We stayed here two nights before a scheduled reservation in San Diego. Our price reflects a AAA discount. The best thing about this park is that they actually have wifi that works and works well! At all hours! With a pretty full park! That seems pretty amazing to me. Otherwise it is a typical upscale RV park. Sites are concrete, big and nice and level. I saw a guy with a campfire going at his site, he must have a portable pit, so this must be allowed? As others have said, there is lots of construction noise due to the new hotel going up - and it goes until pretty late at night. No discounts for this, but they did have ear plugs in the office. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Confusing to get in here right now. Follow the electronic signs (which are also kind of confusing) to Oak Avenue, but be aware Oak Avenue doesn't appear on Google maps yet. I think it is called Wolf Creek Road on the other side of the street. Lots of nice hiking at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve.

The rate listed is an average - PA discount is offered Sun-Wed, full price Thurs-Sat. Positives - nice place to stay while in the area. There are both back in and pull thru sites that are adequate in size as well as pool and jacuzzi in the park. Negatives - as others have mentioned, the construction is a bit disruptive both the detoured roads and some noise (we only noted it one of the 5 nights we were there and it was just a low droning noise). We were more in the center of the park rather than on the perimeter where the noise would be more pronounced. Also, the dog park was mostly dirt. There had been a lot of rain prior to our visit and the grass throughout the park was a bit muddy on our dogs paws. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Downtown Temecula is very quaint. There are many wineries in the area to visit - check online for Temecula Winegrowers assoc. for a wine tasting discount pass. Idyllwild is also worth a visit. Charming artsy community up in the mountains. Very scenic route up the mountainside - recommend visiting in a car not an RV as there are lots of switchbacks.

Date of Stay: December, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I spent a few nights using my Passport America discount at Pechanga RV Resort. I really liked it there.

First of all it is part of the Casino with entertainment and restaurants. This casino reminds me the Vegas casinos and now is under construction to make it a real Vegas Style Resort. It's going to be finished sometimes in 2017.

The RV resort itself has a nice heated pool, Jacuzzi, ping pong table. They also have a golf club which could be important for some.

One thing I hated is the showers. The RV resort shower has a timer set to 25 seconds and the shower head is not able to stand upright. So you basically have to hold the shower in one hand and keep pressing the timer every 25 seconds. It's December, it's cold in the shower, especially because the water keeps shutting off. You end up standing soaking wet putting soap on yourself in the cold. I wonder if the hotel rooms have timer on the showers as well. The person who came up with this idea should take showers in there each night.

It pet-friendly resort, they also have an area for dogs.

If you heading to the casino, they have a shuttle service 24/7 which picks ups from and drop offs to and from your space. You have to call a number and they are there to pick you up in minutes.

About the WiFi! It's the best WiFi ever in any parks I've so far visited! I wasn't even close to the main building and had great reception. I am able to use my Roku to watch Netflix and can use my laptop as well for work. I didn't even need my Sprint or Verizon, but both works fine.

Across the street there is a 2 mile bike/walk trail. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.

Rate based on weekly stay. Have stayed before and it was good albeit expensive. The casino/hotel is in the midst of a massive construction effort. At check in, you are given ear plugs. Take them as sleep is impossible without them. Wish we had been told when making a reservation that construction is loud and constant. At the very least they should discount the rate. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for Christmas In space C-1. The park is very clean. There is a shuttle that runs all day and into the evening, to go back and forth to the casino or golf course and rv park. We had breakfast at the restaurant at the golf course. The food was reasonable and good. The setting was great. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.

Phone reservationists didn't warn us alternate entrance required due to construction. Casino employee advised us where to enter. After requesting as quiet a site as possible were assigned on north row edge. Spent the night listening to traffic and construction generator which also created trailer vibration. 10PM voicemail message unanswered. Construction worker blessed us at 6AM with rap music coming from their pickup doors aimed at us. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

We really enjoy staying at the resort. Easy check in and a large pull through spot. There is construction going on but it did not bother us. When out to winery's in the area. Great restaurants in the area, lots to do. We will return to this RV Resort. Lots od security and numerous shuttles to the casino if U indulge. We stayed 3 nights to see some of the sights in the area. The park is a little bit of a drive from I-15 (CA-79 Exit) along busy multi lane city streets. After getting to the casino grounds it was a little bit of a challenge to reach the park due to the construction and poor signage. Once at the park, it required a few tight turns to reach the registration parking. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV's. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are concrete. The P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. Some of the sites appear to be extended stay sites. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. "Standard" sites did not have an outside table and there were no fire pits.

