A combination of private owned park models, private owned RV spaces and long term leased RV spaces as well as nightly and weekly rates. A beautiful, well maintaind, planned RV community. Wide streets, easy navigation even for my 41'4" 5th wheel on the back of my long bed truck. Easy to see where a person would want to spend an entire season here. It's the shangri-la of RV parks. Indoor pool for the residents but not sure if it's open to the nightly guests. Tennis courts, gym, etc. Pricey but we're from San Diego where $100 a night is average. They do offer a military and weekly discount. The sites have a lot of trees, lawn and a large pad.....privacy like I've never seen in an RV park. We highly recommend at least a couple of nights here. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful location between the scenic Colorado towns of Breckenridge and Frisco. We loved the bike trails throughout Summit County. The resort has an area of Chalets (little cabins) and area just for RV's. The rv section has both pull thru's and back in's. We were in a beautiful back-in site along a creek (#221) and really enjoyed sitting by the creek during the day and listening to it at night through our bedroom window. It was one of the more expensive sites, but well worth the money. The office personal were courteous and helpful. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Enjoyed riding our bikes to the numerous restaurants in both Breckenridge and Frisco. However, the 9000 ft altitude makes excercise a challenge if not adapted to it. Walmart in Frisco sells little cans of oxygen which we found to be helpful.

We planned our 7 week trip around staying here for a week, and ended up loving the towns, but were disappointed in the "resort". The layout is good, but there are too many "chalets" (aka park models), on the same sized lots as an RV. These "chalets" are allowed side porches and enclosed sunrooms, so when all is said and done, it looks like a crowded group of log cabin vacation homes, and the illusion of open spaces is gone. Other than that, the reception staff was friendly and helpful, as was the grounds and maintenance workers. The wifi was almost nonexistent (which we were warned about by the reception staff upon check-in) due to the high number of users who were streaming movies. There is one trash dumpster for the entire resort, and it is quite a hike to get there (I was told there used to be four). Because the sites are so close together, when one camper has a cook-out, the next door neighbor's RV fills with smoke (or easily could). We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tiger Run is one of the nicest RV Parks we have visited. But for a high end park the folks here have discovered that since the demand for spaces here is high, they don't need to worry much about service. Examples include no notification that they were going to turn off water for a day. When washing machines break their answer is "we're not responsible and you are on your own". WiFi was not functional. Management says call WiFi company. WiFi company says call park management. Water pressure was so low that we had to use on-board tanks and pump. (perhaps related to why they turned off water for a day?) Our site was a back-in, and was long enough that we could park our car sideways behind the RV. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a nice hiking trail behind the park, and there is access to the bike trail system across the highway next to the park. Getting a space is a challenge because of the demand. I started calling a year in advance and called them every month. Like many parks, you can probably expect the cost to increase 25% each year for the foreseeable future.

If you want to be near Breckenridge, this campground is your only choice if you need/want 50 amp service. It is very well maintained and has a lot of activities available. The Wi-Fi and cable are great. The only downside, other than the price, is that the RV sites are individually owned and the "amenities" (fire pit, swings, chairs, etc.) are provided by the site owner. Our particular site had the bare minimum, a picnic table which was well past it's prime. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful grounds. We were nestled between 2 chalets. A nice clubhouse with indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Nice playground with great shade. Cost was rather high, but it's one of the only RV parks in the area. It was fine for an overnight stay. It was a beautiful park. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Liked it but did not love it. Pool said only for owners. Next time we would probably find something different. Water pressure at our spot (279) was bad. Twice it was turned off and not by me. A couple grumpily locals there. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is in a beautiful setting close (6 miles) to Breckenridge (one of the prettiest mtn. towns in CO) hence the California pricing. The park is neat and clean but the sites are close together. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well-maintained as is the pool & hot tub. River sites have nice views of the mountains opposite, and there is a hiking trailhead near the back of the resort. Not sure what to say. While this is one of the most beautiful areas in the world, the park value for money makes it is hard to give it a good rating. Pros: Beautiful, great location, hot tub, indoor pool, great showers, the other campers are great, the mouse if u r lucky enough to see her, Cons: EXPENSIVE and not worth it, camp employees are clueless and not helpful, hot tub and laundry closed off and on while there, the key card that u need to get into everything is a bit painful because if it goes out, u cannot get into bathroom etc. It did not work half the time so had to find other ways to get into pool area etc. Arrived to not plowed space, thank goodness it was early in the day so called the office and got another number to go to. The area is wonderful. Breckenridge a mile away and others very close. A-Basin a must for a cheap day of skiing. Lots of great restaurants in Frisco. Breck is too busy and expensive but Frisco has everything.

