Beautiful well maintained campground on the bay. A mix of resident modular homes, permanent campers, and visiting campers. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the nicest RV parks I've ever stayed at. It is well staffed and it shows in the care and maintenance of the facility. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice membership park and sometimes they have room for the general public at a very expensive price of $70. Back in sites are at a tight right angle, some near the water, some with cement pads. All have very good hookups, including cable for newer TV's. Be very aware of the "not-before-2PM" check in time as they are strict and you will wait outside the attended park gate until 2. You need to request a rest rooms key and pay a $20 refundable deposit. The restrooms/showers were clean. There is an additional fee to use the pool. There is lovely landscaping and a trash can at each site. We did like it, but we would look for something more affordable if in the area again. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

It's a hefty, heavy traffic drive to Rehoboth Beach but there is a boardwalk which is very fun.

This is a private C2C resort and located on a water access Marina. The resort is located at the end of a private road. They have many social activities. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The lot was level and wooded, with a view of the bay. The pool was not opening until Saturday even though the temperature was in the 90s on Thursday and Friday. A key to the bathhouse is available for a returnable deposit. The park was clean and nicely landscaped. I would gladly return to this park. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Excellent park. We were looking for a place to crab, fish and clam. This was perfect. Sites were good size. Boat was a short walk to their marina. Park was clean, as was the pool. Water, electric, and sewer easily accessed. With 4 adults and 2 children it would have helped to be able to use the park's restrooms. Sign said members only, you needed a key or code. We found out, later, that all you needed was to ask and they would have gave you one. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Great boating. Just mind the channel markers. Bay is shallow. Clamming, crabbing, and fishing, so so. First time there, might need to find the right spots, though. Outlets stores, seafood restaurants, beaches and an amusement park close by. NASCAR racing at Dover, when they are there. Ocean City Boardwalk 45 min. ride. There is a boardwalk at Rehobeth Beach, but no rides or amusements.

Camped hear at the Coast-to-Coast member rate, but they treated us as one of their own. Very quiet and the campsites were mostly wide and easy to back into. The campsites seemed as though they were in the best part of the campground out on the "point" with river views and some river fronts. Can't wait to come back, about 20 minutes from the ocean beaches. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice place. Good paved road all the way back to the transient area. Sites were crushed stone and varied in size and levelness. It is first come first served so you pick a site of those available, so might not be one big enough if you have a big rig. Utilities were all good. No problem with satellite coverage. Verizon was better at sites than up by the entrance. Pool looked very nice but wasn't open yet. Rate is Coast to Coast. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed here as C2C and was told that only 4 C2C guests were allowed at once. Sites are all the way in the back of the park, past the mobile homes and seasonal trailers. Black top roads all the way, but site roads were gravel. Electric and water was good. All sites are back ins/back to back sites, most very short, our 30 foot 5th wheel barely fit into site, good thing no one was across from us or else I'd never have fit, but all sites were about 35 feet wide. Sites facing the river were long, but all were taken. Bath houses are for Life Style Resort guests only, so they were not accessible to us. Will definitely stay here again, but hope to get one on the sites along the river. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park. It is a membership only park. They have 46 sites for Coast to Coast members. Sites are back in. Only ten sites are big enough for a 40' MH. Sites are down by a river with nice views. Very friendly staff. It probably gets real crowded during the summer months. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Motorhome.

I stayed here as a CtC member. They had shut most of the seasonal sites down for the winter but it was still open for travelers until November. Very nice campground with friendly, helpful staff. Great laundry room and excercise room. The grounds were clean and well kept. It is close to the 2 nice coastal towns and very close to golf courses. I would stay here again. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a Coast To Coast membership park, not open to the public. It is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Our site faced a huge "creek" with boat slips that dumps into Rehoboth Bay. Most of the park is taken with mobile homes and seasonals, but the separate camping section is quite nice. They have a DSL connection in the office. We camped at Leisure Point Resort in a Motorhome.
