Our $28 per night was a stay-two-nights-and-get-the-third-night-free deal (they do accept Good Sam and Passport America one night discounts). We had a level gravel site with full hookups but no picnic table or fire ring. The campground has many large trees scattered throughout so some sites have some shade during the day. There is a curbside grass area to share with your neighbor. The sites are fairly close to one another on the street-side but you don’t feel cramped, as there is still plenty of room for a 40’ motorhome and tow vehicle lengthwise. The park staff was very friendly and helpful. Many activities are available nearby. Montrose is the nearest city and it has most everything anyone might need. AT&T and Verizon services were both acceptable. We used the park Wi-Fi for internet access and it worked well. There were six OTA TV stations. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was full to the point they posted a sign on the office door saying tent spaces only. All services except cable worked fine. Spaces are roomy, most with grass. Management was friendly and helpful, not that we needed any help. We were on the front row next to the highway so noise was somewhat of a bother, although we also have stayed several rows back from the highway and did not notice noise. Rate shown is week night with Passport America discount. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We use this campground whenever we're in the area. The only negative is that there is no dog walking area. They request that you walk your dog around the perimeter that use to have grass, but is now gravel. Campground is convenient to all of the sights in that area or Colorado. Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $29.00
The rate reflects PA and GS discounts. I stayed 2 nights. Very well kept. All pull-thru sites. Nice green areas for the dog. WiFi was a little slow. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $34.00
One of the nicest RV Parks in Colorado. We stay here every year about the same time. The staff makes your visit pleasurable. The lady at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful always. Nice shady spots, gorgeous Mountain Views from all sides. Close to shopping but still in the country. Spaces are very adequate. Nice area for walking your dog. Quiet, peaceful setting. Showers and bathrooms very clean. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is one of our favorite campgrounds in Colorado. We have been staying there for many years whenever we are in Colorado. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Wi-Fi and utilities. Gravel roads and campsites with a nice grassy area between the sites. Quite a few shade trees. Our only complaint is the price has gone up substantially the last few years even at the weekly rate. The PPA membership is so limited that it is of little value. However, we plan to continue to return to Centennial every chance we get. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

Nice clean park with friendly helpful staff. Level sites with lots of room; most have shade trees. Good WiFi. We stayed a week and booked a month for this fall. Super clean laundry facilities. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park is about 10 miles south of Montrose and located directly on Rte 550. The sites along the highway have some traffic noise, not so much in the back. All sites are long pull throughs, gravel, and semi level. Utilities and WiFi are excellent, but no TV is available other than a few over the air stations or use your satellite. Some sites have partial shade and all are big and roomy. Only 2 garbage sites so you might have a walk to the dumpster. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good park, just a little remote for some people. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All sites are long, level pull throughs on gravel with full hook ups. Some shade trees. Excellent, free WiFi. Park is very neat and clean. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Daily rate is with Escapees discount. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $35.00
This clean park is about 10 miles south of the city of Montrose. The staff is friendly and the sites are semi level gravel. The sites are long and have a large shade tree/grass. The satellite signal is good and the Wi-Fi signal was off/on due to high winds. The park sits in a valley, with the Rocky Mountains in the distance. There is no store at the park and supplies must be obtained in Montrose. The park is quiet and we will return. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

One of the nicest places we've stayed in four years on the road. Spacious, level sites with grass & trees; intelligently placed hookups that all worked well. Nice views; on the highway but still fairly quiet. Best wifi ever! Laundry $1.25 to wash, $1.00 to dry; worked great. Super-friendly, helpful camp hosts. No fancy amenities (pool, etc.), just a really pretty, clean, friendly park. They have a lot of people who return yearly for the summer; it would be a perfect base for all the area activities. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $20.00
Nice park just South of town about eight miles. Right on highway but noise was minimal. Great Wi-Fi. No shade to speak of except at a couple of sites. Staff was nice. Lots of big rigs spending the Summer. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $19.00
As previous reviewers have said, this is a friendly park with large, pull-through sites and everything works great. Nice, clean laundry and less expensive than many. The grass and tree between the sites makes for a comfortable place to sit, although if the neighbor is having a party, it's a bit awkward, unless you're invited. The two couples that work at this park are very friendly and helpful. This park puts you in striking distance to so many great outdoor opportunities. We stayed the first three nights on Passport America, then decided it was so nice, we stayed another week at the regular rate. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $24.00
This is an awesome park and great location to visit areas both north and south. Just 10 miles south of Montrose and all the major shopping opportunities - Walmart, Target, Penney's, Home Depot, etc. An easy drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison to the north or Ouray and Silverton to the south. Lots of opportunities for Jeeping and friendly folks to go with. All sites in the park are pull-through with plenty of room for big rigs. Hookups worked great as did the Wi-Fi. The two work camper couples took very good care of the place and were terrific to deal with. The campsite arrangement is a bit odd in that you every other site is a pull-in in the opposite direction meaning that you share a grassy space with your neighbor. The only downside is that it is right on a major highway which means traffic noise otherwise it would be a 10. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $19.00
A very nice park. The sites are flat and easy to get in and easy to get out. All the hookups work and are easily accessable. The staff is friendly and helpful. This park is actually in Ridgway, about 11 miles South of Montrose. We were only here for one night, but this would be a good place for a more extended stay, to visit the sights in the area. This is a Passport America park, hence the reasonable rate. We camped at Centennial RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
