We loved this park. WARNING: GPS takes you the wrong direction, down a little dirt road with no turn around. This is a great park. We stayed a week and enjoyed the Sequoia National Park which is very close and a wonderful place to visit. Our back in river site was large and spacious, level, shady and well maintained. The river was just out our window. It was flowing but were told that due to the drought it is actually very low compared to other years. The lake down the road is pretty but also low. The site had good WiFi access but only had a 30 amp connection. I would suggest to the owners that the first sign announcing their site saying turn in 1.5 miles be placed prior to the Three Rivers Lions Club Roping road and a big "WARNING" be place in the form email AND on the website. This little mistake came close to being very costly for us since we had $140 reservations that evening and turning up the "lions" road following the GPS took our 40 + tow = 60ft rig up to a narrow dirt road where we had to drop our tow and back the RV down the winding road until we could get turned around delaying our arrival by almost 2 hours and causing us to rush to our reservations. Overall we had a wonderful time and the office folks were very polite. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate is with seniors discount and is rather high, no 50 amp when we arrived due to a problem and it was very hot, our premium site was very narrow; some other sites did have more space but were more expensive. There were tarmac roads and some hard standing at our site but it and the whole campsite is dusty and run down and needs refurbishment. As with other campsites when they are quiet they still huddle everyone together rather than spacing us so that we have some space. Cable was ok and wifi was excellent. The showers (coin operated) and restroom/laundry are clean but again need refurbishment and only 2 stalls in the ladies for the whole park. They are also situated in the mobile park area, quite a distance from the RV sites which was rather odd. We stayed here to visit the awesome Sequoia National Park. It is approx an hours drive to the park but so worth it. Unless you stay in the national park there is not a lot of other choice. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This was our base camp during our visit to Sequoia National Park. Some sites are really close together but we had one with more space. Our pull through site was fairly level. The park is nice along with the owners. Wi-Fi work excellent. No laundry facilities on site. We would stay here again. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We just finished an enjoyable stay at Sequoia Ranch RV. The staff in the office were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our site was easy to find, but the spaces are a bit tight there. For us it didn't matter, this was our base for hiking Sequoia during the day. Our spot backed up to the river/stream and we had our own little path to access it. It was lovely and shady and near the swimming hole. Even with the CA drought, there was enough water for the kids to swim and jump off of rocks. The park is small and quiet and there isn't anything fancy about it, but most of the RV sites are very shady, which is nice since it has been very hot lately. The signage is difficult to see from the road, we passed it and had to find a place to turn the rig around, which wasn't easy. That's really my only complaint. I would stay here again. The Wi-Fi was quite fast and had a strong signal, and the campground was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as a base for visits to Sequoia. Owners(?) were very helpful, offering to trim branches if we found some getting in the way, and upgraded us to a river-view site after a booking was canceled. Plenty of room for our 39 ft fifth wheel on the access roads and sites. Our only negative comment is to be aware that programming the address in your GPS will take you PAST the entrance by about 200 ft, which is NOT good on the narrow road. The office clerks are aware of this. The correct coordinates for the Park are: N 36° 27.951 W 118° 54.976. We feel that these coordinates should be posted on the web site for the park, and a sign should be placed a 110 yards before the entrance, as it is quite hard to see until you are upon it. This park was very busy on the weekend but quiet during the week. A great location to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Full hook up site but mine was very slanted and needed leveling. Town of Three Rivers has some basic amenities and there was a nice festival taking place but not a lot other than that. Strong signal for WiFi so internet access available but no Verizon or TV due to mountains, probably. I would stay again because of convenience to National Parks - not because of the RV park itself. This is a nice quiet wooded park with easy access the a small stream. The spaces are compacted granite and are pretty level. We found that some of the spaces are very close together. We had one of these. When our neighbors pulled in with a 40' MH, our awning and their slide were about 6" apart. Needless to say we had no view. The mngr. was very accommodating by not putting anyone else in that spot. The WiFi and AT&T cell was great. Very pet friendly, our lab was allowed in most parts of the nearby stream. Great access to Sequoia. Also short drive to lake Kaweah. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a grassy, level, pull thru site with a picnic table and fire pit. Water, electricity, sewer and cable TV were all fine, but WiFi was very slow. We stayed here in a 40' motorhome. There are only a few spaces in the park that will accommodate us, turns were pretty tight. There are lots of shade trees, but that also makes maneuvering around them a little tight, The park was quiet and very scenic. We didn't use the bath/washrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Rate was a Senior Discount. The park is located on several acres which has a small river located in the RV parking area. Beautiful trees all around to provide shade. Good gravel pads with concrete patio. Several sites have small lengths, but ours worked fine for our 40ft coach. Utilities work great, good water pressure, good Wi-Fi, and excellent cable. We could not get any Verizon cell signal, but ATT did have a signal. We could drive up the road a little to access a signal for our Verizon. It is located less than 10 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Some sites are little difficult to pull into due to the trees, but it can work. The staff will work with you on your location. We would stay here again. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.Undo

We really enjoyed our stay. The river front sites are definitely worth the price. We had space #50 and couldn't have been more happy. It was relatively easy to get our 36' 5th wheel into the space. The angle was perfect and the site was very flat. Our stay was quiet and restful. This park is nestled among ranchette properties and it gives you a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The rating would have been higher if we had a dog run area for our 3 small dogs. There is definitely space for it. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park could use a lot of work, Port-o-lets in an RV park for bathrooms do not work for me. This park needs a washroom / shower facility in the RV park part in the worst way. Water pressure was pitiful when the park was full for the holiday and that didn't change after the crowd left. The electrical was very weak on the lot we were on. Don't know about the rest of the park.Would I stay here again, doubt it, but I guess there is not a lot to choose from in this area. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.Undo

Park is way off highway, quiet. Lots of oak trees for shade. Office hours can be limited (we arrived before 4pm and it was closed, not to open until 11 the next day), however maintenance staff contacted manager to check us in. We would stay here again. We had Site 53 right on the river. It, and the two sites to each side, is wide enough to park sideways so the front door faces the river. Very hot, but the shade and excellent swimming hole kept us cool. No Verizon service in Three Rivers or anywhere else in or around the Sequoias. All mapping services we checked gave us good directions. Just keep a watchful eye as you approach the entrance so you don't pass by and have to turn around. Staff was ever-friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This is an older park built in the 1960's. When we were checking in, a couple leaving indicated that they were not staying because of low voltage. The office indicated that they had been having power problems in certain areas of the park. This is the closest park to Sequoia, so we decided to stay. We had no problems with the power, but there were not a lot of big rigs there. The WiFi was just so-so and the showers and bath rooms were located in the older permanent area of the park. This can not be classified as a 'RESORT' but it's OK for a couple of nights. Please note that Three Rivers is a very small town with very limited restaurants and retail. We were surprised that a town so close to the Sequoia National Park offers so little to area visitors. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.Undo

Family friendly RV park. Wi-Fi strength was very weak but full hook up amenities was stable. We had a pull through site on gravel and grass. Plenty of shade throughout the day. Kids loved their swimming hole. Close to Sequoia National Park entrance. We would stay here again. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.Undo
