Worst park we have ever stayed in in all our years of camping. This is NOT an RV RESORT, it is a glorified mobile home park filled with very very old mobile homes that need much cleaning of home and site. The bathrooms are a major health violation. They were not cleaned once the whole weekend we were there. Oh, the sign in sheet said they were, but they were not. Sinks were stained and rusty and the slime and grime was just plain disgusting in the shower. The same mud dauber nest remained in the toilet area and the same poop stain remained in the same toilet all weekend. They advertise minigolf, basketball, pool, games, etc, but all we found was a pool and a has been "roadhouse bar" mainly for the perm residents to get hammered in. Cops made 3 trips to various parts of the park the weekend we were there. My advise DONT GO. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a fairly big park. It's well kept and spaces are good sized. The laundry is the cheapest I've found yet, $1.25 for a wash and the same for dry. The facilities were clean and well kept. There are laundry and pool hours. They lock the gate at 9 pm and open at 9:30 am. There is walking trails and a dog run. The pool is saltwater. Staff is friendly. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Like banging your head against the wall, it feels good when you stop. We won't be visiting here again. Ever. The charm of the moss draped Live Oaks brought us back four times but it's worn off and we've come to our senses. $57 for a red ant infested sand lot with no wifi, no cable, no off air TV, low voltage (103V) and water pressure is a ridiculous. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Checked in and went to our site. A camper with junk all around and 3 huge dogs on leashes tethered to the picnic table. Pulled in got out and was meet with barking dogs. Site not going to work for us. Went back to the office and a employee took us around in a golf cart to find a suitable site for our 42 foot Toyhauler. Loved the site. The full hook up site included cable and we're told no cable boxes for hookup tonight. Ok get one next day. Go next morning still no boxes. No manager on duty. Told we would be put on a list for a cable box ... they have none because people steal them. Don't advertise you have cable when you don't. I would never have checked in if told no cable. Asked for some kind of credit... was told no. Customer service is terrible. Was to stay 6 nights. Leaving after 2 nights... transferring to another encore property! Never stay there again. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

8 miles to beach is best part of campground. VERY rustic, 1/2 sites have services on wrong side of rig. our site had been under water, luckily no rain while we visited. first site for us was not suitable. We had to ask for a larger site, and they gave me a hard time saying that the first one was perfect for us - no way to get into it, ad even if we could have, we would not have been able to open slides. They are doing electrical improvements, but creating some issues on many sites by placing the power stations within 5 feet of roadway. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Only here one night so this is on camp ground only. Sites are large but would not want to be here with a heavy motor home after a heavy rain. Some sites have soft ground. They are working on power and services but have a way to go. The pool, and laundry room is nice. The rest rooms and showers at the south side of camp ground are not up to what you would expect for a 54 dollar a night camp ground. Have camped in a lot nicer camp grounds for around 30 dollars a night in Florida. No will not camp here again. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends and local sights. Entrance to Bulow is a little narrow and between stone pillars, we navigated it fine, but I would think it could be a problem for a class A. The entrance road is long and narrow, with lots of overhanging branches. They obviously had some damage from the last hurricane as there are piles of debris everywhere. The office is plain and cold, although the woman at the desk was kind. We found our site on our own, crowded next to a obvious long term camper with stuff everywhere.

The sites are mostly pull thru, I guess, on sand and very uneven. The electrical hookup was a bit iffy. (Leaning over and rusted). There was no free wifi and we could not get any tv channels to work. There were alot of long term campers and many were cluttered and trashy. On a walk around the grounds we walked past the dumpster behind the activities building which was full and overflowing with trash bags all over. Overall appearance was rough and the sites are very uneven and too close. We would not stay here again. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

So many things nearby; closest is the Bulow state park and historical buildings. Very interesting area. Flagler Beach is awesome and St Augustine is a short drive away.

They were still cleaning up from Hurricane Matthew so there was piles of debris around. They were definitely working hard at it. They were also in the process of making other improvements, such upgrading power to 50amp.

Loved our site a nice big wide pull-thru with a concrete patio. Site was level & hookup to services was easy. Like the alternating set-up so you're not looking at your neighbours hook up. There were some old seasonals back in the park that definitely need tlc & make that part of the park look trashy.

Was a little concerned when we were advised on our 2nd day that the boil water advisory had been lifted. What advisory? We were never told about it at check in. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Over all, we had a good experience at this park.

Pros- very spacious, leveled, and quiet site. Managed by courteous staff. Offering fairly clean restrooms.

Con- grass site, WiFi available by subscription to CampLink services, inadequate cable TV services by Bright House. No on-the-air Tv broadcast available in the area. Pool closed at 9:00PM in July. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed for a week. Sites are large and level. Ours had a concrete patio, 50 amps, with cable. Staff was extremely helpful but the hours of check-in and the general store were limited. Sandy roads had large low areas that filled with water after a rain guess this is to be expected in a coastal campground. All in all a nice place except for the bathhouses, there were 3 and only 1 of them was air conditioning, none were very clean. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

When we first arrived, we were very pleased with our site - we had a large shady tree. Some of the other sites were in full sun and the campers were very crowded. The next morning was great when we went to the pool. The problems began in the afternoon when the campers began drinking alcohol everywhere and smoking everywhere. At the pool, they were drinking and smoking while swimming. We went to complain to the front office and the people working were young kids who did not know how to handle the situation. Since we have young children (8) we could not stay at the pool. People were driving all over the campground roads with people piled on their cars. This was NOT a good family-friendly campground. We will never return. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We have a 40' motorhome with a toad. The only negative for this park is the entrance/exit. The stone pillars are very attractive but make for very tight turns. The curbing shows that everyone has rubbed their tires. The sites for travelers are quite spacious with some open for good satellite and others under the trees for shade. There were few 50 amps available but the weather was cool enough for 30 amp to be adequate. We will return. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.

There were 2 Portapotties at the pool (they are looking into installing bathrooms??). The roads were a challenge with gullies and holes in the dirt roads. They couldn't figure out what discount I could ad finally made up a fee and added resort fee of $4 per day. A phone call to the manager after we left resulted in a small refund... It probably could be a nice park but our stay left a lot to be desired. We camped at Bulow RV Resort in a Motorhome.
