1 RV Park near La Junta, Colorado
Sep 2018 - $40.00
A " no frills" park but is great for an overnight stay. Our pull thru was very level and gravel. We stayed hooked-up but was really just a little short for our 42' fifth wheel. Good free wi-fi and OTA television. Dog park, pool and play area. Walking distance to Walmart. Right off hwy. 50. Friendliest office staff we've ever encountered. We'd stay here again if ever in the area. - travelswithpuppies

Never stay at KOA unless I have to. Now it is never again. Way overpriced and run down. No grass. All dirt, dust, and gravel. Sites small. Overrun with flys. Could not sit outside. Amenities were a joke. Pool was dirty and NO bathrooms at pool. Minigolf was run down and it cost extra. Rec building was locked up. Snack wagon was closed. Read the reviews on the KOA website for this park. All misleading. Tried to write a review on that site but could not. Felt like I got ripped off. Every KOA I ever stay at is like this. Run down and way overpriced. - johnjolicoeur

Pretty pricey for no real benefits over non koa campgrounds. We picked this one only because it was where we needed to stop for the night. Train ran across the road but I didn't hear it inside the unit. - krisbw
