Stayed 3 nights. When booking six months ago, did not realize the area I chose (site 212 along creek) was one of only two RV sites in that section...everything else was a chalet which did not make it feel like an RV park. Next time I will try to get in the middle of the park where the only RV sites are left. Beautiful area! Paved roads and slab. Issues with water during our whole stay (shut on and off so obviously working on some issue). They have put in a new fenced dog park so that is a HUGE plus so we could throw the ball and exercise the pups. No trash pick up in such a big park is a shame. There is a GREAT hike trail between site 160 and 161. Front desk was very friendly and let us check in 2 hours early. Indoor pool and spa looked beautiful. Great satellite reception. Will return if in area. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Visit Breckenridge and take gondola to top of peak 8 for summer fun! Hike McCullough Gulch Trail...about 20 min to trail head and an amazing 4-hour intermediate to challenging for those not used to the altitude or uphill climb with rocks. Go all the way to the lake!

I wanted to like this park. All of my friends rave about it. It ticks all the boxes. Big sites. Big, mostly level concrete pads. Mature trees. Clean and tidy. Amenities galore. But maybe it was the proximity to the highway and the persistent highway noise. Or maybe it was that my site was at one end of the park, and the only dumpster was at the far end of a very large park, and it was a long, long walk just to dump trash. Or maybe it was the dogs tied up outside practically every rig, yapping as we walked past on the way to dump the trash. Or the low water pressure. Or the wasps that attacked my dinner. Or the mice that were brave enough to pop out during the daytime. Or maybe it was the nosy neighbor, Lucy and Desi, Long, Long Trailer vibe I got. Or the party, complete with live music, at a neighboring site, that went on for hours on a work night, that was apparently going on with the blessing of the park management. I suspect the rating would be a lot better if I hadn't had to listen to the party all evening. We were only there one night. One night was enough. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the most beautiful parks where we have stayed at. Assortment of pull thru and and back-in's with adequate separation between sites. Lots of trees with hiking trails from the property. Rec center with large lap pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, and game room. Access to great CO paved bike trails across the street. Located midway between Breckenridge and Frisco, two wonderful little towns. We have traveled all around the US, and this is our favorite RV Resort. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Ride the free gondola from center of Breckenridge. Great fun park for kids at top of gondola. Best cookies at cookie shop on Main Street Breck. Breakfast or lunch Butterhorn Cafe in Frisco. Take bicycle shuttle up Vail Pass and ride down from any bike shop in Breckenridge or Frisco. Bike anywhere and ride the Summit County Bus (complete with bike rack) for free back to Tiger Run with bus stop in front of the resort. Hike the Colorado Trail from Tiger Run

This place has great roads, the sites are excellent and is well managed. The lack of garbage pick up and only one shower/restroom location are problematic. Particularly in view of the price. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here 7 years ago. Still a great facility, but a change is the number of park models (Chateau's as they are called). As you enter the park, all you can see in the first several rows are park models - from very plain and simple to custom built that fill every square inch of space. Some RV's are squeezed in between the park models but most RV's are in the center, and back section along the Blue River. As an owner park, the sites vary in terms of landscaping and features. Most have a picnic table and that is it. The office is there simply to make reservations and check you in. For $105 a night, they could have a person escort you to your site. There is no trash pickup (again at this price?) and there is one dumpster for the whole park. A couple of days it was so full people were leaving their trash next to it. One day it was totally gone. They also have one recycling dumpster but people were leaving chairs, lumber, refrigerators, BBQ's, etc. Both are right next to their maintenance shed with workers who seemed to have little interest in keeping the area clean. A large number of the lots For Sale/For Rent signs on the sites - cheap plastic signs that really detract from the overall beauty. There are also a number of sites crammed with trailers, trucks, Jeep's, golf carts, ATV's. There is a very small over flow area to park trailers - it has about 6 spaces. The park really could use a place to park these - off site. You pay a big premium to have spaces along the Blue River. For some reason the walking path was closed - as in they put big boulders and signs to keep you off. Makes it difficult to see that beautiful river that you paid extra to see. We would come back - if only because we love Breckenridge. But it has lost some of the allure as an RV facility. Like it can't make up its mind what type of facility it wants to become. It is still one of the nicest parks we have visited. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

More restaurants and shops than you could visit. Try a day in FairPlay - it has one of the most expansive and unique museum's we have ever visited. Hiking is fantastic, off road trails, horses, fishing, biking - you name it. Town is full - views are spectacular.

