Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were offered welcome cookies and were told if we wanted a ride to the restaurant up the street, they would drive us, so we didn't have to unhook. Just stayed overnight and it was a good location, however, it is not that close to Pueblo as you might think by the name. Very well kept property. Open enough for satellite but trees too. Our dog loved the grass dog park. There are 2 but one had dogs the other was empty. Thought it was a little overpriced for the location and amenities but that's KOA. Would stay here again overnight. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.

This KOA has a breathtaking view! Easy entrance/exit, interior dirt/gravel roads wide and easy to drive. Spaces are long and adequately wide, with grass in-between. WiFi and cable both very good, sat setup good. The main thing, though, is that view. It's incredible. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice grassy pull thru so we did't have to unhook, with all utilities in good order. Clear sky for sat and nice spacing. Not too far from I25, but no road noise. The staff was very friendly and we were escorted to the site. The office staff gave us fresh cookies upon arrival. Beautiful view of the still snow covered mountains to the east. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first visit to the park. The travel book indicates a "10" rating across the board. The park is very clean and the staff was great. The sites are semi-level gravel and too narrow for my taste. The view of the valley from our site was great. There are two restaurants and a golf course within five minutes of the park. We did not try the Wi-Fi, cable, or satellite signal. Oh, one more item. They have bull SNAKES in the park. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.

The CG is very easy to access on and off the highway. The owner was working in the office the day we arrived and he could not have been nicer or more friendly. We even got a complementary cookie because it was our first stay and then he escorted us to our site and helped us get parked. Internal roads and sites are gravel with grass between and for the most part level, there is a comfortable amount of space between sites Hook-ups are well located and easy to access, Wi-fi was a bit slow and cable was fine. We drive a 44ft MH with a tow and were able to fit into the pull-through with car attached. Although the park seems close to the road, it was quiet and scenic. Nice little dog area - not huge but enough to let our dog wander around a bit. We would stay here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park but a little overpriced. Nice flat site. Has pool, hot tub, dog parks. Staff were very nice and gave us cookies at registration. Our only issue was the price in April while it was still cold. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.

Very well maintained park. Friendly, helpful owners. Easy in/out. Long level site in E section for big rig. Grass between sites. Electric and sewer were good. Water pressure low. Wifi decent for simple browsing. Would stay here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Fuel close by easy in/out with big rig. BBQ restaurant close by is excellent.

This is a nice park in a pretty area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a Bar-B-Que restaurant just up the road that serves some of the best brisket and pulled pork that I have ever eaten. Everything worked well, including the WiFi and cable TV. The only complaints I had were some truck traffic noise at night, and the sites are a little small. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This park and the staff truly deserve a rating of 10. From the phone call to reserve a site to the parking of our unit, the experience was great. Dog run was convenient to our site. Hook-ups were placed in easy to use positions and site was level without any bumps to navigate. So many parks are "ratings challenged" that it was a treat to actually stay in a 10. We'd stay here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We overnighted while passing through the area. The campground is a hidden gem, directly off the interstate, but secluded and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, escorted us to our site and later came by to check on us. Sites were level. Facilities were clean and adequate. WiFi was spotty, but not an issue for us. We would camp here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Other parks could take a lesson from these people. Checking in was great, and staff was friendly and very informative about the surrounding area. Wide spaces with cement and grass. Lots of gravel on the drives. Very relaxing place to stop overnight. Would stop here again! We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.

This was the second time we stayed here. Great stop for overnight stays. Easy on/off and there is a great fuel stop here with easy access diesel. Also a great BBQ place for dinner. Sites are level and many have shade. Good cable, and Wi-Fi was OK. Nice people in office. The site could be a bit wider. It can be a bit close when everyone has their slides out. They do water the grass at night, so be sure to put things away that you don't want to get wet. Will stay here again. We camped at Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA in a Motorhome.
