Overall Rating:

Our fifth summer vacation at Wolf Creek Run. Probably the nicest class A Motor Coach park we stay in located outside of Pagosa Springs. Immaculate grounds, concrete sites and drive. Magnificent central sculpture garden with water pond and fountains. Home made breakfast mon-fri plus happy hour gatherings and Meet & Greet on Thursday evening with live entertainment with special guests from the village. Sites are immaculate with strong power and water. Beautiful mountain log designed community room. Game room with pool table and a beautiful expansive deck looking out to the San Juan River and mountains. Owners are on site everyday and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Looking forward to Summer 2019. We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We needed electrical and ac repairs and the owners suggested a local mechanic who did the repairs that a Rv mechanic could not find the cause of. The owners recommendations over 5 summer visits have been 100 perfect. Bring a hummingbird feeder.

A very private first class Resort. They had breakfast and a bring a dish dinner. The people were very friendly and helpful. Nicely landscaped with a fountain and pond in the middle of the circle drive. Close to downtown. We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Well I don't know where to start. In 20 years of RVing I believe this might be the first "10" we have come across. This was our first time in Pagosa as well as Wolf Creek Run. We will return to Pagosa as well as this RV resort. We stayed a week and wished for longer but we are not full timers. The resort is manicured to a tee, sites are unreal, landscaping is incredible, and the owners are wonderful. Sites are level, concrete, all utilities work as they should, and each has a very cool little outdoor cabana with great lawn furniture. This place took me to relaxation mode quicker than any RV resort we have been to. Clubhouse is something to behold and a great home made continental breakfast is available Mon-Thurs. Owners do a great job getting everyone together for happy hours, breakfasts, etc. We camped with two senior dogs and booked a full day of ATVing. No worries as owner came to our coach and let our dogs out while we played. Who does that? Anyway we were quite taken by this RV resort and will certainly return. Lastly, Wolf Creek Run is not exactly a well kept secret. I believe this resort was booked solid every day we were here so better book early. Great job Wolf Creek Run! Well, if you want to be pampered, have a great site with large spaces including log shed, meet great people, enjoy owner supplied happy hours on a deck overlooking the san Juan river, be very close to downtown, be immersed in a 5 star resort, then OK give it a try. But, be warned. The river sites have something to do with wine evaporating very quickly. Now one can tell you why? We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Beautiful class A resort, sites are equipped with large patio including covered sitting area and patio set. In addition, some sites have small shed available to store your items (so convenient). Grounds are beautiful with Wolf Creek running behind the campground-- evenings often bring deer into view. Monday to Thursday continental breakfast and Friday pancakes / sausage. Also wonderful homemade cookies and breads. Weekly pot luck and one evening enjoyed live music. All this amidst beautiful distant mountain setting. Will definitely return. Tips for other Campers:

San Juan forest provides wonderful drives and hikes - the Piedra River hike is spectacular and the 4x4 drive to Elwood Pass is breathtaking. Both Treasure Falls and Silver Falls (on way to Elwood Pass) are beautiful. Chimney Rock National Monument fascinating - bring lots of water. The Pagosa Springs magazine from visitor center provides great information on the best drives, hikes, and things to do.

Class A motor home resort, have stayed here many times in past. A true resort. Private casita, lush landscaping, overlooking San Juan mountains and creek. Our second stay here was just as good as the first. This is a first-rate, Class A only park. It's very well manicured, the spaces are quite nice (each has a small cabana and storage), it's right on the river, and the hosts are terrific. There is a free continental breakfast several days a week, as well as evening receptions occasionally. We can't wait to visit again. Stayed for a month and loved everything about this resort. A lot of parks use the term resort rather loosely. But Wolf Creek Run truly is a resort. Large sites with room for your tow. Breakfast served most mornings. Have evening entertainment several nights per week. Pot luck dinner or live music. Great place to stay if you own a Class A. Will be back next year!! Class A only allowed. At $60/night plus tax, we had one of the "cheap" sites. This was the most beautifully landscaped RV park we've seen in our 5+ years of RVing. The sites are very wide, with covered patio with table and chairs, and even a storage shed. The fountain area in the middle has to be seen to be believed. The office/club house area was first class. The great majority of coaches were newer 40 footers and many were there for the season. There is a small dog run. The only negative was that WiFi on my iPad and android phone barely worked the first two days, but was strong on the third day. WiFi worked great on our PC the whole time. I don't know what was going on, as I didn't report it. Unfortunately, Verizon was only a weak 3G and hotspot didn't work. I had to drive into town to make a phone call. If you're not on a budget, this is a great place to stay. We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a class A only resort. It is the best we have seen and we stay at many throughout our travels. This is a very small resort with about 27 or so sites. All roads and pads are concrete. Sites have a very nice covered patio area. There is a fantastic club house and huge deck overlooking a nice stream. Management is top notch. There are weekday continental breakfasts and many nights with a happy hour. Wifi about the best we have seen at rv parks. All sites are back in but are wide and with able assistance you are in straight without thinking! We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here before and it remains one four favorite campgrounds anywhere. The campground owners/hosts are fantastic. The breakfast and nightly activities make the other campers and the hosts more like friends than folks next door. It can be tough to get a space as there are a few choice lots that are owned and occupied most of the summer and several others that stay for 4-6 weeks at a time. the only unfavorable comment is when you set the bar so high - you can notice some of the little things slipping. Facility maintenance was not as good as our last visit. Certainly still excellent but noticeable less so. Several of the cabana's in the owned lots are being built out and you have to deal with the contractors trucks, supplies, equipment and construction noise. Probably nits overall, and still one of the best facilities we have ever visited. We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with all the amenities, but hard to get a reservation. There are many people who stay here every year for a long time. Beautifully landscaped with all concrete roads and large sites. Breakfast in morning out on the deck overlooking the river; Wednesday was Pie Day, and we had 3 homemade pies for breakfast that were fantastic, plus coffee cake. Laundry was fine. Wi fi was ok; cable ok. Would have loved to stay longer, but two days was all we could get. Owners were super and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Little round table with two chairs finished on patio. We camped at Wolf Creek Run Class A Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.
