Sites are very close, and very unlevel. Never the less, we had good neighbors and so were able to make do for two days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Take bottled water. They have full hookups, but with as many people in and out as they have, there is a good possibility that the water is not too good.

We will not stay there again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Large park with good hookups right at the very edge of the Garden of the Gods park. 2 pools. Cable TV not active at every site even though a cable connection is there and promoted on their website. WIFI is typical RV park. Many of the sites are set up nicely. But the set up on "Row N and Row M" is very difficult to understand. Nice length for big rigs with concrete patio and picnic table. View of the mountains is breath taking. Nice play area for the kids. But everyone's sewer connection, Electric & Water are right next to the next site's picnic table. Ugh. Not nice. Width of the gravel sites is close but wide enough for everyone to have slides and awnings out. Laneways are paved. Really nice large fenced in dog park. Utilities work well. But almost no AT&T Cell phone service in the whole area. Park is close to a very busy street but street noise is not noticeable most of the time. There are no activities in the park but LOTs to do outside the park. One really nice element is Lil'Howard's BBG with dinner served Wed thru Sunday night and breakfast served on Sat. & Sun Morning. Food is great and James, the owner & chef, is really nice. Really great to be out hiking, biking, sightseeing, canoeing, etc and come back with dinner already to eat. This park is right on the border of Manitou Springs which is a lovely old old town with lots of shops and wonderful cafes. There is a nice Starbucks and a nice Safeway grocery store right up the street. Can't wait to come back. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

As expected, the sites are close together, but access is very good with paved roads throughout the park. The sites on D row were not at all level. I couldn't level the coach even using blocks under the jacks without raising the front wheels off the ground. The staff is very responsive and helpful. I had a problem with low voltage and it was fixed shortly after I reported it. The location is great, there are two pools, a playground and even a place to get dinners several days a week. Expect crowds, but it is quiet at night. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Close to the Cog Railroad to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods. There is a walking/bike path running alongside the park. It's easy to miss the entrance because it's on an angle to the intersection of Colorado and Columbia.

spaces are very tight. also park rents out tent spaces in the rv area. we were surrounded by a youth church camp for 4 days. water pressure is bad. wifi might work if you used it from midnight to 4 a.m. other than that it is worthless. power grid in park is old and out of date. during a hot day they park power grid kicked off five times. just old and needs to be replaced. since colorado legalized marijuana this section of colorado has become the weed retail center. area is weed shops, tattoo parlors and cheap motels. a man was stabbed to death in a cheap motel just blocks from this rv park while we were there.. only good thing about this park is the location. close to the tourist destinations. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Really small site for our motorhome. There was a large pick-up next to us that looked like it was under our slide, it was so close. No grass, few flowers, just rock in the site. We had a patio, with table. Price reflects monthly rate, including electric, which is separate. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Our full service site shared water with the next site because of maintenance issues. As a result, we had little to no water. Garbage dumpster overflowing. Shower area was dirty and missing tiles. Free WiFi only worked after midnight. Pool was full of leaves. Sewer connections under the RV. We'll not come back. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

First off do some reach about town and area it's end. Although this is one of the nicer parks in the area you may be surprised about the area. Due to Colorado Marijuana laws there are dispensaries in the area. In addition the type of people may not be in your comfort zone. Some may not mind but it was not desirable in my opinion. Spots are very close to each but i expect that in a city setting. moderately shady in most spaces. My space did not have much in regards to parking. I had to squeeze my truck next to my trailer and the bumper was right on the crub of the first turn down the interior roads of the park. Would I return? It Depends. If I needed to be in the immediate area then yes. If I was just passing through, the. No. If your picky this probably would not be a good fit for you. However location to The Garden is great and staff is friendly. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed at Garden of the Gods and it is anything but a garden. It is full of weeds. Our pad was very un-level to the extent that I had to have one front tire completely off the ground. The entrance to the park is difficult to enter with a blind side street coming in directly in front of the park. The campground is so full that I felt like I was driving an obstacle course. We had to weave around all of the cars and trucks parked on the street because the park is absolutely packed with RVs and they had no other place to park. The sites are so close that I had to ask my neighbors to move so I could hook up our sewer connections. We came back one afternoon to find our neighbors sitting in their lawn chairs UNDER our slide to get out of the weather. Wi-Fi is a joke. We were there a week and I was able to get an IP address once and the connections was so slow it was not usable. The rate is ridiculous for the weeds you have to put up with. A few flowers in this garden. It is a good locations for Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The park was clean and the staff was helpful.

