This park is just off highway 160 to Durango, so there is some road noise, but it wasn't intrusive. Other than that, this is one of the most peaceful parks we've been in. The sites are all well-maintained gravel. There was not much in-and-out when we stayed here so it was very, very quiet; no children, no barking dogs. We had one of the five giant pull-through sites (#10 thru 14) which have no vegetation, but they are very wide, over 100 feet long, and terraced up a hillside. Other sites are under a pleasant canopy of trees. The park is less than a mile from the exit for Mesa Verde National Park. There is a small pool which wasn't open yet - too cold until June - and two above-ground hot tubs which looked a bit cloudy, so we didn't use them. There are communal propane BBQ's and fire pits on a patio beside the pool, very nice. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. We would stay here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed here for a week. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The day we arrived I realized I had made our reservation for an electric/water only site. I called ahead that morning and they were able to move us into a full hookup site. The park is spotless, both the restrooms and the laundry room. They spend a lot of time maintaining the entire property. The only downside is it's all gravel and stone. You'll want to wear sturdy shoes to easily maintain your footing. We had a good TV signal with our antenna and lots of channels to choose from. We also had a good Wi-Fi signal and Verizon cell signal. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Nice clean park. Hot tub was great. Our pull-through site was short and we had to unhook. Site was steep, front to back. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Rate is with Good Sam discount. Campground is close to Mesa Verde National Park. Campground was full when we arrived, but we had a reservation so not a problem. Site 63 is partial hookup with 30 amp. Sites are close together and many are not level. Weak Verizon cell/MiFi coverage. OTA television was inconsistent. Laundry facility worked well. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Very nice park. All gravel. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Very close to Mesa Verde National Park. My only nit was the flies; they forced us back into our rig. I counted 8 crawling around on our provided picnic table at one time. I would come back if Mesa Verde was on the list, otherwise there is not much to do in the area. The people running this place are really nice. Our truck broke down and had to go to the dealer, and they worked with us with a late check-out. Laundry and showers are really clean. Their Wi-Fi is spotty in some places, but I was happy to have what signal there was. The rate was based on military ID. We have stayed here several times and would again. Yes, the sites are gravel but this is the what I expected in this area. Wi-Fi worked OK from our site. Great place to go to Mesa Verde National Park. Only real issue was the road noise, at times was a little loud. If we ever get back to this area would stay here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Nice place. Next to the NP, big long pull-throughs, 110 feet. Nice dog walk area, pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. If you like mountain biking Phils World is just 5 miles down the road. Best single tracks in the area. If you like a someplace out of the hustle an bustle this is the place to stay. Very nice people!!! We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice park. fast efficient check-in, escort to site, assist with setup. Restrooms/showers look to be brand new, spacious, clean, well planned, best I've every seen in any RV park that I've stayed at. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This certainly isn't a "resort", or a place where a 10 rating is warranted. To me, a 10 rating would include paved sites or roads, not loose gravel. Also, there is virtually no grass, and where you walk your dog is full of stickers. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible...just nonexistent. Nice pool, but only 3 loungers. Where are folks supposed to sit around the pool? We saw where some would set their towels on the loungers and then leave, and come back later to "claim" their seats. Close to Mesa Verde but Verizon signal very weak. It was our first time here, but most likely will be our last unfortunately, as we expected more. I would have rated this higher if not for the abysmal wifi, especially since their website touts this as being a strong point for this campground. I wouldn't call it a resort, either. Nice big sites on gravel with reasonable shade for the area. Bathrooms were very clean. Hot tubs (2 of them) were ok, clean enough. Work campers friendly enough. Might try the campground half a mile away next time. Convenient to Mesa Verde. Extra 3 bucks per kid per night. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Very friendly staff, room to move, level sites, and good amenities. We were very lucky as the van next door had hummingbird feeders out, fascinating birds to watch. Just down the road from the NP. Met some really nice people. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Can not say enough good things about this RV park and the people that run it. Everything is exactly as you would expect it to be in an RV park. Their high ratings in the RV directories are well deserved. I wish all parks were run and maintained like this one. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Very friendly. Long pull-throughs with no obstruction for my satellite antenna. Clean pool and hot tubs. We will stay here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We have been here twice and it is always comfortable. Staff is friendly, restrooms are impeccable, and the WiFi is fantastic. A real plus is premium spaces for the big boys so everyone isn't squeezed together. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo
