Stayed 2 months, this is our 5th year here and will return next year. Large sites, full hookups without any problems. A lot of ATV's and some do not follow the rules causing noise and dust. Great views, Great people with a lot to do in and around Creede. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate is monthly, high season. Our site was a large back in that was long AND wide, plenty of room for tow vehicle. Site and roads are gravel and drain very well after periodic thunderstorms. Sewer is in the rear, longer hose is required. Open sky for dish. Wifi is OK, not much bandwidth available in this small mountain town. The laundry is exceptionally clean and in good repair. The staff is excellent and friendly. The Rio Grande River runs thru the park. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Much to do in this small town, Creede Rep Theater should not be missed. Good restaurants include Arp's and Kips. Drive to Freemons for a great burger. This is OHV paradise.

Nicest private park we've stayed in. Nicely landscaped. The grading/paving & utilities are perfect. The back-in rows are separated by a wide grass strip. Sites are wide enough for two rvs. Every site has a shade tree. Bathroom/showers are clean and in good repair. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Rates go up from $36 to $45 starting 7/1. We stayed in the RV Park side, you can stay in the resort side if the owner has put it in the rental pool. Those sites have concrete pads and a bit more landscaping. Our site was very spacious. The reason for this is that nearly everyone has ATVs and other toys and the spaces accommodate all that. Park right on the Rio Grande and very close to Creede. They have a dog run, dog laundry and dog wash! Would be a great place for a rally. Laundry, meeting rooms, rec room, etc. Would definitely return! We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our 3rd time here. One of the top 10 parks we've stayed at. New WiFi service this year is very strong. The only negatives are you have to back in on your blind side (for trailers), you need a very long, 30 foot, sewer hose, and the Verizon cell service is roaming. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Colorado. This facility has a "park" and a "resort". We stayed on the "resort" side. The landscaping is beautiful. The utilities are well laid out and work well for both motorhomes and trailers. The only downside is WiFi doesn't work well on the resort side. It works very well on the park side. Very clean professional park, we stayed on RV park side as resort side required a 30' RV. Site was mostly gravel, very level, space was approximately 40' wide by 50' deep allowing plenty of room. Trees are relatively new so little shade, gravel pad was good as afternoon showers would have made dirt/grass muddy. Restrooms were very clean. We were there 4 days in with two rallys. Was able to walk dog across road to open field to run. We will return. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We enjoyed our monthly stay here. Our site was wide and level and utilities easily accessible. The park is well maintained. They have Sunday morning non denominational church services. There are other activities available. We camped on the resort side and the wifi there was very weak. I think it must be better on the park side as there were antennas at various places there. I also like that the park is gated and felt safe. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a small grocery store in town and lots of specialty shops. There are lots of four wheel drive trails in the area. North Clear Creek Falls, Bachelor Loop, Last Chance Mine, Alpine Loop in Lake City, are all a must see. MJ's is a great place to eat in Creede. Blue Creek Restaurant between Creede and South Fork is also a great place to eat. Freemons between Creede and Lake City is a good place for breakfast sandwiches and hamburgers.

Just an excellent stay at this park along the Rio Grande River. We had a wide, long back in with good utilities, the only minor ding is that the sewer is at the rear of the site. Not a problem, just need to have extra hose, which we do. Wifi is OK and Verizon is mostly three bars, typical for small mountain towns, a small inconvenience compared to the amazing views at 8,900 feet elevation. The park is satellite friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful, receiving mail and UPS/FEDEX and has change for the excellent, clean laundry. The park hosts non-denominal church services on Sunday in the gathering room. Tips for other Campers:

The Creede Rep Theatre is a don't miss activity in this small mountain town, extremely talented actors and musicians performing on two venues. There are several good restaurants in town, we really enjoyed Arp's, Kip's and a drive to funky Freemon's for a great burger that should be on your list. The Kentucky Belle Market is well stocked and has an excellent meat department. There are two well stocked fly shops in town.

This was our first trip to Creede, CO. We stumbled upon Mountain Views by accident and we are very glad we did. It is a beautiful park in a beautiful area. The owner is such a nice fellow with quite a vision for his RV Park and RV Resort. We stayed on the RV Resort side in site 258. I can't say enough positive things about this part - probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The people there were extremely friendly (staff and other campers). The only compliant I have is that WiFi was screwed up and doesn't work well on the Resort side. The staff in the office doesn't explain the WiFi coverage area in the Resort very well during reservations. If you go to the laundry room area - the WiFi is fast and furious! Oh - the laundry room is huge with tons of machines. We will definitely stay there again. Oh - there is no T-Mobile service in Creede. Also you will need Satellite TV as there is no cable. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a real gem of a park. It is divided in two sections one is a regular RV park mostly gravel sites, the other side is 40 year leases. We stayed on the lease side, it has concrete patios, and more landscaping. The Rio Grande River runs along the RV park. The laundry room is the nicest I have every seen, there are two lodges, and a stocked fishing pond. There is great fishing, hiking, and 4-wheeling in the area. Highly recommend this RV park. Creede is a small mountain town, with several restaurants, and shops. There is some live music, and live theater. The bachelor loop is nice drive that can be done with out 4 wheel drive, lots of old mines. There is a lot of good fishing, and 4-wheeling in the area. Everyone we met at the park were very friendly, and welcoming.

This park was a huge surprise. The rv sites are huge and the views are amazing. Get up early to watch the sunrise and stay up late to watch the sunset. It was worth it. The office has a gift shop, which has a ton of RV supplies. The laundry room was extremely clean and the amenities were great. It is a very secure park and they have several rules so be sure to follow them. We like rules so if you don't, this may not be the park for you. There are not a ton of pull-throughs but if you can get one, they are awesome. Also, go eat at Kip's Grill as it was very good. It is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Great Sand Dune National Park. Also, Ramon's Mexican Restaurant in South Fork is great.

A great place to get away from the cites, nice sized sites, good utilities, good Verizon, you can buy lots, rent from owners or rent from the park, we loved Creede but it's a small town with a small grocery store so if you stay for extended periods be prepared for a day trip for big shopping. Unless you own a site you can't use the gym which is probably my biggest ding on the park. The park is in 2 sections, a campground section and a class A section. We stayed in the Class A area but the campground is really very nice and cheaper. We talked about returning for a month next time. At a little over 9000ft it's great for summer.
