1 Park near Littleton, Colorado
May 2016 - $30.00
We have camped several times here and it is always a fun place to go! This year, we were in A Loop, site #008, our favorite. Great views of the lake and within walking distance to the marina. FHU worked great and site was very level. Water pressure was a bit low, but no problems. This was the first year we brought our boat along and initially we parked the boat and tow vehicle at the marina because we were not sure if it would fit at the site. The next day we tried it and it did fit! Even with the 30ft trailer and truck, the 18ft Bayliner and SUV tow vehicle fit within the site.
Nice and close to home, we will be back! - colochoclab

Large pull through sites. Easy access, full hookups, nice views, lots of space between sites. Easy to get in an out of the sites. Very level. Campsites were very clean. Great all-round campsite. The one downside is they are not close to the water or the marina, but overall a great campsite. Get a site on the outer side of the outer rings of the loops for more space and privacy. - Alix1912
Jun 2015 - $26.00
Mostly open campground with great views of mountains west of Denver. No shade sites, so no loop is better than another. Nice hike/bike trail around perimeter, which includes lakeside and marina. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by flooding, which caused showers, restrooms, and sewer hook ups to be closed. OK, but why no message to those holding reservations? And after day 3 of 4 day stay, port-a-pots were not emptied and unusable. Only clean one was outside ranger station. Ranger on duty was not helpful in addressing port-a-pot situation, repeatedly saying he would "tell them about it". - thewaynetrain
