For the area it is an okay value. Sites are not overly long. Our site (#8) could not take our 42' MH with dolly attached but site was wide enough to park the car next to MH. We parked the dolly in a back area with some stored boats. Site is rock with a paver patio, nice picnic table and small grass area. The cable TV requires a box that the office will let you borrow. When we asked the front office person pulled out a box and said there were no cords for it. Then she pulled out a rats nest of cables. When we explained that the back of our service board was very difficult to get to she said she would send a maintenance person to hook it up for us. We declined. At this price the cable TV should be new enough to not need extra box or set up. We were able to get a couple of OTA stations with our own antenna. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very beautiful and very relaxing. We are pleased we stayed at this wonderful resort, and the reason I refer to it as a resort is merely because of the available amenities. Resort style restrooms and showers as well as beautiful pool area. The area is top notch and whether you want to relax at hereby St. George Island or kayak or fish all of this available. There is very little shade at this resort however it's Florida and August so we knew it would be hot and sunny and that's no reflection on or control of the resort. The campground next to the resort owned by the same principals does have a little shade however not as resort like so keep that in mind. Overall we definitely would visit again, the staff would had helped if asked and there is plenty of room for tow cars and relaxing on the patio next to coach. Road noise does exist up front, in back it may be different but you don't get the view of the bay. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our second stay. The roads in are good and scenic along US 98. They have two RV parks, and we stayed at the RV resort. Watch for entrance as it is somewhat hidden. Our site was Tier 4, pull thru, gravel, close to level with a paver patio. Long enough to fit a 40ft MH plus tow. Very little shade, therefore able to get SAT TV. Wifi was OK. Across the street is access to water with a park dock. There is no beach, just rocks but the view is beautiful. Nice pool, and laundry facilities. Staff is very helpful and friendly. New dog park however it's mostly sand, no shade. There is a small grass area to walk dogs. Our stay was only one night and very quiet. Note they have two RV parks close together on US 98, Resort and Campground about a block apart. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is divided into two parts-- the "resort" and the "campground." I stayed at the campground, which had a hard-packed gravel, level back-in site with no wi-fi. Staff was very friendly. The park was very quiet and convenient to Apalachicola and St. George Island. The bathhouse/restrooms were spotless. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

As another reviewer stated, this park is divided into two sections. The resort and the campground. We stayed at the campground, which is several hundred feet or so down the road from the resort. Sites are long, sand/crushed rock, pull-through with a cement patio area. The sewer hook-up is at the back end of the site, so we were unable to take advantage of using our door on the patio because our camper had to back up to the sewer hookup. We did not use the restrooms, but did take a peek and they were private and spotless. The laundry room was simply one stacked washer and dryer, which is not very convenient. One washer and dryer for a decent size campground does not allow many use opportunities when the campground is busy as this was over a holiday weekend. When staying at the campground, rules specifically state that you cannot use the amenities at the resort. Overall, the campground is neat, with the exception of cigarette butts every where. The campground is convenient to the fishing bridge to St. George Island, the island itself and beaches, and Apalachicola. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend a visit with a nice choice of resort amenities or just a nice campground. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for three night and would highly recommend this resort to anyone! As one reviewer said, the bathrooms are spa quality! The rest of the place is right up there too! A gal that works in the office was so helpful when making our reservations, helping us find a rental car, and holding an Amazon order I had shipped there. We also needed to alter our return reservation, and it was no problem, and we now have a credit there we can use the next time we head that way. They do not give refunds! The road noise was not an issue except when a fire truck went by, but otherwise it just was not that busy during our stay. We were in the second row, which meant we could face our RV forwards and have a beautiful view of the water out of our windshield. If you get a front row spot, you cannot face forward. Easy to connect the DirecTV sat, as there is wide open space around the spots!! A very quiet area, but driving to the area towns takes just minutes! We will stay here again for sure! We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you love Seafood Gumbo, you must go to Hole in the Wall Seafood in Appalachacola! A husband and wife run the joint, and she makes the gumbo, and he shucks the oysters. The gumbo is to die for! From Key West to New Orleans, we have never had Seafood Gumbo that was so delicious! Oh, and one bowl can be shared between two people .... it is a huge bowl, especially if you are eating oysters and other food. Gosh, just writing about it again has me drooling for it! LOL

We stayed at Coastline for two weeks. It was our second stay at this park. It is one of our favorites because of the park itself and also the area. It is a newer park with many amenities. The interior roads and parking spaces are attractive brown crushed rock. Each space has a very nice patio made of pavers surrounded by grass. Most sites have a view of the water. Each site has a picnic table. Some have barbecues. There is a nice pool and a great clubhouse with a kitchen for guests to use. This park has the nicest bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in an RV park. Highway 98 runs in front of the park but there is a little noise from the traffic. Staff are attentive and helpful. The park also had the best Wi-Fi I have experienced due date. Part of the attractiveness of this park is the area. Apalachicola is a charming town. It is the center of the oyster industry for Florida and also has a large shrimp fleet. There is an incredibly large number of great in Apalachicola. There is also a great older architecture and interesting shops. A cross a short bridge is Saint George Island with one of the best beaches on the gulf coast.A short distance away his Cape San Blas with more spectacular beaches. Best of all the area is not plagued with the congestion and traffic found further along the coast in Panama City Beach and Destin. Possibly my only criticism is there somewhat draconian reservation policy which requires payment in full upon making a reservation with no refunds. They will let you change your dates if they have room. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very clean park with exceptionally clean restrooms and showers. Very nice sites with good cable and hookup connections. You do have to walk across the road to use their pier but it is new and very nice place to watch sunrises and sunsets. I travel with a Labrador retriever and only one small criticism is there really isn't a good place to exercise him. Still overall an excellent park. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had a weekly rate. With tax the cost was about $40/night. Efficient reservation and check-in process. All hook-ups worked perfectly. Wifi was better than most rv parks - a little intermittent but, when it worked, it worked very well. Verizon cell and DirecTV worked well. We had zero signal on our Sprint Mifi. The bath and showers were spa quality and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They received packages for us and gave us tips on restaurants etc. There is lots to do in the area (more than you might expect). It's an easy drive to St. George Island (lovely beach) or downtown Apalachicola (wonderful selection of unique shops and restaurants). We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return one day. Tips for other Campers:

It's personal preference but we thought sites fronting the water had road noise and wouldn't be worth an extra cost. We were very happy with Site 25 because our Class A big windshield had an open view to the water. It was lovely. We didn't have road noise plus we had a corner patio with no one next to us. Try the duck confit fries at The Owl Tap Room (trust me on this). El Jalisco is good and affordable. Avoid Family Coastal restaurant.

A true "diamond in the rough!". We stayed here for just an overnight on our way to Alabama. What a pleasant surprise! Front office is very homey looking and welcoming! We were greeted by a very friendly woman named Betty! I was also touched by a small chalkboard sign on the porch of the office with a big "Welcome" and our name on it! This resort is under consrtuction, with tiers 1,2,3 and 4 finished. We were given a "consrtuction rate" for our site in tier 5. The resort is gravel with all pull through level sites. Beautiful brick patio and nice picnic tables. Resort is located on Scenic Rte 98- tier 1 sites have full gulf views across the street. We also had a nice view of the water even though we were in tier 5. Easy access to Apalachicola. Nice pool area, and meticulously maintained grounds despite the construction. This resort also has a sister campground just down the street, also under construction. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer, but will plan on a return trip most definitely! We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.
