Very nice and level pull thrus. Owners are very nice and accommodating. There is a large area to walk our dog. Although the highway was nearby, the trees muffled the noise and it was very quiet. Loved the fresh smell of the pine trees in the morning. It was a small park but liked that aspect. Thank you for a nice stay. We will return. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

A 60's style park with modern hookups. Park on the lawn under trees in most cases. The owners are down home friendly. O.K. so a train goes by about 9:30 AM and returns about 3:00 and there is I5 traffic noise at times, but it didn't interfere with our enjoying 4 days at this park. The 1+ mile drive on an old highway sets the mood. If you are a Snowflake requiring perfection drive on, but for a true RV experience it's a luxury. We stayed here in a motorhome. Tips for other Campers:

The small towns of Weed and Mt Shasta are near by, so are Lake Shastina, Lake Siskiyou and if course stunning Mt Shasta.

A little tricky to find just make sure you follow the directions to given by the person on the phone. Just parked for the night so have no other recommendations. Would stay again. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great little park - more like a converted "farm" with more of an open field with rows of nose-to-tail parking. Stayed twice this summer (savoring the novelty of the town's name) - very helpful and nice staff - had same sire both times - just used the electric both times as was really "on the way" elsewhere but prefer to stay a couple or few days rather than just overnight. Was at front of my row (not sure how someone would get out if parked behind me - though plenty came and went during my brief stays) Yes the c/g is between the hwy and a railroad but was do-able. More than willing to return. Can't blame them for the dust - the effects of the drought are everywhere. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Drive down to see Mt Shasta and the Butte - visible from the town (alas 2nd visit smoke/haze clouded the view) = a quaint little town full of friendly people - busy with logging industry - maybe should open a dispensary when Calif joins the others in Jan '18

Overall Rating:

This RV Park is some gravel on dirt and mowed weeds. We stayed one night as we could not find anywhere else to stay. It is right next to the freeway. Very noisy. Owner very nice. Very dusty as other RVers coming and leaving seem not to drive slow and respect other RVers. Which is no fault of campground. This place is more like a campground. Some sites have some shade. I would stay here again ONLY if I could not find somewhere else. Probably is in rainy season it would be greener and look better. Not sure of cleanliness. Drove in and left early. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This RV park is in a very safe location. Access roads show a little wear from the annual snow fall, but are safe and free of debris. The RV park consists of compact sand for roads and sites, but fairly clean. Not a resort by any means, but the sites are level, and as long as you only have slides on one side, you are good to go. The Wi-Fi is weak at best, but the water and power are solid. It is an older park, but the infrastructure is well maintained and functional. The bathrooms and laundry room are well maintained. The staff is very friendly. They did not seem concerned about our dogs (Pit bulls). They lost our reservation, but their reservation process is a desk calendar, so we were not surprised. So, always call back to confirm before you head here. They are very accommodating and they do have an overflow spot in case they get a little over booked! They were able to set us up with a spot with water and power and that was all that mattered. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Older RV Park close to Weed. Some permanent occupants, never a problem. Nice owners, let you pick the site that works for you if possible. With a 43 foot motorhome there aren't a lot of choices in Weed. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful park in the tall trees with the best hosts. We've stayed here 3 times and absolutely love it here. While it doesn't have a lot of amenities, you are surrounded by wonderful, tall trees and you get the best customer service the hosts. The bathrooms and showers are clean and we would always choose to stay here on the way up to OR or back home. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stay here at least twice a year on our trips to/from the north coast. The owners are always friendly and helpful. Shady spots are available. The shower/restroom is basic and always clean. The hookups are well maintained and nicely situated. You can hear the nearby traffic on I-5, but once we batten down for the night, we sleep without it bothering us. Downtown Weed is not far off, with plenty of gas stations, etc. Easy freeway on/off. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were only here one night, which was probably good. I-5 is a stone's throw away, and the truck traffic is fairly noisy. If you happen to wear earplugs at night, the noise won't bother you. The pull through sites are a bit close together, but some of the others looked quite nice with grass and trees. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed one night on our way to Crater Lake. Small park with gravel sites, quite level. Owner came out to guide us into our pull thru and made sure we were comfortable in our site. We would definitely stay here again. Didn't notice the noise others have mentioned from the freeway. We camped at Trailer Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Our second stay on the way to/from the Oregon coast. Run by friendly husband/wife owners, it is a great over-nighter. It is just outside town, so is reasonably quiet despite its proximity to I-5; we could hear the freeway outside, but inside our rig we slept fine, and the freeway noise all but went away after dark. No traffic hassles getting there or leaving. The sites are fairly level and and some have shade. The utilities all worked fine. We like Trailer Lane.
