Overall Rating:

Water, electric and sewer were available at this time but I elected for Electric only for $20.00 a night. The park is within the city limits and is a very short, uphill walk to Bennett Ave where all the casinos are located. There were at least 3 casino shuttles and 1 city shuttle which will pick you up in the RV park. As stated in the other reviews, the park is a gravel parking lot with 16 linear spots that are very close. Absolutely no trees and all gravel. Sites seem to be level. Several long-term residents at the park. The RV office has a store and a laundromat. Although the bathrooms seemed clean, the showers were covered in mildew. Staff that checked me in was very nice and pleasant. Great customer service... I enjoyed this RV park because I didn't spend much time there. The downtown is so close and there are many things to do there and the surrounding area. In my opinion, if you utilize this RV park to be a place to sleep and not to hang out, it does just fine. We camped at Eagle's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to get a business card with all the shuttle phone numbers for free transportation. The casinos have many food and drink specials.

Robbery that they can charge more than $5.00 a day. Weeds, mud, dog waste and poor service. Plain ugly rv park. Many seemed to be living there. No picnic tables, very narrow spaces, should have boon-docked! We are not particular and realize this is not in a big city, but dog doo doo is crap! We camped at Eagle's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This "RV Park" is basically a field behind town with hookups. Campsites are a mix of weeds, gravel and bits of garbage. It appears to be a haven for full-timers in decaying old trailers. Very run down (assuming it was in better shape at some point). I would never have chosen this place except that it was late and I was tired. I'm leaving here as soon as I finish writing this. I certainly won't be coming back. We camped at Eagle's Landing RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Dirty, not level, weeds. We stayed here because we couldn't find any other place to park. The absolute worse place ever. We camped at Eagle's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here due to mandatory fire evacuation from the Waldo Fire (Colorado Springs). The owner offered free sites to fire evacuees. Cripple Creek is a big gaming location with lots to do in the area. Walking distance to town and a free shuttle offered as well. Not a glamorous park but good power and convenient location. We camped at Eagle's Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
