The Good: The management was friendly and everything worked properly at the site. Laundry room had six washers and dryers and were priced well at $1.50 for wash and $0.75 for dry. Restrooms and showers were not available but appeared to be under renovation. The Bad: Trailer Trash! Most of the sites are occupied by long term residents and they are allowed to leave broken down vehicles and trailers, junk and trash on their sites. There was trash and dog poop on the roads, piles of trash outside the laundry room and the sites are a gravel weed patches. Old chairs and mattresses are left by the dumpsters. I felt a need to pick up the beer cans and paper trash littering our site, the road and the laundry room. (I left the dog poop). Dryer lint screens were thick with lint. Puppy Park is a tiny weed patch. Very trashy, not maintained and residents do not clean up after themselves. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Camped overnight on our way back to Niagara. Stayed here because of the closeness to restaurants, next time we'll drive the extra miles.

Really run down, dirty place. No curtains in the shower windows. Place hasn't been properly cleaned in a long, long, long time.

Permanent residents allowed to pile junk on their sites, everything you think of when you hear trailer trash. Just a couple of rules would go a long ways to improve this park. Unless you're a sadist avoid this park. Stay at the Pilot (Travel Station) down the street. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a mobile home park with some RV spaces. Site was almost level, did use one block under wheels. Good for an overnight stay but nothing else. Would return for an overnight. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Was just an overnight. Train tracks were near but didn't bother us, nor did the highway traffic.

While the park is under new management (not ownership) which was friendly and helpful, it was more of a mobile home park, the pet rules were not enforced, and grass & trees were missing. But it was handy to shopping and sightseeing. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very pleasant check in...lots of full timers there..close to road...heard trains..but i dont mind that.NO WIFI...cable didn't work either...we really just wanted to be here for a night to catch up on Internet and watch some tv...NEITHER could be done. I wouldn't stay again..for a couple dollars more there are other options...picnic table was a wreck..need to replace..site was level though. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is a wrecking yard. Literally.

Drove through and decided not to stay. I don't want my cat coming in with engine oil/grease all over her paws. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mostly full time residents. Worst rest room I have ever seen. Dog fecease everywhere outside. But level lots and good electricity. Stay if can use your own facilities. Else find another place. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for 5 days. Had a pull thru site that was 50 feet long by 20 feet wide. Wi-Fi was weak and not doable in the evening as everybody in the park used it. As noted gravel site with good hookups. Would stay here again when passing thru. Word of caution. DON'T take Hwy 550 from Grand Junction to Silverton or Durango. Told very tight for a motorhome with VERY close drop offs of 1,000 feet close to the road. Told my wife's to sit on the floor when going over that road! We took the long way via Moab to get to Durango. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mobile home park with a few RV spots. Laundry is old. Restrooms and showers in need of repairs and remodeling. Did not, and would not, use them. Easy access and pull through sites. Basically, it was just a place to park our trailer. Rate is based on weekly rate. Cheapest in the area and we weren't going to spend much time at the trailer. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

A gravel parking lot but very easy access from/to the BUS-70 highway and from there onto I-70. No security. Very level sites, all pull-through, quiet (although we did hear a couple of trains passing on the other side of BUS-70). Great services: water/sewer/WiFi/AT&T/50 amps. Lots of trashy looking mobile homes around the outside of the RV lots but we had no problems with any of the "permanent residents". A very good park for one overnight night when passing through Grand Junction. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park for our overnight stop. Super friendly manager just took over and they are upgrading the park. Some full timers, but park is kept up nicely. Level pull through spot and not overly crowded. We would feel comfortable here for a few days. It's not the fanciest place we've ever stayed, but certainly nice enough and great for the money. We are getting a brand new fifth wheel and we would absolutely stay here with it. Blazing Wifi and didn't even need a password. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As stated this is NOT an RV park but a mobile home park with a few spots for RVs. As for RVs all the hookups work well, there are trees but they don't interfere with sat tv/phone and do provide some shade. Spaces are very generous and the owners are very accommodating to whatever your situation is. There are no kid play facilities, but our three kids play outside with no problems in the vacant lots adjacent to our bus. We have been here for two months and would return. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Motorhome.

The nicest thing about this park is all the hookups worked. Has a lot of permanent residents with older trailers etc. Owner/manager is friendly though. Doesn't have anything in the way of aesthetics going for it. Would probably not stay here again. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Limited number of gravel sites among a sea of older RV's and park models. Not a lot of pride in the neighborhood. That said, it was relatively quiet and very convenient to major shopping. We would not return though. We camped at Mobile City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
