A true "diamond in the rough!". We stayed here for just an overnight on our way to Alabama. What a pleasant surprise! Front office is very homey looking and welcoming! We were greeted by a very friendly woman named Betty! I was also touched by a small chalkboard sign on the porch of the office with a big "Welcome" and our name on it! This resort is under consrtuction, with tiers 1,2,3 and 4 finished. We were given a "consrtuction rate" for our site in tier 5. The resort is gravel with all pull through level sites. Beautiful brick patio and nice picnic tables. Resort is located on Scenic Rte 98- tier 1 sites have full gulf views across the street. We also had a nice view of the water even though we were in tier 5. Easy access to Apalachicola. Nice pool area, and meticulously maintained grounds despite the construction. This resort also has a sister campground just down the street, also under construction. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer, but will plan on a return trip most definitely! We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Apalachicola is a short 9 miles away- historic downtown area, shops, restaurants, etc. Beautiful scenic ride into town!

There are twp Coastline RV properties, the resort and the campground. We stayed at the campground. Small park with sand/crushed rock sites. Sites were fairly level and average size. Not long enough to stay hooked up and neighbors were not too close. Cable but no wi-fi, no pool, picnic table, no firepit. Back is campground is for long term and looked pretty trashy. Right across from water but there was no access to water like a beach area. Area is remote and not much to do. Campground was pricey for what it offered. Office was very disorganized and we had problems with our reservation. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is new, and growing in size. Really beautiful setting in Florida's Forgotten Coast. Sites are spacious, power fine, water pressure fine, & WiFi is better than 95% of other parks we've been in. Sites are nice and wide, with tables and grills. Did not use the pool, we are Floridians @ February is too cool for us. They have a dock that extends into the bay. The reason this site did not receive a 9 or 10 is that US 98 is what separates the park from the bay and dock. The road has a fair amount of traffic noise. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

PROS-Nice to find a nice new facility for a change. Our site was right on the road and the view out to St. George Island was outstanding. Good power, water was 50psi, Wi-Fi excellent and lots of cable TV channels. Sites are large with a hand laid brick paver patio at each site. Nice fishing pier across the road, outdoor pool.

CONS-Our site was close to US 98 and normally the road noise would be a problem but the view more than made up for it. They have small laundry facilities with only two washers and dryers.

WOULD WE STAY HERE AGAIN? We stayed for a week and would have stayed longer but they were full.

We stayed here in a 36 foot fifth wheel. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

You are 10 miles from historical Apalachicola. St. George Island and Caravelle, unique shops and art galleries and great sea food.

This park is new in the last 2 years. We made our week's reservation a year prior to get dates and site that we wanted. We enjoyed a gulf view. Facilities are new; bath areas tiled and first-rate. Clubhouse is very nice. Nice pool but unheated! Coastline is adding another 12-15 sites further back on their property. The resort maintains its own deck for guest fishing and enjoyment. No beach area here, but St. George Island is 10 miles away and is great for pet-friendly walks. Apalachicola is 10 miles away with great dining and fun shopping for a small historic oyster village. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Carrabelle Beach - 10 miles away - nice beach, a few restaurants, groceries
St. George Island - 10 miles away - gulf beach, state park
Apalachicola - 10 miles away - historic town, great restaurants, small shops

This park is new and it was very clean and neat looking. The pool was very nice, but cold. It has a nice fishing pier, but no place to clean the fish at the pier. They advertise WiFi, but we were unable to access it at our site, nor the pool area. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We enjoy the fishing.

Only stayed one night as we were traveling through. The park is outstanding and would highly recommend.

Lot spacing is spacious with a sunny/open exposure. The site surface is a concrete pad and features a picnic table and patio. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Enjoy the beautiful landscaping and coastline scenery.

We were in the "campground" not the RV park due to no space at the latter. It had good utilities but no wifi. Sites were gravel and not level. No beach or place to walk. Some rustic looking places in back. Site is still under development as is the RV park. What I waw of that looked real nice, but not finished yet. Maybe in a few years. Only stayed here because we couldn't get in where we wanted. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Rate based on weekly rate. Great new resort with a great future.

The wifi ended up being a bit slow, but the TV was good, spacious level sites, friendly staff, great clubhouse and a view of the water across the street.

We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The local seafood is excellent ..... try Lynn's!

Checked in just before sunset. Nice people. Pretty park, nice level pads with paver patios, grills and picnic tables. Beautiful pool, great water view and decent space between the pads. Nice area for the pups to walk. They are still working on expanding the park which will be nice when completed. The only negative is HWY 98 is busy so the first tier spaces have the best views but they have to put up with traffic. We were in the second tier and while up we heard the traffic, but not at night. We will come back when we have more time to discover the area and will absolutely stay at Coastline again! We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a new park on Hwy 98; as of the time we were there they were still working on the sites in the back, and the dog park was not done either. It is very level with good electric and water. They have some back in sites and pull throughs; roads are a little tight though. The sites are gravel with a small grass plot with a picnic table. They have Wifi and cable. There is no playground but there is a beautiful activities building with pool table, games, work out room, kitchen, tables, couch, TV. The bathrooms are modern and beautiful - state of the art. Only down side is the laundry room - it's very small with only 2 washers and 2 dryers. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Eastpoint is close to St. George Sound which has beach access. One thing to watch for is bears - there are bear crossing signs all over. This park is across the street from a state forest so they probably come from there down to the water.

Beautiful RV park with generous sites, paver patios at each site, water views even from several rows back. We were in waterfront row and I always wonder why parks with great views usually are back-ins on the best sites. Our best windows are the front ones, would've loved for those windows to face the water. That's a quibble though. This place is lovely. Still adding new sites. Hope they add a dog park. Park WiFi and our Verizon hotspot went in and out. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Pretty far to a grocery store so be sure to have what you need.

Small campground, with development ongoing. It was the cleanest campground we have stayed in since we started travelling around USA and Canada in May 2015. All sites are level, paved, beautifully-maintained and have a view of the Gulf and the restrooms are of five star hotel quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have stayed longer but we had prior arrangements. We are recommending this campground to everyone we see on our travels. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

St George Island just 12 miles away, town centre close enough for driving to

We stayed in campground part instead of resort area. Well shaded spacious sites without the brick patio and grill. Sites are staggered so we could see water between the 2 spaces in front of us. Sites are wide, long and level. Good park for exploring Apalachicola and St. George Island area. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Good seafood at Lynn's about 3 miles west.

This RV park is an exercise in excellent human factors. They have taken every problem of RVers and solved them. The sites are paved and very adequately spaced. The bathrooms have upscale, hotel quality bathrooms that are always clean and fresh. Crystal clear pool, full kitchen and recreation area with two large televisions. Easy check in procedures and extra friendly and helpful staff. Bay front with a dedicated fishing pier and we caught large redfish. The owners love running their campground and it shows. We will go out of our way to stay here. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
