Our reservation made 3 weeks in advance did not give us much of a site. First site was a back in after being told we had a pull through and they put us next to a couple of Harley Davidson users. We asked for a change and ended up on the first line in the RV Park. My objection to this was that the RV's are set up with the utility side to the user's side. You open your door into the sewer connection of the unit next to you. Very limited parking for guests. We would not stay here again if we could get into one of the parks along the Big Thompson River. This is our second time to stay at this park that is conveniently located to Loveland and Windsor. While it appears there are many folks who call this place home for extended stays, the place is quiet and neat. There is an abundance of shade from the large trees and they have recently renovated the office, one of the laundry rooms, the recreation room and the mini-golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

At $45 per night, this place is vastly over priced. We were assigned a very small site with no shade, grass or landscaping of any kind, and located across from the restroom building. Lights are left on 24/7 on the building, making the interior of our trailer look like daylight inside. This park is far from a "resort"! Oil field workers are the primary long term clientele . They fire up their trucks at 5 AM and roar off to work waking those of us who are trying to sleep. It was not a pleasant stay. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

I have stayed here before and enjoyed this park. Although pricey for its facilities, it is reasonably close to Boulder, my destination, with easy access to I-25. It offers level and nicely spaced gravel parking spots, a clean pool and even a miniature golf putting course. The water pressure and quality is good and electric is fine; hookups are easy. No cable TV; the wireless WiFi was accessible but intermittent for our night's stay. The grounds seem to be well kept. There is a mall nearby that makes for convenient shopping. It's a very nice park, but for this visit at least, poorly managed. The desk staff was indifferent to customer needs. We arrived after hours and used the night registration. The next day we were told that because we planned to stay longer than just one night, we would have to move to a spot that would not accommodate our motorcycle trailer. We were told we had to park it some distance away in the trailer storage area which cost extra. This would also create an obstacle to a planned early departure on Sunday morning (moving the motorhome to the storage area, hooking up in the dark, and disturbing neighbors in doing so). At this point we decided to go to another park, but when I went to pay for our one night stay, I was told they did not accept checks despite the registration form's indication that was a suitable form of payment. An overall rating is difficult; it's a nice park but the inflexibility of its staff really put me off. I won't go back for my next stay. There are many better alternatives, at least from a customer satisfaction perspective. Sad, because I really liked this park last time. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Park and staff are very nice! Stayed for 4 nights Staff checked us in quickly, then escorted us to spot. The park in in town Loveland, right near lots of shopping and places to eat. There are many trees and the park is quite. Site are tight together and you eat dinner with the site next to you! They also offer trash pick up every morning and the WiFi worked great. Good location in the city, but easy to miss the turn. Lots of trees. Several extended stay campers. Staff was very particular about the care of the grounds. They were constantly cleaning and it shows. While we were there they were doing construction on the mini golf and pool area. There are two larger areas for dogs to be on a leash. We found a walking trail that lead to a wide open area to run. That lead to a path around the water. Office staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Site size is OK. Our 44' RV fit in a pull-thru, but did not leave much room to park the pick-up. There is not much space between neighbors, either. For being in the middle of town, it was surprisingly quiet. Stayed for 3 weeks. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Loveland RV park was nice. The sites are small. The park was clean and staff was nice. We were very happy with our week in Loveland. Many shops and nice places to eat close by this park. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $43.00
Very crowded with campers parked alternating front to back. You could pass the Poupon to the guy on one side and your front door is 6 feet from the guy on the other side. When it is this tight the rules must be enforced, but they are not. The folks at our front door had three vehicles in addition to their large 5th wheel, stuff all over the patio including a queen size mattress on our picnic table. We will not stay here again. Nice little pool, very crowded lots, lots of big trees so hard to get satellite and no cable. Convenient location otherwise would not have stayed. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

I might stay here again if I paid an additional $5.00 per night and backed up to the river. The dust was unbearable and the sites are confusing. On some of the pull though sites, the first RV can pull through and the next had to back in. You were stacked very, very close. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

We did not bring family here, but it would be a nice place to do so. Playground, pool (very clean), putt-putt golf. Very clean area. Nice bathrooms and laundry. Only drawback is that the sites are very close together. Would definitely go back for a short stay. There are a lot of campers who are full time and working on the pipeline. In contrast to many parks where there are long-term residents, this one was clean and nice, not trashy looking like so many get to be. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We have camped here for many years and enjoyed ourselves. However, the last few years it has not been favorable. The office hours were stated to be open till 7:00 pm, on Friday nights. We stopped by at 5:00 to get ice, and it was closed up. During the 4th of July holiday the pool was locked up at 6:30 pm, on Saturday even though the hours state 8:30. It was nice and sunny when they locked it up. This park used to have live bands, ice cream socials, bingo and many kids activities. Nothing now, it makes you feel like they don't want families staying here. Such a big disappointment, I hope with the new ownership it gets better, this was always our favorite RV campground. We stayed here for two nights and the park staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The one quirk that happened was that I wanted 50 amp service and received 30 amp service. The power posts are set up with 1 50 amp and 1 30 amp plug. Unfortunately, 2 RVs share one power post. One RV gets 50 amp and one RV gets 30 amp. No cable TV and forget using a satellite as the tress are many. There were plenty of activities and it's a great place for kids. Easy access and close to restaurants and shopping are a plus. We would stay here again. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is an older park as you can tell by deterioration of the amenities. Most of the sites are well shaded by cottonwood trees which of course means hit or miss satellite TV reception. Most of the sites are dirt, and of course, very dusty. The wi-fi was useless even though it had a strong signal; it was extremely slow to the point of being unusable. While we were there, the power went out in our section when it was after hours and about 95 degrees. Calls to the after hours number yielded nothing but voice mail. Thank goodness we had a generator. As others have said, the sites are too close together, and you have to disconnect your toad even though you're assigned a pull through space. It's bordered on 2 sides by very busy roads, and as a result, is very noisy. We stayed here for three days but only because it was close to the repair shop where we were having some work done on our motorhome. We will not stay here again. This place is a hole! When I pulled in to park by at the office, this a guy in a big rush to park his huge truck almost backed our 2012 motorhome. I honked my horn and he had the gall to shake his head at me. I proceeded to the office. I asked if the have room for a 42ft motorhome, and they seem confused. After about five minutes, they told me they "think" so. After experiencing their lack of knowledge and looking at all the oil rig workers living there, we decided to move on. As we exited, we noticed the park is pretty tight with people parking their toads out in the street. We camped at Loveland RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
