is good. Sites are paved, but tight. Cable provided, but lots of local channels. Little area for pets. No laundry. WiFi is OK, but cuts off from time to time. But a very clean park. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

+ 6 paved sites are level front to rear and side to side; elec is OK [voltmeter at 110 with space heater and hott rodd on]; noise from street is not objectionable; park is within walking distance to supermarket, hardware, pharmacy; and some restaurants

- 4 no bathrooms or laundry; office only open from noon to 6 M-F; sites are narrow with minimal privacy hedges; no rigs older than 12 years allowed; no cable; free wi-fi is spotty, as is maintenance

We do like being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Roads and sites are very tight and it's hard to negotiate into your site due to strategically placed lamps and plants. No extra room to hang around outside your rig. Park Wi-Fi is slow. Decent 4G Verizon signal, but slow too. Plenty of constant noise from neighboring roads and highway. One mile to downtown Santa Paula where there are some beautiful murals. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Park is tight for large rigs. Site was level with utilities located in the right spot. If you have slides it's hard to sit beside your rig in the middle area. Ants are all over in this park because it was once an orchard. In 48 hours we had them in our coach--bummer. Management does spray for the ants because they want no chemicals. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

+ 7 Asphalt pull through; shrubs in between sites, level [front sloped slightly, but no need for leveling blocks]. A small park with very accommodating managers. -3 Downside: sites are narrow, electric outlets are old; shrubs not high enough for good privacy We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The price is based upon the 4 week rate. This is a very nice park in Santa Paula. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included in price. The two managers are the nicest and most accommodating I have met! They maintain the park everyday, so the park is immaculate. No pool, but there is a large hot tub available only to the RV park. There is a mobile home park behind the RV park. Best deal in Ventura County. I will return whenever I visit family here. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

I just completed a pretty long-term stay at Mountain View and unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone and everyone visiting Santa Paula. The managers are two of the nicest, most accommodating people I know and will do anything to help you out. Spaces are paved, level and clean. Long termers in the park are extremely friendly and welcoming to new people and go out of their way to provide local information and assistance to visitors. Utilities are stable, cable TV has lots of channels and the Wi-Fi works. Short or long term stay, this park and the people who run it are first class. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

No bathrooms or laundry. Self contained units only accepted. RV park is an extension of a large mobile home park. Friendly managers and staff. We had to move from our site as bigger unit than ours would not fit assigned site and was given ours while we were out. Phone ahead to confirm site size as only a few big rig sites available. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.
