The park itself is beautiful. Landscaping is nice, although a lot of it is a result of the owners rather than the park itself. The sales staff are there to sell - don't ask them questions about the park in general as they'll give you a blank stare. What makes this park are the people. They are so friendly. The site was comfortable and we ended up staying longer than we expected. The location is great - close to everything but away from the busy road and civilization. The big negatives were: the wireless, the massive amounts of ants and the constant workers careening through on trucks at 7 am. The thing is, we never could figure out what they were working on. We figure they are to prep sites to sell, but even then, buyers tend to do this themselves. That said, I wouldn't think of buying here unless they completely ripped up their shoddy job on the pavers and have the electrical inspected. They seem to have a ton of problems with that on both fronts. Overall, though, this is a great park and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

We camped in a 36' motorhome with trailer and had a pull thru site that had more than enough room. As previously posted this park has more owner sites than transient, but we found everyone to more than friendly. Our neighbors offered us their golf cart to run to the store and we barely knew them. The site was level and had all pavers with nice shrubbery. The pool was heated and all the facilities were spotless. The staff was more than friendly and willing to lend a hand. Although you need to secure a cable box from the office, the picture was crisp with 60+ channels. The wifi was so so and could use some upgrading. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time and would camp here again. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to all the Disney resorts and Universal Studios.

There isnt much "Elite" about this rv park except the price. It's very clean and well maintained and every site is paved, but other than that..... No picnic tables, no fire ring, no grill, and a free WIFI that is the absolute worst!! The staff at the office is extremely nice but they have these CAMP NAZIS, that I guess might be work campers or maybe just snobby neighbors who don't like visitors, they walk around and tell you what you're doing wrong. Mind you it's nothing against the posted rules, they just don't like it apparently. Real downer on a stay to have someone constantly coming to your site and bothering you. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

We felt very at home and comfortable here...pristine sites...great park to take walks...nice events that renters were welcome at! Met many lovely people both those who worked there or were staying there, tenters and owners alike! There were a few cons: the wifi is not good which is a pain. Also you do need to get a cable box if you want full cable...can be a pain returning it when leaving. Also I will say I was disappointed the pool was hardly ever open. We stayed 6 nights prior to meeting family at Disney and then returned for 4 nights after. Our weather was chilly much of the time but a few days when it was warm out the cover was still on...when I asked why I was told it had been shocked. Overall this is a great place! Give me good wifi and a hot tub and it would be a 10+! We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Publix right there at entrance...Walmart a mile or so south on 27....close to Orlando attractions.

I found the park to be very beautiful. All sites paved, level and there was a lot of tropical landscaping. Restrooms are very clean. Only one dumpster for the whole park so on weekends it was overflowing. Owners are selling lots in the park for $49000 to $140,000 and I found management of sales not friendly. Receptionists were nice. Beautiful big pool but I never got to use it because it was covered most of the time that I was there for a month and a half. They had cookouts for people but you had to pay for them. The folks staying at the park and RV owners were very friendly. The park did have several planned activities which was nice. WiFi was not very good. Only worked part of the time. No picnic tables or fire rings at any site. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

I found this park in very good shape. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that the sites have no fire ring or picnic table. The WIFI was horrible. Overall I would like to give a better rating, however when WIFI does not work at all I'm not a happy camper. We camped here in a 40' motorhome. The rate is based on a month stay. We stayed four nights and the price includes tax. They offer the option of buying sites and everything is well-maintained. The office personnel were very nice and had a list of services near the park. The sites are level and very spacious. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Pros: Very nice sites, easy back in for all size units. Pool heated excellent, Gated entry which is nice. People friendly.

Cons: They were selling lots from the renters, so if you were on a lot sold you had to move, had friends that moved 3 times. Laundry is too small for the amount of units. Only one Garbage bin was strange, they had two recyle bids, you can guess which one was filled to the top.WI was weak, we used our sprint card. Electric bill is extra, they also raised their rates. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Publix store right outside of park, you can't turn to get to it, have to go North on 27 to make u turn, good location to Disney and RT 50 where all the stores are located. Walmarts two locations, the one North on RT 27 better, plus has fuel. We were here for 2.5 months. Too many of our friends left because of the moving of the units. Maybe hard to get a place next year due to a lots were sold, we will be looking for new location next year, sad to see the change, but that is life.

This resort is in tradition to become a member owned facility. Sites are available for rent but if the site you rented gets sold you'll have to move. I met some long term renters who were several hundred miles away for a few days and had to return an move within 24 hours or else. We met several RVers who will not return. The resort is not far from Disney. Lots are generally wide and paved and easy to access. Roads are good and the place is fully gated. They claim WiFi is available but in the month we stayed there we could never hook up to it. TV is provided through a decoder box that is obtained from to office for a $50 cash only fee which is returned when the box is returned. The resort is a nice facility but just seems cold and not real inviting however, we did meet some nice people. We might stay there again if nothing else is available in the area. Rate quoted is a monthly rate. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Little shopping within 10 miles. Most of the shopping is on the east side of Orlando. There is a Publix with 150 yards but to get to it by car you must travel at least a mile. Walking would be about 1/2 mile round trip. Traffic can be very heavy at times.

Great Park to stay in. Upscale large sites. Unfortunately the Management has become more interested in selling sites rather then renting them. They have made the renters feel as less then the owners, And started to charge extra for activities if you are renting. It's became almost like renters are not welcome if not considering buying. In defense the owner's are not in the renting business but building then selling out and moving on. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 5 months, the park is noisy, the owners are snobs, there are no amenities to speak of, dog run is very small with holes in the fence, there was a terrible smell all the time, don't know why anybody would want to buy here. This place is definitely not a resort ! Would NEVER stay here again!! We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Fifth Wheel.

Rest rooms were clean. Toilets small for a large person. Showers large, but lack dry portion for changing clothes. The Owner is pushing to sell all lots in the park. The folks who purchased sites do NOT have to follow park rules concerning pets. Our neighbor's dog barked for hours on end. Park management said there was nothing they could do because the folks owned their lots and they could not kick them out. Staff was rude and acted like it was a huge effort to answer questions or pass out mail.

Rec room and dog park was 3/10 of a mile walk from center of park.

There is a sewage processing plant 1/2 mile to the west from the park. When westerly winds blew, sewer smell was horrible for hours on end.

Sites owners are stand offish and not friendly to short term RV folks. Sites are VERY close together.

Fireworks from Disney and Universal studios was heard every evening from 9 pm to 1030 pm.

This park has rates from $700 to $1000 per month. You have to rent a box to get cable television. Wi-Fi was almost NON existent.

Lots sell for $40,000 to $140,000. Lots on high end are very nice.

Fire ants are a major issue. Management would spray for a fee.

We would NEVER stay here again. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Disney is very close. Lots of shopping in the area.

Superb campground. All sites were on large all paving stone pads. The roads are large and paved. It is very easy to maneuver a large rig with toad attached. Only small annoyance was lack of picnic table. Wifi was hit or miss (mostly miss). All shopping was within a few minutes, and Disney World is 15 mins away (if no traffic). Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Really nice park. Brick pavers for pads. Good surface roads. Well kept. We've stayed there twice. Only negative is the Wi-Fi is hit or miss and the cable is limited. Would still recommend as it is close to everything, but away from the traffic. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Fifth Wheel.
