We stayed in this park overnight, unfortunately arrived at 5:30 after the office closed. Open sites were posted on the bulletin board which was great. The only problem with not getting there before the office closed was we were unable to get a code for the laundry room or wifi. When I asked the next morning they said it was a problem to leave in the box. Would try and find a park that wasn't in the inner city. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Okay, so I cannot say enough about this place! My family LOVES it! 1.) Beautiful setting throughout the grounds with some trees, birds, and squirrels(even adorable, black ones), and deer. They even have a fenced in area where they keep bees! 2.) Spaces are close together & gravel, but we do not mind. 3.)Three conveniently spaced bathhouses to chose from & two of them include a laundry area as well. 4.) All bathrooms are SUPER CLEAN & UPDATED. 5.) We always feel safe & secure, because the only entrance and exits to the park are right by the main office with video surveillance. 6.) The location is close to restaurants and a super short drive to Old Town & even Manitou Springs; my husband & I have actually walked to Old Town from the RV Park. 7.) We are a somewhat younger couple (late 30s to early 40s), and we have a 3-year old son. He absolutely loves the atmosphere at the park, and I love it because he is learning about things like bees. 8.) They have a playground, gift shop with lots of the essentials & more. 9.) Friendly staff with an escort to help guide you to your site. 10.) It is a very chill place, where people are nice, but they keep to themselves. They do not appear to have permanent residents. 11.) No year model restrictions on the RV. They have a privately-operated restaurant on the grounds. We only ate breakfast there, however they may offer lunch & dinner as well. Prices were not bad for the convenience. For example, the biscuits & gravy were great, and you got 2 biscuits for only $3. Pancakes were only $5 for a short stack or $8 for a full stack and they both included the option for sausage or bacon. I do not have a pet, but I did notice a fenced in pet area. Also, numerous people were out walking their dogs. There is a pool although we have only stayed in the off-season, so it is not warm enough to use. They also have an arcade, although we have never used it. $92.72 for 2 days. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this park. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The park was in good condition and well cared for. While I read the comments on the higher price, we felt that the convenient location was well worth the rate. We would definitely recommend this park and should we return to the area we would stay here again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is conveniently located to so many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful. You are escorted to site. The park is well maintained - each site is cleaned as soon as someone leaves. We stayed for 7 nights in a back-in site S25, that was very quiet yet handy to the bathrooms. Our site was a good size for our 36ft motorhome with concrete patio and table. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Laundry has large machines and dryers. Also has heated pool. Unfortunately road works are being carried out right out the front of the Park which may have created noise for campers staying down the front of the Park. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall, we are quite satisfied with our 10 day stay at this park. The staff is quite helpful with most of your needs. We had an item shipped to the park, and the office called us as soon as it arrived. The staff cleans and grooms each site after the party on that site leaves and before the next comes. The sites are somewhat tight. Some sites you may not be able to extend your awning due to trees. All sites are gravel. The "executive"sites have concrete RV pads. Metal and plastic picnic tables are on every site. Minimal shade depending on what site you have. Some sites can be quite close. Pinball/game room is a nice touch. Fires are not permitted at your site without a personal fire pit. But, tent sites have fire rings on each one? Odd. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is pleasant with shade trees and some landscaped lots. Personnel were friendly and the park is located near Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods Park, and Manitou Springs. It is also located next to a busy major roadway making sleeping difficult for light sleepers. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

This is the second time we have stayed here. This park is adequate, but the sites are very close together. The staff does a great job directing you into your space which is necessary since they are so close. This park is large and very busy so bathrooms and showers are also busy. They do a pretty good job managing the crowd of people. We stay here because it is convenient to the area attractions. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall, a decent park w/good access to several places to visit nearby. I was in site C9 and it was TIGHT. Not even enough room for my tow. Some other sites were larger. Right now, there is a lot of construction occurring outside park making entering and leaving difficult. With a better site and completed construction, I'd come back. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Good location for exploring the area. One large dog park. Right next to Midland Trail which is inaccessible through a posted gate. We had an Executive pull through site right next to a fenced in utility area, this made our space rather small for a pricey site. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

The park is in the middle of town and it is an easy drive to all the tourist areas. The sites are cleaned between visitors and the laundry room was nice. Some of the sites are tiny; ours was okay but I felt sorry for our neighbors because their site was so small that their awning almost touched our camper. The wifi didn't work at our site and also didn't work in the laundry room, which is in the same building as the office. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very old and large park with lots of permanent residents, rental cabins and a lodge. There is very little space between units. Most sites are gravel. The tent camping area is in the middle of the park. Very expensive for what is offered. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

This park is located right on a main road with lots of road noise. Our site had a concrete pad but was very close to our neighbor. Our sewer hookup was several feet from their picnic table. The cable was lousy and we got more channels on our antenna. Although animal friendly, there is not much grass in the park and the dog park was nasty. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a very popular "premium" facility that is always full. As a result the sites are adequate but small and over priced. We were not told what to do with the trash and could not find a dumpster so we left the trash on the picnic table when we left. This was my 2nd and last stay here, the local state parks appeal to us more. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed our stay at this park. The staff in the office was very friendly. We were escorted to our sight and assisted in parking. This was a weekend so the park was totally full. Our sight was near the back and had plenty of space. Sight was gravel but level. Bathrooms and showers were very nice and kept clean. Generally the whole park was clean and we even saw the grounds crew spraying off picnic tables once guess departed. Only issue we saw was that the trash dumpsters were over flowing and trash was falling out on the ground. Then the first night some animal got into the trash and spread it around. Staff did not bother to clean it up and I even saw then drive around it in their golf carts. I am sure they figured the trash service would clean it up. But it was left like that for over 24 hours and made the area look trashy. Other than take it was a great experience. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.
