Very Clean park, buy 6 nights, get seventh free. Good wifi , water pressure, electric and sewer. Old KOA camp so spots are close. But not too close. Owners and staff professional and very friendly and courteous. Lots of seasonals in here. Park is very clean. spots are raked and watered as soon as someone vacates. We would stay here again. Convenient to shopping. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

we had a nice stay here. One day drove up the Grand Mesa scenic highway. When we got just past Mesa CO, we turned around and drove it the other way. Great views both ways. Gunnison Black Canyon was another great drivce. The Grand Mesa drive was scenic mountain meadows and trees. The Black Canyon was very deep and rugged. We drove the south rim road. Had our brakes fixed at a local shop..very good service, got us in and out, fast and reasonable.

We planned on staying a week but stayed two weeks. The office staff were very nice and accommodating. There was barely enough room for our RV and dolly because of the electric, sewer, and water placement. Sites were all kept clean and residents were friendly. They have a small dog park kept clean. Very convenient location. Walmart and Safeway nearby. Checked out the other parks in the area and this one is by far the best. They would not allow pet fences at the RV site. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Owners/staff very friendly and helpful. From check-in guided us to the site and watched as I backed into the wide, gravel site. Utilities are well placed and hook-up was easy. CTV works well, lot of channels, or HDTV with your rooftop antenna. The site was level, rocky-gravel with grass surround. There are many permanent residents and owners are moving some of them into perimeter sites and cleaning up two drive-thru sections for transient RVers, many good sites near the office building. The Union Pacific coal trains pass through Delta three or four times daily and the crossing next to the CG is the only place they need to sound their horns, not terrible, hardly noticed. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff had to repair a water leak in "R" section while we were there and managed to get it done in half a day. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Safeway, City Market, Walmart and many places to eat are convenient to the CG. Black Canyon National Park is an easy day trip and well worth the drive, Awesome Canyon. "Million Dollar Highway" over Red Mountain is also an awesome drive, lots of area history.

This is an excellent, reasonably priced place to stay. We're full timers and these are the cleanest bath & shower facilities I've seen in nine years of full timing. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is it's a little dusty and there is only a few spots in the park where you can receive satellite. They do have cable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for nine days in site P-5. This park is great! The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. The grounds are well manicured, the showers/bath rooms were excellent. Water pressure in the showers is great and you never run out of hot water. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent, very good at site TV. Propane is available at an excellent price. You are within in walking distance to Safeway, Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, Sonic and several other businesses. There is an active train track but it never once bothered me or anyone I spoke with. This is by far the best park in the area. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Lots of people living here. Some of the sites were very cluttered! Owners say they are trying to fix it up, but it needs lots of work. At the back of the park there are leased/owned units that are very nice. Yes, we would come back. The rate we quoted reflects a weekly rate. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

There are 3 RV parks in Delta. All are older but adequate. This is the first time I've stayed at this park. Don't be deceived by the older appearance. I was a little leery when I pulled in, and by the "biker" appearing owners. They were very nice and helpful. Satellite has 20 TV stations. WiFi worked very well at my spot - B3. Pool looked very nice although small. Bathrooms/showers were old but clean. Spot was level. There are a lot of trees. I will choose this park when I come back to Delta.
