1 Park near Seibert, Colorado
Apr 2015 - $18.00
Old but clean park with gravel roads and level sites. October to mid-March in winter mode (no water or restrooms/showers) since owner winters in Texas. FHU the rest of the year. No cable or wifi, but owner has connected park antenna to every site (excellent reception). Utilities worked well. Office now in small trailer. Owner friendly and extremely helpful showing you to site and assisting with hook up if you so desire. Some puddles and soft spots after rain, but solid site surface. Pet friendly, although no designated dog walk. Not a resort, but a great place for an overnight. - LoneWolf
Oct 2014 - $15.00
Great for overnight stay. Easy access and site fairly level.. Winter mode so no water, wifi or trash receptacle. We got water at flying J before stopping. Power and sewer at site. Quiet and met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. Second time we have been here and will stop again. The park is for sale, so hope if it sells the new owners will be as nice as the couple who now runs it. - Mgt

The way it should be. A fantastic and affordable campground for the weary traveler. The perfect spot for those who enjoy geocaching. We felt like family here. - Jim M.
