This is a gem of a park. Owners (very nice) have completely redone the park in the last few years. Nice sites with visual barriers between them and lots of flowers. Gravel / dirt sites with plenty of room for table and chairs. Pull-throughs have lots of room for a dingy. Patrick's Point State Park is right across the road with wonderful hikes and ocean views. Great sightseeing in the area. Very quiet. We hope to come back here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Hmm... perhaps it depends on whether you have one of the back-in deck sites. The pull-through sites are claustrophobic; narrow with walls of greenery and not much room to walk next to the RV. The fire pit was twenty-four inches from motorhome step. Interior roads are gravel but the all-grass site was soggy from rain. This was the most leveling we have required in 3+ years full-timing. The voltage was low (114 on arrival). The Wi-Fi was poor. The dryers were weak (paid double to dry every load twice). A comically excessive number of speed bumps. The office was friendly, but obviously we will not stop here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Great little well maintained park. There are many full time residents with beautiful little gardens. Very pet friendly, two separate doggy areas (one fully fenced). Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet--very little road noise. Our site backed up to a little deck facing a pretty pond. The deck was equipped with table and chairs and am outdoor fireplace. Also, easy access to Patrick's Point State Park and some great hikes. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Travel Trailer.

Lovely little park with very clean facilities. We got a spot around the pond that had a deck with chairs and a chiminea there for our use (ask for one of the lower-numbered spots). Proprietor was even nice enough to provide us with enough wood scraps for a fire when we told her we had no room in our travel van to store a bundle. Watched the hummingbirds feeding on the fuchsias too! We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Rather pretty small park in beautiful wooded surroundings - some pull-throughs and some back-ins. Very pleasant welcome from the lady host. All sites flat enough. New campers more or less filled the place up after 5.30 PM. Great W-Fi. Handy for State Park and Trinidad. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute of it! We were in site 21 which is deep, shaded and private. Our friends with us put up a huge tent and separate camp kitchen and there was still room for a campfire and chairs. We also parked both trucks in our site! The owners are very accommodating and even put fresh flowers on our picnic table! By the way, the park is beautifully landscaped, sparkling clean and little gray bunnies abound. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park with a beautiful pond and lots of flowers. We had a pull-thru site, which was easy to get into and the hookups where well located, but it was difficult to get level. It is a older park that is well maintained. We enjoyed are stay and would return. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Great spot. This is one of the most beautiful RV parks we have been to. Lots of flowers, extremely clean restrooms and showers. We camped next to the pond and did see the otter. Very friendly woman checked us in. Love the close proximity to Patricks Point State Park. Will be back in the fall for sure. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Travel Trailer.

Very friendly staff. Reflexology available on the campground site. Very clean restrooms. Lots of permanent folks but a few sites for overnighters like ourselves. We used one of the pull throughs. Plenty of room for slides. Excellent cable TV with HD channels. The little town of Trinidad is beautiful, clean, and has two or three good restaurants. Well worth the visit. We will stay here again. Lovely little park, best in the area, and have stayed there several times. This time we noticed more long term renters and tent campers in the spots normally used by RV/trailers. Result is fewer spaces for bigger units. Owners are wonderful and the flowers are beautiful. Make reservations way ahead of your trip. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

This is a very attractive park, with lawns, bushes, and a small lake. Many of the sites feature a wooden deck with a "camp fire" stove overlooking the lake. The deck also had a picnic table. Sites are screened and separated by a trellis with bushes and vines growing on them. There is a play area for kids on a large lawn in the center area of the park. I didn't notice exactly what play amenities were provided, though I did notice a horseshoe pit (and some kids playing). In the morning, there was a line for the shower (1 each, for men and women)... and when my turn came, the water was luke warm, but just adequate to do the task at hand. (I did not encounter this problem on a previous stay). Sand was ubiquitous in the restrooms and showers, due to the proximity of nearby beaches. I would stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

This is a lovely, though small, RV park. The beautiful flowers, garden areas, and pond make for a quaint and pretty stay. Our check-in was quick and informative with lots of area information provided by one of the park managers. Although the park is located close to nearby Highway 101, the traffic noise was not noticeable at night. The sites are somewhat tight, but certainly manageable (we were assigned a grassy, pull-through site #36) and were quite comfortable and pleased with the location. There are some full-time, permanent sites; however, they are very well maintained and the regulations here are enforced. The park is centrally located, which makes for easy sightseeing while in the area. The bathrooms and laundry areas were exceptionally clean (complete with fresh-cut flowers adorning the counter for a nice touch). We stayed for three nights, and would definitely visit again. Nice clean, quiet park, with nice pet areas. Park staff very friendly and informative. Some sites are tight, but getting in and out of the park is easy. It is a beautiful lush area, with a state park just across the street. We would stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Sites are tight, BUT because they have them divided by lattice fence and at this time of the season, covered with ivy, or trailing flowering vines, the sites were beautiful and private. Bathrooms very clean and private shower. Fresh flowers in season by bathroom sinks. Nice little laundry room that was clean. Pet friendly. Two areas for dog business. Owner is hoping for small dog park in 2014. WiFi, free and very good. Very Good Verizon internet reception. Nice book exchange in laundry room Lots to do in the area. Redwood forest, Pacific ocean, lots of hiking. Well kept, quiet park. This park would have gotten a perfect score if the sites were a bit larger. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Quiet RV park well off the main highway across the road from Patrick Point State Park. There is a trail access to the park, and it's a moderate distance but a fairly level walk to the shore through the park, where there are some outstanding views. The RV sites are located adjacent to a large pond in the middle of the facility. We stayed in one with a wood "patio" overlooking the pond. Staff was friendly and helpful, giving us several maps of the area and suggesting the walk across to the state park and other activities. Restroom and shower were older, but well maintained and clean. We would stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.