Super nice place. We stayed only one night passing through, and were very tempted to stay longer, and would have if not for prior commitments. I have not stayed in an RV park as nice overall as Tiger Run. Beautiful scenery, beautiful sites, tons of amenities, etc. We so badly wish that we could have stayed longer, as we didn't really even explore the park, clubhouse, etc. Our site was not perfectly level, but leveling up wasn't difficult. The grass was in great shape, as well as all of the landscaping throughout the park. The office staff were nice. As an owner park, there are certainly a higher percentage of people firmly in place, as opposed to frequent turnover of sites each morning. There were some high dollar rigs in this park, as well as many nice-looking cabins. I didn't see anything at all in this park that would detract from the rating. The price is high, yes. But for what it is, and where it is, that is "the going rate". We would return to this park and spend as much time as we could in the future, gladly. Tiger Run is in my top 2 of RV parks visited in my travels, mainly because of how picturesque it is. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We explored Frisco to the North. Beautiful Main Street. We had dinner at 5th Avenue Grille, and sat at an "out of the way" table on the outdoor patio, with our small dogs sitting at the foot of our table. They loved sitting and people watching. The food was excellent. A person could spend a day exploring the several blocks of Main Street Frisco.

I really don't know how to rate this place. It is so all over. The pros and cons, I guess, is the only way to do it.

Pros - the location (my lawd, the location is perfect - between Breck proper and Frisco), the roads that are paved, the extremely large lots, the views, big-rig friendly

Cons - the staff is completely, 100% clueless, the constant noise from the construction and maintenance crews (who don't adhere to the rules of no work on weekends and working well past 6 pm), the road noise from route 9, the lack of consistency between sites (they are privately owned and there are very few minimum standards), no water pressure.

We stayed in one site which had a table and covered patio (no firepit) but it seemed all squished together (also had a security camera, not fun to see on one's vacation), then in another site which had a firepit, covered patio and decent location. You'll find a ton of Prevosts and Tiffins.

They really depend on the location carrying them. The staff is truly clueless (when I asked about the construction noise, they asked if I was renting privately or from them - why does it matter? - and they seemed disappointed when I said we were renting from them) and the amount of construction is crazy due to the amount of private sale renovations. We looked at buying a site due to the location but the staff is so bad, we didn't feel confident we'd be well-served if there was ever a problem. The road noise is something we wouldn't enjoy when hosting a fire.

It will take a while to get used to the roads and map. Just know that everything surrounds the clubhouse.

Will we be back? Sure. The location can't be beat and they are good enough. But if another full-service campground comes to the area that is well-paved and has a decent staff, they'll be in trouble. They really should pay people to get decent staff, as this would've made a world of difference for us. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a very pretty, well-kept park. We just stayed here overnight so we didn't take advantage of the extra amenities. It seems to have a lot more chalets than it does RV sites. Our site was level, nicely situated, and would be very pleasant to sit outside (had it not been raining). However, there was not enough space to leave the car hooked up. There is a small dog enclosure with grass and a small dog walking loop. There is access to a narrow trail, but we didn't have an opportunity to try it. We would stay here again. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Location location. Being so close to the popular town of Breckenridge I guess makes it ok to pay the price but in reality for the money we were disappointed in the amenities. The sites are nice but there is some road noise, the gym is old & outdated, the pool is indoors and nothing special but ok and did I say the sites are nice. We stayed in a premium back in for a week and then moved to a basic pull through for a week. The pull throughs are like any you would find in most average parks but the back in premium site was very nice with privacy. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Because of the price of this RV park, my expectations were high. The park itself was very nice but the showers were not clean. There was trash and hair in the shower stall. Also, we got two entry cards when we checked in but only one of them worked for the entry gate and the door to the clubhouse. The laundry room was nice but crowded. There was a mixup on our reservation and our site was double booked the third day we were there. It wasn't a problem for us but I don't know what happened to the other family.
