Staff very helpful and were able to accommodate us for the night. Someone lead us to our site and helped us pull in.

Site was a level pull-through with easy to reach services. Sites were close but not impossible so.

Using the word "resort" is a stretch, but the park is adequate for short stays. About 1/2 long-term residents. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rolled in without a reservation, staff very helpful and were able to accommodate us for the night.

They were obviously getting ready for the summer season, lots of maintenance work going on. Pool was scheduled to open in May. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This really is "so-so". It was a little dirty and a bit cramped but the staff were at least friendly. However they follow Greeley's rule about RVs not being older than 10 years. Which is really annoying. Would I stay here again? Only if I really had to. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. We would definitely not classify this as a resort. Sites are very tight with many trees and consist of some gravel, dirt and a little grass. Roads were pretty narrow. Buildings need updating and maintenance. Pool was closed. We had a 30 amp full hook up site. There were some 50 amp sites, but none available. Wi-fi at our site worked pretty well as we were right across from a tower. The parks location is very good; very close to Loveland. There is a large shopping center within walking distance with many restaurants. Many of the sites seemed to be occupied by permanent residents and oil workers. We stayed here because many other places were fully booked late in October. If we stay in the Denver area again, we will make reservations earlier to get a better place such as one of the state parks. We would not stay here again. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were terribly disappointed. When the reservation was made, the main concern was that we understood that they would charge us for 1 night if we didn't show. When we checked in they had run our credit card within minutes of taking our phone reservation and than ran a second time for the 2nd night of our stay. We were escorted to our site in the back row by a worker who had us kind of sideways in our site and very unlevel. After he left we hooked up again and tried to get as level as possible and it just didn't work. The site was full of cigarette buts littered on the ground. The sites are "Jack & Jill". Two rigs using the same power pedestal and you have to walk sideways between you and your neighbor, when the slides are out on both rigs. I almost cracked my head on their slide after standing up after connecting the water. Their ad says "under new ownership" they need to take a careful look at their sites and what people are paying for this over priced old RV park. Wouldn't stay again! We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Large campground with lots of sites. Situated convenient to food & shopping areas. Unfortunately, the sites are very tight/narrow. Lots of large trees spaced so it can be "very" difficult even pulling through. I nearly dented my large awning, because the parker could not see both sides at once. Staff are friendly & helpful, but had to share the same outside space as our neighbor due to alternate direction pull-throughs. Only had 30amp service for a pretty high price. Most likely will not return. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice enough park. A few noisy motorcycles early in the morning. Staff is very nice. If you are towing you have to disconnect before going to your site. You are escorted to your site. Sites are very close. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This is more of a year-round residential park with lots of tent campers interspersed with the RVs. There are zillions of cottonwood trees (the old type that shed tons of sticky cotton from May through July). The trees are filled with aphids that drop a sugar mix onto everything. Then the cotton fluff falls and everything is filthy.

When it rains it turns into a mudhole--and it rained almost every day for three weeks. Our stuff was covered with mud. The sites are not graded properly so water pools and mud forms. We were in a row of transients--one-nighters. Mid-to-longer term guests should be in an area away from the disturbances of new people coming in late and leaving early nearly every day.

No facilities that would qualify as a "resort" unless you count the pool. A small common room. No fitness facilities. No hot tub. No adult-focused activities except horseshoes.

Tent campers meant police incidents. Twice the police were called to deal with some sort of tent camper issues.

Overpriced. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Don't let the name resort fool you. It's half full timers and then travelers. Staff was not rude but not friendly. Check in was like a govt job security check almost, lic #'s veg type, color and make of RV, more than I have ever seen. Escort to site was a real adventure. To camp workers had me move for 10 min to get unit perfectly straight because the boss jumps all over them if units are not just right. He should put his effort to leveling them out some. It's also way over priced for what it is. Most places give you sheets with park rules at check in, this one bordered on angry and threatening. On positive side had a nice cable package and good water. The park in on a Main road with anything you could want or need. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Our reservation made 3 weeks in advance did not give us much of a site. First site was a back in after being told we had a pull through and they put us next to a couple of Harley Davidson users. We asked for a change and ended up on the first line in the RV Park. My objection to this was that the RV's are set up with the utility side to the user's side. You open your door into the sewer connection of the unit next to you. Very limited parking for guests. We would not stay here again if we could get into one of the parks along the Big Thompson River. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed this park. Although pricey for its facilities, it is reasonably close to Boulder, my destination, with easy access to I-25. It offers level and nicely spaced gravel parking spots, a clean pool and even a miniature golf putting course. The water pressure and quality is good and electric is fine; hookups are easy. No cable TV; the wireless WiFi was accessible but intermittent for our night's stay. The grounds seem to be well kept. There is a mall nearby that makes for convenient shopping. It's a very nice park, but for this visit at least, poorly managed. The desk staff was indifferent to customer needs. We arrived after hours and used the night registration. The next day we were told that because we planned to stay longer than just one night, we would have to move to a spot that would not accommodate our motorcycle trailer. We were told we had to park it some distance away in the trailer storage area which cost extra. This would also create an obstacle to a planned early departure on Sunday morning (moving the motorhome to the storage area, hooking up in the dark, and disturbing neighbors in doing so). At this point we decided to go to another park, but when I went to pay for our one night stay, I was told they did not accept checks despite the registration form's indication that was a suitable form of payment. An overall rating is difficult; it's a nice park but the inflexibility of its staff really put me off. I won't go back for my next stay. There are many better alternatives, at least from a customer satisfaction perspective. Sad, because I really liked this park last time. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our second time to stay at this park that is conveniently located to Loveland and Windsor. While it appears there are many folks who call this place home for extended stays, the place is quiet and neat. There is an abundance of shade from the large trees and they have recently renovated the office, one of the laundry rooms, the recreation room and the mini-golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

At $45 per night, this place is vastly over priced. We were assigned a very small site with no shade, grass or landscaping of any kind, and located across from the restroom building. Lights are left on 24/7 on the building, making the interior of our trailer look like daylight inside. This park is far from a "resort"! Oil field workers are the primary long term clientele . They fire up their trucks at 5 AM and roar off to work waking those of us who are trying to sleep. It was not a pleasant stay. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Park and staff are very nice! Stayed for 4 nights Staff checked us in quickly, then escorted us to spot. The park in in town Loveland, right near lots of shopping and places to eat. There are many trees and the park is quite. Site are tight together and you eat dinner with the site next to you! They also offer trash pick up every morning and the WiFi worked great. Good location in the city, but easy to miss the turn. Lots of trees. Several extended stay campers. Staff was very particular about the care of the grounds. They were constantly cleaning and it shows. While we were there they were doing construction on the mini golf and pool area. There are two larger areas for dogs to be on a leash. We found a walking trail that lead to a wide open area to run. That lead to a path around the water. Office staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Site size is OK. Our 44' RV fit in a pull-thru, but did not leave much room to park the pick-up. There is not much space between neighbors, either. For being in the middle of town, it was surprisingly quiet. Stayed for 3 weeks. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
