This is a very nice, small RV park. It's quiet and clean, and situated in the midst of several farms. Several pronghorn were grazing in the field behind the park when I arrived, which was a delight. There is a very convenient fenced dog run, but most of it is loose, small gravel, which my dog did not like. It's not a place to exercise your dog, just a convenient potty. A nice long walk down the dirt road next to the park did the trick, though. No cable, but 40-some over-the-air channels. The best RV park wifi I've come across. Very fast, and free. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

We did not stay here, despite having a reservation. We were looking for a place to pull in for a night and this location fit our route nicely. We had asked for a pull-through so we didn't have to drop. When I entered the office no-one was there but sign said to ring bell on desk. No bell. After calling out several times, I was greeted and informed that all he had was a back-in in the back. He made no apology - just said that's the way it was. We found a nice place in Susanville instead. The park was small, seemed well kept but was full of mostly what appeared to be long-term RVs. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very quiet and clean RV park in the middle of farm country. The owner cares a lot about the grass staying green, so it felt like a little oasis. Sites are gravel but flat and level with a picnic table. All sites are FHU with about 8 cable channels (including Discovery, History, Fox News). Sites are a bit close together but the people staying here are all quite friendly. Showers were immaculate and water gets hot fast. There is even a fenced in dog park for your pets. Best thing here is fast and reliable internet, getting 2mb/sec on speedtest.net. We also got Verizon LTE data at 70% signal strength and solid cell service, but their internet is good enough to give yourself a break on the data usage. We were in the 3rd to last site at the end (#22 back-in and shady) and internet was still solid. The only downside about our stay had nothing to do with the campground, there is construction work fixing a mile of the road in front of the park and you have to wait for a pilot car to let traffic back and forth and can get a little noisy at moments, but didn't ruin our stay at all. I'm sure another month from now, someone will be reviewing how smooth and flat the new road is. :) If we're back in this area in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The Walmart in Susanville (~12 miles) is not a Super Walmart, they have more goods than groceries (very limited). Groceries should be picked up at Safeway. Be sure to watch the sunsets here!

Very clean park and very well maintained. Obviously the owner cares about the park. Arnold was very friendly and personable. Besides being clean the WiFi worked very well. Sites are a little close but that is typical of many private parks. We just overnighted here and would stay again. Good value. I have paid a lot more and gotten less. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Passport America members, beware. Displayed on the office registration desk are two large Passport America posters stating 50% discount. Our search prior to staying here, showed no restrictions. When we arrived, the owner was on vacation and a long-term person checked us in. We were charged 20.00 and our remaining 3 nights were 29.75/night. We were told to call back the following week to resolve the difference with the owner. We did call back, and the owner was rude and impertinent and stated that he did not have to adhere to any Passport America agreement. Obviously, this was upsetting to us. A call to Passport America confirmed that we should have expected a 50% discount for the entire period of our four night stay. Now for the campground; there were only a few others sharing the park with us, it was basically gravel, with narrow patches of grass between sites. Sites were level. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, cable TV included, restrooms and laundry were spotless. No trains, plains or major road noise. Some long-term residents in this small park, and units were also stored in the rear.In my humble opinion, the cost for this park is too high. We had other choices, but Passport America rates caused us to choose this park. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice, clean park. Super friendly staff. It's off the main highway so the only noise is from the family farm next door and the geese migrating above. The sites were generous and easy to pull in and out of. The wifi is among the best we've ever had at an RV park. We were just passing through town, but for a small town way away from most everything, the quality of the park was an unexpected pleasure. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

This RV Park in immaculate! The owner takes pride in his small RV Park. Excellent overnight stop, or even a few days to go explore Susanville. The RV sites, are close together, but very easy to get in and out of with a big rig. The rate I posted reflects Passport America. Yes will be back. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ditto to what everyone else said. Great Wifi, he just spent a ton of money on the system and it's really good. Nice dog area that is fenced in with utensils to pick up and deposit. Long but narrow sites, other than that, the owner is wonderful. I would stay here again, rate is with PPA discount. If the sites had been about 5-10 feet wider, it would get 10's all around. It also had a large laundry that was cleaned every day which was really nice. Well kept park, you can tell that the owner does indeed take a lot of pride in it. Stay here if in the area, nicest one around and can't beat the price. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

We've camped here 2 times now. The place is neat as a pin, the restrooms are perfect (with complementary shampoo and soap!), and nice dog run with room for the dog to run. Spaces are close together. They say they have Internet, but we had to call their provider (M-F) and have our computers added in. Maybe because we have Macs, I don't know. They owner had no interest at all in our not having Internet and no way to solve it. I work online so it mattered to me, but not to him. Diesel and a small store across the street. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed overnight - really enjoyed this park! Long slots which accommodated our 45' RV and tow with no unhooking required. All utility hookups are conveniently and neatly co-located. The park is immaculate and the owner is a gentleman - very helpful. Very quiet park with easy entry and exit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! Our rate reflects the Good Sam Discount. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

The reviewer from May pretty much says it all. Owner was very nice, lovely flowers, grass. Free Wi-Fi which was great. TV was via park's antenna connection, with 6 channels. Took a pull-through in the center--no shade trees, grass between sites with a table, good hookups. The back-in spaces that had shade had a mix of available sites and some had permanents (not an issue at all). This is a small, quiet campground, the dog fenced area was large but again no shade. Dogs were able to be off leash which was nice. There is a Shell station across the street; gas prices were high! We chose this park over going to Susanville because of the comments by a reviewer rating one of the parks a 1. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you want to stop for just overnight or spend a couple of days this it the place. Each spot has little bit of grass and a table. They are kept clean and neat. A nice dog run for your doggies The pull-through were nice and long, with small trees. There are some long term residents, but they keep the spots picked up and clean. The owner is just fantastic. Our price reflects the Passport America discount. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice, quiet, well maintained park with very nice light stanchions marking every space as well as good electric pedestals, water spigot and sewer connections. There's only one shower stall in each bathroom but it's clean and has lots of hot water. Best feature is free, strong WiFi signal. I didn't meet the owner but wife says he's a very pleasant man. There seem to be a number of permanent residents but everyone seemed polite and quiet. This is not a resort. Don't expect Disneyland North! This is a place to relax for a few days or a few weeks to get away from it all. $17 is our Passport America (PA) rate. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Motorhome.

Neat and tidy. Super clean restroom/shower with free toiletries (!). Big pet area. Not much traffic noise, but watch out for the nearby rooster, goats, and lots of songbirds LOL! Pull-thru spaces were nice, but narrow. Glad it wasn't very busy. We would stay here again. We camped at Days End RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small park but with all we needed for an overnight stay, clean, well-maintained sites with quality hook-ups. It's at the north end of A-3 highway and US395 and was convenient to get in and out. No traffic noise even though it's at an intersection. It's a great overnight stop.
