Located in industrial section a few miles from shopping mall off main road Hwy 50. Good for a few days stay. Gravel, level sites, ull hookups, laundry and small store on site. Enclosed dog runs (2), very helpful/friendly staff. Restrooms/showers on site as well. Close to Colorado Nat'l Monument (a 23 mile drive with beautiful views) and 1 hour from Arches and Canyonlands NPs in UT. We were here at end of March, only a dusting of snow left on the tops of mountains to the east of the valley. Very warm weather now (upper 70s). We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.
Great bike/pedestrian path along the Colorado River.
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $22.00
Friendly owners, convenient access from I-70 and large space. Gravel site but had small shade trees. Cheap PA rate made it a good place to stay. Would not stay there long-term because of the noise across the street. Trucks with backup beepers, lots of street traffic, etc. But OK for a cheap overnight on our way through. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

A decent overnight stop. Gravel sites with reasonable gravel access roads. Not overly long pull thrus, so dropping the toad is most likely necessary. Sites wide enough to park the toad next to the rig. Power ok, did not use water or sewer. Wifi was not working the night we were there - decent signal, but would not hand out IP address. Decent Verizon signal strength and bandwidth. We will consider looking for alternatives for an overnight in the area since this campground does have the negative of having to drop the toad. Nice park for a night or two. In an industrial area so a little noisy early in the morning. But the couple running it make up for that. Very friendly and helpful. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Very well maintained park with friendly staff. Escort to site. There seem to be a lot of long-term residents in the park. The park is situated in an industrial area and there is a lot of noise early in the morning from nearby businesses. A good stop for a few days. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $39.00
The rate includes Good Sam discount and taxes. This park was clean, had easy access pull-through sites, and 50 amp with full hook-ups. Everything was gravel, the sites were level and sized well. The staff was pleasant and provided escorted parking. Our rig is over 40’and we stayed 1 night. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Park provides easy access of I-70. FYI get gas in Grand Junction. You will find cheaper prices there than on up into the Rockies or down south toward Moab. The park is clean and well maintained. They do have trees, but most of the sites have small ones that don't provide much protection. The laundry room is very nice and the restrooms and showers are spotless. There is a fenced in gravel play ground for the dogs. However, no grass for my dogs to use and they will only go on grass! Had to take them on the roadside so they could relieve themselves. The playground is nice and there is an area for kids where the water squirts out of a concrete pad. I saw several children delighting in the refreshment. We were traveling through on our way to Moab so we only stayed a night. I would stay there again. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This is a great park. Not a resort, but very comfortable with spacious sites, all gravel, and a picnic table at each site. Two small dog parks on site, Wi-Fi pretty good for an RV park, clean laundry, and very friendly, helpful staff. The park is an industrial type area but no problem for us and easy access to interstate as well as shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $35.00
I was in town on business and Wi-Fi was very important to me. It was great - best connectivity I've had. I stayed in a site that had a grassy patch by the gravel pad - and that was a great place to relax in the evening. Very helpful staff and a well kept park. They're working hard on making things even better for the future. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Nice wide sites and friendly staff. A little truck noise in mornings, as it is in an industrial area. Close to town to see sights. Electric and water were fine. We would stay here again. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

A good park in a great location. Plenty of room for big rigs. We have a 43 foot RV with no problems. Nice level sites. Would stay here again. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

I stayed here two nights and will stay here again. Park was conveniently located. People were very friendly and helpful. Service was great. I stayed in a pull thru, and have a 30ft mobile home with a toad. I had full hookups with cable. Everything worked fine. Restrooms and showers were nice. I like to stay in RV parks that are rated 8 or higher. This met my expectations. The park is largely on a gravel base; I prefer grass. Pool would be nice in the Summer too. We stayed here once on the way to our destination and once on the way back. Both times great experience. People are supper friendly/helpful. Used the laundry facilities and they were very clean and updated. We will stay again when traveling this way. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

We stayed here for a couple nights while we checked out the city of Grand Junction. The staff were very friendly and registration was very easy. The campsites were gravel and very level with lots of space between campsites. Each campsite has its own picnic table. Our nightly rate was the PA rate. The cable hook up did not include the local stations so we ended up using our antenna and that worked great. The WiFi in the park worked very well. We would definitely stay here again. Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $18.00
Price reflects the Passport America discount. Many local workers who start their diesel trucks at 6:15 am and leave at 6:45. A bicycle event while we were there, the showers were overflowing with people lots of dogs. Leash law was not enforced. All gravel sites, no "it" factor at all. Wi-Fi was fine even on the weekend. The staff was very friendly, but not sure why they need 4 women running the front desk. We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
