Stayed 2 months, this is our 5th year here and will return next year. Large sites, full hookups without any problems. A lot of ATV's and some do not follow the rules causing noise and dust. Great views, Great people with a lot to do in and around Creede. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Our 3rd time here. One of the top 10 parks we've stayed at. New WiFi service this year is very strong. The only negatives are you have to back in on your blind side (for trailers), you need a very long, 30 foot, sewer hose, and the Verizon cell service is roaming. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Colorado. This facility has a "park" and a "resort". We stayed on the "resort" side. The landscaping is beautiful. The utilities are well laid out and work well for both motorhomes and trailers. The only downside is WiFi doesn't work well on the resort side. It works very well on the park side. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean professional park, we stayed on RV park side as resort side required a 30' RV. Site was mostly gravel, very level, space was approximately 40' wide by 50' deep allowing plenty of room. Trees are relatively new so little shade, gravel pad was good as afternoon showers would have made dirt/grass muddy. Restrooms were very clean. We were there 4 days in with two rallys. Was able to walk dog across road to open field to run. We will return. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Just an excellent stay at this park along the Rio Grande River. We had a wide, long back in with good utilities, the only minor ding is that the sewer is at the rear of the site. Not a problem, just need to have extra hose, which we do. Wifi is OK and Verizon is mostly three bars, typical for small mountain towns, a small inconvenience compared to the amazing views at 8,900 feet elevation. The park is satellite friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful, receiving mail and UPS/FEDEX and has change for the excellent, clean laundry. The park hosts non-denominal church services on Sunday in the gathering room. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The Creede Rep Theatre is a don't miss activity in this small mountain town, extremely talented actors and musicians performing on two venues. There are several good restaurants in town, we really enjoyed Arp's, Kip's and a drive to funky Freemon's for a great burger that should be on your list. The Kentucky Belle Market is well stocked and has an excellent meat department. There are two well stocked fly shops in town.

This was our first trip to Creede, CO. We stumbled upon Mountain Views by accident and we are very glad we did. It is a beautiful park in a beautiful area. The owner is such a nice fellow with quite a vision for his RV Park and RV Resort. We stayed on the RV Resort side in site 258. I can't say enough positive things about this part - probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The people there were extremely friendly (staff and other campers). The only compliant I have is that WiFi was screwed up and doesn't work well on the Resort side. The staff in the office doesn't explain the WiFi coverage area in the Resort very well during reservations. If you go to the laundry room area - the WiFi is fast and furious! Oh - the laundry room is huge with tons of machines. We will definitely stay there again. Oh - there is no T-Mobile service in Creede. Also you will need Satellite TV as there is no cable. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park was a huge surprise. The rv sites are huge and the views are amazing. Get up early to watch the sunrise and stay up late to watch the sunset. It was worth it. The office has a gift shop, which has a ton of RV supplies. The laundry room was extremely clean and the amenities were great. It is a very secure park and they have several rules so be sure to follow them. We like rules so if you don't, this may not be the park for you. Tips for other Campers:

There are not a ton of pull-throughs but if you can get one, they are awesome. Also, go eat at Kip's Grill as it was very good. It is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Great Sand Dune National Park. Also, Ramon's Mexican Restaurant in South Fork is great.

Rate reflects monthly, plus electric.

We were placed in the "owners" side of the park where most of the sites are developed with very nice amenities. Ours was an undeveloped gravel back in that was wide and deep-plenty of room. All utilities worked well and the sky was open for dish.

Plenty of resort activities available, including church on Sunday, pancake breakfasts and more.

The Rio Grande River runs along the edge of the park and there is a pay to fish pond on the property. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Creede is a wonderful small town with most everything you might need. A well stocked grocery, hardware and many good restaurants-Arp's, Kips and a short, scenic drive to Freemon's Ranch for amazing burgers and shakes.

The Creede Reperatory Theater is simply wonderfull!!! We always attend plays here and always enjoy them, what a treat.

I think this is the most beautiful campground I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous 360 degree views. Campground is well laid out; sites are roomy. Beautiful landscaping; lots of trees. Only negative is that the sewers are at the back of the sites and our sewer outlet is near the middle of our coach. Be sure you bring a long sewer hose! Staff are friendly. Laundry is excellent! Big washers. $2 to wash & $2 to dry. And the WiFi is great! We didn't upgrade the WiFi, just got what was free, and we've had no problems. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The unpretentious town of Creede is delightful. The Kentucky Belle Market is a full service market and they don't gouge you with their prices. Pass on Smokin' Johnnys BBQ truck across the road from the RV park-he doesn't trim his brisket & everything was too salty!

The park is split between privately owned resort sites and a traditional rv park with some of the resort sites available for rental. Our stay began poorly with the less than friendly office staff and this negative sentiment stayed with us.
The park is clean with wide but not very long sites. They are back ins with not much space between the back of your rig and the back of the rig in the next row. There are a few pull thrus as well. The laundry room is large and clean. The restrooms and showers have seen better days but they are clean. The resort side has some nice water features and sculptures as well as some nicely landscaped sites.
Wi-fi comes in three levels, two of which are an additional fee (we did not use any) and there is a list of rules which must be signed regarding dogs (we have none so I am not sure what they entail). The park did not have a weekly rate. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Monthy rate is $675.00 plus electric. Sites are spacious, park in great but too expensive in my opinion. Many things to do in and around the area. Beautiful mountains. Very nice people in office. Rained much of the time we were there. Great weather other than the rain. Cool at night. Would have rated better if price was cheaper. Our site was a wide, level, back in with excellent utilities and a terrific view of the mountains. Internet worked fine for our needs, but you can upgrade if you need more bandwidth. Satellite access was very good and the park is gated, with a code to enter. There are two parts to the park, one side that sites are privately owned and the other, daily and monthly. There is access to the Rio Grande River, which flows adjacent to the park. Creede is a short drive away, with all of the services you will need.
