We stayed here primarily because it was inexpensive, but other than a safe, fairly quiet place to stay, there is nothing here. The owner is very nice, and there is a cute pond next to our site filled with friendly, quacking ducks. There was 30 amp and a pullthrough and sewer, but no tv stations on the antenna. Wifi was very poor, kept dropping us and it took a long time to get a satellite due to all the trees, but we did get it. The pond was pretty, but the frogs and ducks were loud in the night. We were parked on the highest site next to the pond, and it looked as though it hadn't been mowed or weedeated all year. Our site was also very wet and "poopy" from the ducks. I think the pond must leak because it was quite wet. It was not too bad getting in or out, but as someone else said, you have to look for the sign. Our GPS did take us right to the park. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Thanks for stopping in with us, we have had over 101" of rain this winter (Ca. needed it!) and the ground water table\springs are still coming to the surface near the pond which in a normal winter would not be in June. with all this water the plants grow very quickly then after summer hits you can't water enough. We are a small Mom and Pop park and our regulars enjoy the rustic less structured setting than the big franchise parks which can afford a staff to attend to the perfect image, we do our best after coming home from our full time outside jobs to provide a safe economical place for our customers to spend the night in their extended travels. Thanks again for stopping in with us, and enjoying the RV experience.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Our site was closest to the entrance, mostly sunny, nice long pull-through, gravel, slightly unleveled, and with FHU. As it was the outer site (don't know the number), we had the most open space with view of grass and trees and road (which didn't bother us). It's a very small, rustic park with nice fenced pond for the friendly ducks. Bathrooms were closed for renovations. We found the park to be clean and quiet. We called for reservations and our spot was reserved with an orange cone with our names on it. When we arrived, no one was there (owners work f/t) but there were directions on the office window and registration forms as well. The owners don't always answer the phone but they always returned our call on time and very friendly. Wifi was poor if at all. As we like to get out for exercise and the park is off a major road, we were pleased to find a road left of the entrance that lead up to what felt like a forever hill which got your heart pumping. We would stay here again. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Passport America 50% discount makes this a good value for an overnight stop. Lots of trees, far enough off the highway to lessen the noise. Owners were pleasant and accommodating. Difficult with some leveling (we've only a 20 foot trailer, but some of the slopes can be difficult). One con is the showers are among the filthiest we have seen so far. But the park is certainly fine for a night. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Passport America park along Highway 101. An adequate overnight stop. Self-registration and the office was never open, nor did anyone answer the phone or return our call. We tried all day to call to check availability. There was a bath house but it was locked? Pretty setting, with a pond and ducks begging for handouts! We would stop here again as it was not crowded and the price was right. I would not pay the $30.00 rate, though. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Carl and Brenda,
Our park is very small and we both have full time jobs during the day which makes it difficult to respond to same day requests for availability late in the evening when we get home. Thank you for stopping in and we are sorry the inconvenience.

Could be a nice small park, but needs lots of work. Never met anyone from the park. We did self check-in. We were there 3 nights and never once saw a staff member. Very run down. We would not stay there again. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This campground has a lot to be desired. I had to pay in advance because I was Passport America. There was no one in the office, or ever seen. We stayed 2 nights and were glad there was another camper there or we would have been afraid to stay. It was dark, grass needed cutting, and it needed some general fixing up. OK for an overnighter. We camped in a motorhome. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This small rustic campground is a decent spot for an over-night stop or a base for exploring the Redwoods, with long pull-through spaces providing a lot of shade for relief from the sometimes high summer temperatures. It is immediately adjacent to the highway with easy in and out. It gets some road noise but traffic is light during the night. We were not disturbed by it. Trees block satellite TV but we were able to get it from one of the sites closest to the highway using a portable dish and a long cable. Verizon MiFi worked but was slow. We will stay there again. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is Passport America. We really enjoyed this park. Just understand there is no cell service either AT&T or Verizon, no Wi-Fi and no local TV. We could not use our satellite due to tree coverage but was told if we switched spots and reversed our rig we'd get satellite but did not bother. The spots are nicely separated, lots of nice grass areas for dogs, a duck pond, and wild turkeys. It was a nice place to sit out and enjoy a little peace and quite. This park would probably not be a good place for kids and not a good place if you can't live without your cell phone but we really enjoyed our stay here. Rate is 30 amp FHU daily rate with Passport America discount. Campground is effectively smaller than the 18 sites they claim. There are 6 very closely spaced pull through sites that could accommodate two small RVs end to end. One of the pull through's is occupied by a permanent, leaving 5 for overnighters. Owner is only on-site in the late afternoon and evening. Roads and pads are gravel, there are untrimmed trees and the place shows its age. Hookups were excellent, but being in a hollow, hence its name, satellite coverage is very hit and miss, and it was a miss in our site. Restrooms, while "clean", are very small with a only a wrap-a-round shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet. Given the area and the price, this was a good park if all you are doing is looking for a place to spend a night or two. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

On Highway 101, moderate traffic noise. No cell phone service (Verizon), no satellite (trees). Sites very narrow and dusty. It works OK for a one nighter. We had planned to stay 7. Ducks are cute, though. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a good overnight stay. It is quiet and peaceful and just what we needed for one night. The resident ducks provided a lot of entertainment. We camped at Sleepy Hollow RV Park in a Motorhome.