There were quite a few trees scattered throughout the park and around the perimeter so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site. The park information didn't mention anything about cable or broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was difficult to connect to as the login page would not load. Had to enter the page address by hand. Once connected, the service was acceptable. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception.

There was one designated fenced pet areas with a grass surface located in a corner of the park. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads.

Premium sites along the "I" row have a line of tall trees between them and the Southern sky so satellite reception would be impacted in this area. Didn't like having to pay $5.00 pet fee per pet per week. We used the hot tub & laundry. Laundry cost was $1.75 for wash & dry each. The machines were efficient, clean and convenient. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.

Yet another stay at Pechanga. Major construction at the casino, which has changed the entrance to the RV Resort. If possible, get a site as close to A Street as you can. This keeps you away from the construction equipment noise during the week days. Don't know what's up with the hot water in the showers. If you like a cold shower with just a "tudge" of warm water then this is for you. I took my showers 'round 10 AM and no hot water. I noticed the wind gusts starts early afternoon and continues till late evening. Sometimes the gust are VERY strong. Someone in a TT left for the day and their awning was extended. Boy did they have a surprise when they returned! Kind of had a small ant problem at my site, this is the first time for this problem. The sites with picnic tables are getting new tables. Saw them being assembled.

Overall, my 4-day stay was nice and restful. Called for the free shuttle to the casino and they were prompt. I stayed from Sun - Thurs and all the noise-making camper were gone, except for one bunch just behind me. Will stay again. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Travel Trailer.

What a well-run RV Resort! This was our first time staying, and it won't be our last. All the hook-ups worked flawlessly and the park was very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and eager to help. The pool and spas were immaculate with perfect water temperatures; I wish they had bar service! The dog park was a little small, but it had grass, dirt, and large pebbles. I think it's geared towards smaller dogs because the surrounding fence isn't that tall. I could imagine a larger, leaping dog can jump over it. It looks like the casino is expanding; there was major construction going on. It didn't affect the RV park.

Two gripes: 1. The cable didn't broadcast in HD. 2. Our site was kinda close to the delivery dock for the casino. We heard trucks with their back-up alarms throughout the night. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for three nights in the middle of the week. This is truly a resort atmosphere. Checking in was very professional and even that felt like we were checking into a resort. The roads are nice and wide as are the sites. The back-in sites are wide concrete pads with nice green grass on both sides and hedges in back. There is casino construction going on but that did not bother us at all. The pool and hot tub were very nice, although we only used the hot tub. Wifi was excellent. The staff was constantly cleaning and landscaping. The dog park was nice and although not huge it did have plenty of room for all sizes of dogs. This is a clean, well laid out RV resort. Streets are wide and asphalt. Sites concrete and large. Nice landscaping that is well maintained between sites. Check in is quick and informative. Restrooms and showers are large and clean. The pool is clean and warm. Satellite and Wi-Fi worked great. Friendly and quiet atmosphere. Security patrols frequently. The shuttle bus to the casino comes through on a regular basis. This is always our first choice when we are in the area. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.

We very much enjoyed our 29 day stay. We had reservations so didn't have to move once during our stay. The paved sites with separating grass strips and hedges are very nice and generous in length and width. The trees have grown over the years and likely provide shade in the summer but all seem to be trimmed to avoid problems rubbing on the coach. We had an interior site so construction noise wasn't an issue for us. All the utilities worked well. The wifi is amongst the best ever encountered. A couple of the cable channels were a little grainy. Street lighting is great for security and while walking the dogs at night on the paved roads. Improvements have been made to the fenced dog park. Unfortunately some of the owners of the biggest dogs fail to pick up. Maybe it is because their piles are too large to go in the provided doggie bags but still no excuse. The pool and spas are wonderful. The rest rooms are spotless. The staff is extremely friendly. The adjacent gas/diesel station is handy. We appreciate the drive-thrus by security. This is our third year. Average rate is based upon a 29 day stay in a Deluxe site using Passport America and includes $5 a week for each of three dogs. The Premium and Executive sites come with a picnic table but are pricier. We camped at Pechanga RV Resort & Casino in a Motorhome.
