A bit overpriced, but you do pay for the convenience of access to I-75. Check in was easy, friendly staff, escort to site. Very narrow roads. Very unusual site pattern. Tight turns. Utilities worked well. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

Was a great find for easy in and out off of I75. The overnight sites have been recently paved and are very level. The manager was very nice when I called and upon check-in. Our new favorite overnight stop going in and out of FL. Previous review stated that they do not take credit cards but they do now. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

We have stayed overnight here for years on the way out of Florida. The unusual parking design has been greatly improved with the new pavement including paved exits. But the speed bumps should go. They are destructive even at 5 mph! They guide you to your spot and offer to assist you in hooking up. The spot was completely level. The new owners have upgraded the facility a lot and it is still a place that is great for overnighters. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Traveling through area and needed an overnight stop. Great park with easy access to I-75. Lots of shade trees made a picturesque campground. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Good overnight spot. The park has a very strange pull-through arrangement. You are lined up in a queue. We were in a row of 3 different rigs, one behind the other. If you need to leave prior to the ones in front you have to cut across the other sites to get out. It works, but seemed strange. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We had decided to stop ahead of our planned overnight stop on our way to the Florida Panhandle from Central Florida; saw a sign for this campground and decided on a whim to see if they could take us. It was 5 p.m. Sunday on President's Day weekend, so the campground managers scrambled to see if they could find us a spot. We ended up in one of their overflow sites at the bottom of the hill. One of the workers guided us through the well manicured campground, which is situated on a slopey hillside. We didn't realize that even though we were at the bottom of the hill, the ground was still on enough of a slope that we needed a three stack of linx levellers to get the Levelling system to operate properly. All of the inner campgrounds roads were paved, with large, open spaces between site sections. The campground is parallel to I75, but the highway noise was not that noticeable at our site. Friendly Snowbirds and some longtermers, but mostly of the rigs were nicely kept. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The campground is parallel to highway 75, so April BLVD is the first left hand turn you can make if travelling North. We went to a Latin Cafe a short distance from the park; Mi Apa. The waitress was very helpful in describing the different menu choices, as we weren't that familiar with Latin food.

50 amp service, good water pressure with good tasting water, sewer, free cable and free wifi...AND someone who leads you to your pullthrough overnight spot will help you hook up your RV. Nice swimming pool, although not easy to get to because it's on a hill, but it was very clean and refreshing. This park also has a bunch of different animals and birds you can see. Their "in-line" pullthroughs are different...you have to pull out over the grass, but it works. It was quiet at night even though this is just off I-75. The pullthroughs are set down low so you don't get much noise. Our site had a big tree and lots of roots right next to our steps, but it was easy enough to level. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. Not many parks that you can wake seeing peacocks and emu outside your window. Dog park is very spacious and clean. Pool was good size. Overnight camping is back to back but very easy to pull out when leaving. Park host helps you set up if needed. Would definitely camp here again. Stayed here a few times. Good spot for an overnight stay but not a destination park. Convenient to Interstate. They have a weird set up for short term stays - rigs are parked in a row and if rig in front of you does not exit before you then you can exit by driving over grass to parallel road. Interior roads are paved. Site roads are gravel. Grass and picnic table by sites. They do not the credit cards. I had to mail deposit check a few months before arrival and paid in cash for balance at arrival. res are fairly open so I could get . access. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

There are many positive things about this campground- friendly staff, convenient access from the the interstate, clean, level sites with good hook-ups. Negative- Overnight campers are lined up down a long driveway with about 12 ft between the back end of the RV in front of us and the nose of our RV. A driveway is left clear on one side to allow early risers to exit, but this required driving down a short bank over to the clear driveway. We managed this without difficulty, as most of our neighbors were not yet ready to leave. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

We stay the second time on this campground on our way to north. The place is located near the I75 but not to close so it's not to noisy at night. The restrooms are clean but very old and need to be modernized, the wifi is strong and works well. The overnight section is very dusty but they have a nice new fenced dog run. I wouldn't recommend this campground for holidays but for one or two nights it's OK. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is the friendliest park we've ever stayed at. The office staff was friendly when we checked in, the outside guys were friendly when they hooked us up (a first for us), and the staff even presented our rally group with a nice, big cake. Unheard of ! The setup is weird, but it somehow works. Our rally group was parked end to end with just enough space in between to wrangle our towed in and out for our daily adventures. The only disadvantage is that your rig ain't going anywhere until the rig in front of you pulls out, but since we were a group, we have no problems with this. There are a bunch of animals in the park from horses to macaws and even an emu. The macaws were loud and rowdy, but calmed down after dark. We'd love to go back here again. Great campground --- but they don't accept credits, so be aware to bring your checkbook or sufficient cash. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Motorhome.

This RV park had the nicest staff we've ever encountered. They help you set up and are all around nice folks. Lots of beautiful animals to visit and they were sweet too. The area has a lot to offer and easy access. There is a unique system pull through system but it works well. These people have done a great job turning this campground around from what I was told use to be a mess. All hookups worked well. Bathrooms were clean but were a good walk from the sites. We would stay here again. We stayed here in a fifth wheel. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
