Drove through this park last winter and decided to stay over Memorial Day weekend. What a gem this place is. The facilities are in overall great shape and kept clean with multiple restroom facilities throughout. The are big-rig friendly and sites vary from pull throughs with about 8 ft. between adjacent sites to back-ins around the perimeter of the park. Utilities are ok , water pressure is between 35-38lbs, utility pads are well maintained. The park is quiet with no road noise from County Road S-2. There is a small pool, several pavilions, basketball court and a community center. It is equestrian friendly with outdoor corals on the east side. Pet-friendly, lots of places to walk the dog. Wildlife abounds here with coyotes, roadrunners, jackrabbits, many species of birds and even some native ringtail cats. If you have a 4WD then there is plenty to do. Jeep trails abound in this area with plenty of fun drives and cool history. Within 30 min of Borrego Springs and Ocotillo Wells, this makes for a great base camp. The park employees are really friendly and make great sandwiches at the general store and deli. We plan on returning in the late fall. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Motorhome.

The park is real nice overall with beautiful facilities for rallies and horse groups who use the parks. Had great places to walk our dog too. The actual RV parking spots were a bit lacking with just the natural surface as the parking surface. the bushes were out of control and others were dead and needed to be removed. The full hookups were adequate. The park wifi was totally nonexistent in the spot we were in and the cell service was not available; all of which could be a good thing if you totally want to get away totally. We did enjoy our time here and would return. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Motorhome.

This campground is under new ownership and they're completely re-modeled the entire place. There's even a new lodge that is beautiful! We've camped here a few times and it's always quiet and serene. We went on a few hikes that start right at the campground and head up into the canyons. There is always so much to see, and the view from the top of the hills is amazing! The night sky has so many stars too! It's a fun place to camp or stay in your RV with their western cowboy themed decorations. There are usually hikers from the Pacific Crest Trail staying here too. They have laundry, a nice clean pool, and even little cabins to rent if tents aren't your thing. There are shade trees on almost all the spots, so nice in the summer. It gets a little windy sometimes, so don't forget your tent stakes. We hope we can come back soon! We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Tent.

Stagecoach Trails has been one of my favorite spots to stay. Because it was very reasonable, centrally located for visiting the huge Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, and there was plenty of room for everyone. All sites have full hookups. Throughout the Park are good sized Cottonwood trees. This is a equestrian park. Galvanized pipe corrals are located on two sides of the park for horse campers. The riding trails right from the park are numerous, including the Pacific Rim Trail. Anza-Borrego Desert Park surrounds the campground in this beautiful high valley. It can be a bit cold in winter, but the rest of the year would be just fine. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Travel Trailer.

Passport park, very remote area, not a good overnight park, nice park to use as base park to explore area. We would go back. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Between Julian and Anza Borrego. 150 Lazy Daze motorhomes were having a caravan here. Camped us by ourselves on other side of park. Very quiet. Great night sky! Owners were very pleasant and helpful. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV in a Travel Trailer.
