We stayed for a couple of months so the nightly rate was much lower. Campground is nice. Onsite managers are fantastic. Always around and always willing to help in any way they can. Sites are fair sized. They do run activities in the winter that are nice but a lot of them are held outside in a pavilion.......fine if the weather is nice. They do have a small hall for some things like bingo, small groups. There is no rec. hall to speak of. The one pool table in the pavilion is in pretty tough shape. The biggest deterrent for us was the constant trains. They all blow there whistle at the numerous crossroads and many stop and back up to unhook cars as necessary.....again blowing the horns constantly. With that being said, if your the type of person that can tone out the trains this could be an enjoyable place to stay. For us it was not and we will not return. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The park is very nice. It is a 55+ but welcoming to a little younger. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site. The restrooms were clean. Wi-Fi is free, but you need to take your device to the computer office in town so the service provider can enter your mac address into their computer. Browsing is slow. There is not really a place to ride a bicycle except throughout the park. You are located between Zephyrhills and Dade City. Dade City has antique shopping and little bistros. The location of the train tracks in close proximity to the park makes for a sleepless night. The trains seemed to come regularly through the night and because the park is close to an intersection, the train has to blow it's horn. We planned to stay for three nights, but had to leave after one. The noise was the only deal killer for us. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Rate reflects PA discount. The park was clean enough. Lots of winter snowbirds here. We were told nothing about any activities and were parked close to the railroad tracks. Trains running ALL night and blowing their whistles: horrible night's sleep every night. We were in an end spot and the hookups were on the wrong side. In order to reach them we were backed up almost touching the RV behind us and it gave us no yard. Would never stay here again. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Great park. Very clean. Great location, in the country but close to shopping and medical facilities. Yes, the park is very close to the railroad but it didn't bother us. Better than highway noise. Has great activities and very friendly. Owner managed, the owners live right at the park, and they are very involved in all the park activities. Had a great time and they accept Passport America and Camp Club USA all year long. I had read a review that said that transients were placed by the railroad but that wasn't true for us. A lot of permanents are along the railroad tracks. We were located right across from the laundry room. Good size lot. We were very happy with our stay even though we were a little leery about the railroad track. No, it doesn't go all night long and it didn't bother us. We strongly recommend the park. Was very clean, had great management, and was very friendly. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Train noise prevent us from getting any sleep. There is a track crossing to get to the park and trains blow their whistle at this crossing every hour, 24 hours a day. Not a peaceful canground. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

My reservation was in the "new-comer" lane which was 20-30 feet from a very busy railroad track. The main road to the CG was overthe tracks and trains approaching this road will blow their whistle.
This anoyance continued well into the night resulting in sleepless nights. Trains will pass this CG at leat once and hour. We were so close to the track that I could feel the motorhome vibrate as the trains approached. Even though each site has it own electric meter, only every other meter is activated therefore sites must share electric meters with only (1)30 and (1) 50 Amp plug at each electric pole. If your neighbor is plugged into the 50 Amp, you automatically get the 30 Amp even if 50 amps were promised. The end result is that you must negotiate with your neighbor for the power you need. This is so that the CG doesn't have to spend $40 to activate the alternate power meters. I will not recommend this site because of this policy. We camped at Many Mansions RV Park in a Motorhome.
