This park has two separate sections. The front is FHU 50 amp pull-thru sites with paved pad and patio. The back section is for long term residents and are more gravel and grass sites. Overall, this park was good with nice pool, shuffleboard, bean bag toss, laundry rooms and clubhouse with some activities run by residents. WiFi worked fine in front section, not sure about back area. Great biking trails all around the area with access right in front of RV park. Nice park, but a bit overpriced for our liking, but that seems to be true in all of Florida. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

What we liked: great location. Close to a lot of things to do and beautiful beaches. Close to shopping that we needed. Very nice pool area. Lots of grassy areas to walk dogs. Friendly people. The nearby bike trail is fabulous!

What we didn't like: No cable TV and no OTA channels except Fox. Directv satellite didn't work because of trees. Slow wifi. Acorns and lots of them dropping on our MH day and night. Startling at first but you do get used to it. I'm sure it's seasonal though. Grass seed pods that stick to our dogs fur. It was a constant battle during our stay. The dog park was full of them.

We were in site 6 which is by the pool. We would only stay here again if in the first three rows up front. They are the nice concrete sites. Others in the back aren't as nice. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.

We had numerous reasons to be here from a marketing meeting to family vacation and "work time" in the mobile office. The staff here was fantastic, very helpful to us in numerous ways beyond the call of duty. The Blue Moon Inn is spotless, a great little lodging with 11 rooms, which we booked both for a 2-day business meeting, and five days with family visiting. Everything is super clean, including the pool. Sites have a lot of trees, including oaks bombing acorns onto your roof. Kind of startling at first but we got used to it. Liked the front of the park better than the back, where it seems more congested and close to swampy sections. Our site was great! With precise parking were able to get Direct TV satellite signal. We would stay here again. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Benedict's for breakfast, Frenchy's Outpost, but NOT on a weekend! Bon Appetit for a high end meal on the patio at sunset, loved BBQ at Ozona Pig. Fried corn on the cob! Found Ozona Blue to be more hype then quality, plus they allowed smoking on the patio and a woman was smoking a CIGAR all through our dinner. YUCK! Unfortunately also experienced an urgent care (fingers slammed in the door of the RV OUCH!) and recommend Clearwater StatMed Quick, next to Dillards, about 5 miles.

We have stayed at Dunedin park multiple times. The park has changed since being bought by Sun Properties. Although they are bringing in new mobile homes to rent or for purchase and cleaning up the landscaping, they don't seem to enforce the rules any longer. Don't have an issue with dogs, laundry, toys etc, but do when it's spread out all over the sites. Laundry hanging from trees. Dog kennels set up with barking dogs, owners leaving dogs outside unattended. Vehicles allowed to be parked on grass. First 3 rows are transient, and tight. Big rigs fit, however we had a neighbor who parked his truck on the grass right next to our rig. Another put a dog fence up using our Rig as one side of fence. Also, WiFi connection is spotty, just depends on the time of day, and the occupancy. They currently don't have cable. Not a snob but when you pay a premium price, you come to expect premium experience. However, this is still a good location if you don't mind a few annoyances. We stayed for 2 weeks on a site located up front. Good concrete pads, close to level with patio and picnic table. Sites are close to each other, and in & out will be tight. We have a 39ft but had no issues. The park is located about 30 minutes off major highway, but good roads to park. Pool is heated during cool days! Laundry room was clean and plenty of machines. The staff is fantastic. Fenced dog area has been under water on our last two visits, and therefore disappointed we couldn't let the dogs run. Bring bug spray as the park is surrounded by wetlands. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.

Stayed for 7 days/8 nights in a 40' toyhauler. As others have mentioned, the back portion of the park is primarily seasonal/long term sites with quite a few park models. In the front, right behind the office and near the pool, are 4 rows of sites for short term stays. 3 of the 4 rows are pull throughs and 1 is back in. Some of the sites have shade and some don't. We were in one of the pull throughs. The roads are asphalt, the sites are concrete. Our TH fit on the site, but it was tight to put the truck in there with it. We leveled without a problem. I saw quite a few Class A's with one or more tires off the ground. Utility connections worked well Pool is very nice. Close to Pinellas Trail for biking/walking and close to the Dunedin Causeway beaches. No cable. Internet was very hit or miss. Worked sometimes, didn't work or was slow most of the time. There is a small dog run - it works. Nicest park in the area, but not a perfect 10! We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent a week here in a 30ft RV. This park had great sites. I had a back-in site but was easy to get in to. Shaded and all concrete pad. The pool and other amenities were nice. No cable, and the Wi-Fi was down the entire week we were there. Location was good and close to Honeymoon Island State Park. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Travel Trailer.

Paved roads, concrete pads, decent sized sites, but
a little close. Mix of transients and permanent
sites. Transients towards the front section, so be
sure to get them. Very nice pool, good for biking
as close to bike paths. Clean, well maintained, friendly
helpful staff. Close to town. On balance, clearly the best
campground in the area ! We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.

Our second time at the park for an extended stay. The review hasn't changed much from our April review. This park is well maintained and is the best in the area. Plenty of activities and amenities at park as well as close to Pinellas trail, restaurants, shopping, fruit stand and Honeymoon/Caladesi Islands. We stayed for 2 weeks on a site located up front. Good concrete pads with patio and picnic table. Sites are close to each other, and in & out will be tight. We have a 39ft motorhome with toad but had no issues. Fenced dog area was under water this visit, and therefore disappointed we couldn't let the dogs run. This park doesn't have cable, but wifi is good. We are booked to return in April. First time at this park and was very happy with the park. Sites were not huge but we were able to get into the site fairly easily with out 39' Class 'A' with toad. Very close to lots of stuff, beaches, kayaking, Pinellas Trail, shopping, and eating. One semi-negative thing would be the Wi-Fi was pretty weak, but other than that very nice experience. Pool was very clean as was the whole park, even with quite a few long-term campers. We will definitely stay there again. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.

Very clean well maintained park. Short tight spaces with overhead trees which are not exactly big rig friendly, but still the nicest park in the area. Separate parking is necessary for 45 footers. We booked this a weekend getaway to explore Dunedin. We got one night for $9 for never staying there before. They put us all the way in the back where everyone is living. People are nice in the park. We utilized the pool, playground and dog fenced area. All was great. I asked at the front desk why you would put a new camper all the way in the back when the nicer sites are the cement pull through and back in are up front. She apologized and offered to move us up front but I declined as it was only one more night. Bath house is not air conditioned, so made it hot while you used. Downtown did not have much. But we enjoyed the restaurants in Ozona which is right around the corner from the park. Will stay here again only if we can get a front site, as back sites are too close to each other and long term residents. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed this park with a good location near shopping, restaurants, and reasonably easy access for a big rig. Stayed in a pull through site near the front of the park. This review is for this type of site. Seasonal RV sites and manufactured homes are in the rear section of the park and I would not choose to stay there. That is not appealing at all. The pull throughs in the transient section in the front are paved, with a nice patio area, and all the customary services for large coaches. Nice environment backing up to a lovely heated swimming pool and clubhouse. Not generous, but ample room between sites. Since the park is so large, there was plenty of space for walking with my dogs. There are doggie stations along the access road with pick up bags provided. Very pleasant group of people staying there for the season, and the transients were equally friendly. Be careful entering and exiting the park - even in your car. Left turns can be hazardous. The road is two lane and very busy. I was told there are frequent accidents right at the entrance to the park. Not far from Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. Plenty to see and do. We would definitely return. We camped at Dunedin RV Resort & The Blue Moon Inn in a Motorhome.