What a beautiful park in a spectacular location! Tiger Run is in Breckenridge, CO at about 9,ooo feet. It is an ownership park where owners put their lots in the rental pool when they're not using them. The lots are large and they are well-landscaped. They have a variety of different categories of sites including MH only, back in, pull through, etc. They also have quite a few "chalets' which are fancy park models on RV lots. To give you an idea about prices, the resale RV sites are all $250k and up. The chalets are $500k and up. Great central location for golf, hiking, biking, etc. Only two complaints from our perspective - both customer problems. First, there were a LOT of dogs off leash. Second, when we tried to do our laundry, someone left their clothes in the washer for several hours without coming back for them, leaving the rest of us to use 2 or 3 washers. Although the park could probably take a more active role in both of these, we've come to expect that there are just a lot of people out there that don't care about anyone else but themselves. Guess its the way of the world today. Anyway, we love this park and will undoubtedly be back. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Our first stay here. Our site was a Deluxe site #323 with a Long 90' concrete drive and spacious patio area, log(locked) chalet, stone fireplace, Aspen trees in elevated planters on 3 sides. Trees did not block Sat. Owner owned, for sale and could use landscape updating and concrete repairs. Staff does not escort you to your site and no curbside trash pickup. One trash compactor near club house for entire resort. Indoor pool, 2 tennis courts and kid areas. I was disappointed in the interior of their club house facilities- dated. WiFi very strong. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rv/chalet park. Our section is Class A only but most of the park is mixed, 5th wheels, tt, motor homes and log cabin style chalets. Sites are irregular/shape, so we can see the thru the trees. The property owners were very friendly.Reception desk basic. This is jeep towable country, because the area is famous for lots of mountain trails to drive on. Coming from the south Hoosier Pass is a challenge...

This is one of our favorite RV parks! The park is very clean and manicured. The Wifi is fast. We enjoyed walking around with our dog and we also hiked up the mountain with him from the path inside the park. There is an indoor pool with hot tubs. You do have to access the pool from the locker rooms. The only problem with this is the showers are very small so it is easier to towel off and get dressed in the large locker room area. But moms with families pass through not wanting to separate - which I completely understand - but it was uncomfortable being naked for a few seconds when a family with young boys came wandering through the locker room. The RV park is gated. You are so close to Breckenridge, Frisco and Dillon. Keep in mind they do have restrictions - no tents or pop up trailers. The park is quite expensive but you are in Breckenridge! We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a return stay at Tiger Run. It's an immaculate facility in a beautiful location. A bit more expensive than most parks, but well worth it. Lots of shade, a river running through it, and large indoor pool with two hot tubs, gym, showers, and game room. The sites are owned by a individual, but are rented out and managed by the park when the owner is not using it. Each site is separated from one another by a small row of trees and has a large concrete parking area, with grass lot beside it. They also have numerous cabins for rent at a reasonable price, so we have friends without RVs stay here with us. Even though it is just off the highway, road noise is minimal. Depending on how the owner set it up, your site may have a small pavilion or shed with covered roof out front. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Breckenridge and nearby Frisco are amazing towns. There is a free bus that will take your from the front of the resort to downtown Breckenridge. In the summer there are many activities up on the Breckenridge ski area with a free gondola that takes you up there from downtown. LOTS of gorgeous hiking and mountain biking in this area. This area has a very rich mining history as well, and old remnants of that era can be seen everywhere.

This is a resort where sites are rented from owners through the main desk. We had been evacuated from the Durango fire and stayed here two nights (one night for $90 and the second nite for $106). Expensive yes, but we were on the river, it was quiet and clean and close to downtown Frisco and Breckenridge. We were some distance from the clubhouse where the showers and restrooms and other amenities were so we used our rig. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The town of Frisco was charming. We were able to park our 25' RV on the street and enjoy the restaurants and shops. Same was true for Breckenridge - easy to get around and park. Great restaurant in Breckenridge was the Blue River Bistro.

Beautiful upscale private RV park. Owners offer their sites for rent through the office. Level cement sites, most with patios. Pull-thru and back-in. FHU-50 amp. Cable. Good Wifi (Tengo). Good amenities (pool, hot tubs, tennis, nice laundry, & more). Those away from road are quiet. Good internal roads. Most sites have picnic tables; some have covered picnic areas. River runs through the park. Expensive but truly beautiful. Definitely would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

It's a nice park with better than average amenities, although rather trashy at some sites with insulation/garbage/junk/building materials stacked under and against. We camped along the Blue River in one of the nicer sites except that it looked directly at an RV with junk piled under and around it. The site itself was concrete, large, nicely appointed and landscaped. The park is pricy and they charge a bit more than average compared to similar parks. The grounds are, for the most part, well maintained. The front desk staff is hit and miss as for guest treatment. One clerk was rather aloof and acted almost as if she was doing us a favor checking us in. Asking about the local area and such seemed to encourage eye rolling. Other clerks were knowledgable and very helpful. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tiger Run is the only place in town for winter skiing in Breck. It is, without a doubt, worth every penny. Lovely surroundings, large sites, two spa pools and indoor pool. Great place if you want to ski the area. Verizon cell is great. The campground has cable with good channels. Bus stop outside the gates to get a ride to all the area ski resorts. The town is wonderful with plenty to eat. Can't say enough about this park. Will go back for four months next winter as well. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Amazing place to stay. Doesn't feel like an RV park at all, but as it's name says...more like a resort. Walking the dogs in the evening with all of the site globes glowing and lit feels like walking in a small mountain town. View is great, mountains all around, trees, cabins, creeks...gorgeous. Three pet limit, so if you have more, beware or beg for an exception. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is an absolutely beautiful park. The interior roads are pretty tight, and our space was a little difficult to get into, but worth it! We had a waterfall, lake and creek all at the back of our site. The lake was really clear, and we could see lots of trout. My hubby saw a beaver. The type of cable they have requires a cable box. Since our main TV runs through a Bose system with a ton of wires, we used it in the bedroom instead. Our Dish TV couldn't get reception because of the trees. Wish we could have stayed longer.
