May 2009 - $30.00
Nice location, quiet, and convenient to I-40. Many mobile homes are junkers, few rules, mostly unenforced. Many junker RV's. Rate is a guess, we stayed a month for $300.00. Owners pleasant. Would not go back unless we had no other choice. - Ingsky

Lots of highway noise and train whistles. On Sunday morning at 8:00 am one of the workers started his diesel truck and let it idle for 15 minutes. Then turned his truck off and went nowhere in the truck. A lot of the KOA workers walked their dogs off leash. So then most campers did the same thing. In our 7 week trip this was the worst place we stayed and our two dogs on leashes were run up on by other loose dogs on several occasions. Lots of highway and train noise but ok for an overnight stop I would not stay here again. We stayed 3 long nights. - Daisy Bell

We just left a KOA Holiday to come here and was disappointed. We've been to several Holidays, and this one didn't measure up. We're probably used to more of the newer/updated places. The sites were too close and a lot of highway noise. The train tracks were right by our site, and it came through twice during the evening hours. It's fine for an overnight stay, but no for any duration (at least not for us). - Clint's Travels

Staff was very nice and helpful. Campground was clean and easy to get to and our site was level. That being said - this was a very expensive night on the FREEWAY... it was so loud even our ear plugs could not drown out the noise. Horrible experience. Just understand that you will pay $50 for a night on the freeway - the noise never stopped. The train came by twice but was not as loud as the freeway. - Nan Griff