We will not stay there again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a 40'Motorhome. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

This is an RVC park. I've been to RVC properties before and they are great. I chose this campground just because it was an RVC property. With that comes the expectation (from past experience) that everything will be perfect regardless of site. This park has seasonal / long term people living in it. The campers are packed in extremely tight. Most annoying of all was that my site (and those in the same area) had the sewer connection UNDER the camper when parked. Not just sorta under...but not-accessible under. When I pointed this out to the parking escort, his suggestion was "just bring your bumper back to here." Sure...and leave my tongue in the middle of the road. When I pointed that out to him, he only had comments about how he didn't lay out the park and I could pull forward and dump when I left. The WiFi was better than most campgrounds that we stayed at on this trip, but not stellar. It was still less frustrating to use the cellular data connection on our phones than the park WiFi. On the plus side, the location of the park is great. The laundry facility was great and had commercial equipment. The pool was nice and well kept. For the price and amenities (and value / expectation of an RVC resort), I will not be returning to this park. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Campground entrance is confusing and you need to watch the side street adjoining it during entrances and exits. Roads are barely wide enough for our 45' coach, especially since we're towing a car. Be prepared to listen to your neighbors' conversations if your windows are open. Our site had a concrete pad with picnic table but with rigs so close together and the next site's sewer connection right behind our pad we didn't use it. We had to level our air springs to maximum at the front and we were still slightly low in front....BIG step up to our coach step. I don't think we'd stay here again even though it's very close to Old Town & Manitou Springs and not too far from I-25. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Great park at the entrance to Garden of the Gods. The only drawback we had was we could not request a certain site and once arriving we were placed in the area where the work campers and permanent unites were.
With that being said it was still quiet and safe. They also have a 24 hour security patrol. We would definitely go back. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park, friendly staff, sites are larger than average. Paths inside the park are paved and wide. Onsite is a catering service that offers cooked meals in the evening. We had a roast chicken dinner - two pieces of chicken, roll, drink, and fries for $8.00. Don't be in a hurry, however. One downside is entrance to park is from busy street and signage could be better; we passed it on first try. Would stay there again. Showers are spacious and clean. We chose this park because the other we stayed in just got too scary with all the homeless on the trail next to the park. This park had good security (gates closed at night and a security guard) and feels well protected. You are definitely paying for location. Just down the street from Manitou Springs. We have a big rig and were able to navigate the park well. Our back in was easy to get into but the sites are pretty close together. The dog park was greatly appreciated and was right across from our site. Verizon air card was ok not it's best. Cell service was good. Staff at the office was very accommodating when we asked to change sites so we could get satellite and also accepted packages for us. There is a lot of gravel and dirt, which gets brought into the rig, but this is normal for the area. There is a caterer on site most nights. The BBQ was some of the best we've ever had and we're from Texas, so that's a BIG compliment. Nice to have this available most nights and weekend breakfast. We would stay here again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

We have been coming here for about ten years and have had better visits. I feel like this park is no longer what it was prior to RVC Outdoors. Our site was too off level to level the coach and so was our neighbors. The sites are also too close. We had a reservation and I was in disbelief where they put us with a 43' motorhome. We had a pull thru (laugh) that was long enough for the coach only so the car was parked elsewhere. Even that was worse than it sounds as there isn't a square inch in the whole GC that isn't claimed by someone. Be very careful driving a larger motorhome as the place is loaded with campers taking up needed aisle space with their vehicles. Wifi AND cable was a joke at least at our site. If we were longer than two nights I would have complained. I feel like the rate is also an issue. $70 for an off level, gravel/dirt site, packed in, is too high. But obviously they have no problem filling the CG so others must feel differently. We will certainly return to Colorado Springs but we are done with this CG. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Campground is located next to Garden of the Gods. Staff very good at check-in. We had a premium pull thru that fit our 37' with tow vehicle parking behind MH. 50 amp, water and sewer very good. Local TV channels very strong. Paved roads to site and parked on a good size gravel site. Site was level with picnic table and pad. They take you to your site. Park has rental cabins so relatives could come spend a couple of days. We would stay again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.
