Quiet park. Friendly staff. Lots of long-term campers. Trees definitely needs to be trimmed. Utilities worked well. Good for an overnight stay. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

We called this park a month in advance to reserve a pull-thru with full hookups. We received a confirmation but when we arrived at the park we were told that we would only have water and electricity. I explained that we had made reservations for full hookups and were told that there was nothing they could do because other campers were waiting to move into the full hookup sites from the limited hookup sites. We stayed one night instead of the 6 nights that we had booked, and moved to another RV camp the next day. I would never have booked this RV park if they had told me that I could not have full hookups. I would not stay at this park again. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

What more than I can say, but "what a deal". You certainly get your money's worth while staying here. We do travel a lot, but consider this as our "home base". We have been on numerous extended trips (leaving our RV parked here), and have NEVER had a problem with somebody messing with our unit or our security. Management is is the finest that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. This park is about 30 minutes from Panama City but well worth the distance. Out here in Pine Lake park, your living like you live in the middle of a forest. The tall pine trees and green foliage are a hidden treasure. Welcome to all that plan on coming here. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Wow! What a great campground! We arrived very late at night, and due to a mishap, there were no instructions left for us as to where to set up. We just chose a spot and set up. The next morning the lady in the office apologized for the confusion and told us to stay put and she'd move other campers around that were coming in later. I think there was a good bit of space between campers, unlike some other places where you get packed in like sardines. It was very clean and well kept. The clubhouse housed two full bathrooms, and there were two others on the outside of building. Bathrooms were clean, spacious, well lit, and just honestly super nice. We were about an hour (with traffic) away from our destination in Panama City Beach, so not too bad to drive back and forth, especially considering we couldn't find anything affordable in PCB. Really liked this park and definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I had a great time staying here everyone was super nice and the park was very clean excellent bass fishing pond. There was a lot of stuff to do nice restaurants Close by. It took 40 minutes to get to Panama City Beach which was nice also there is a nice river close by with clean fresh spring water very beautiful place. I would highly recommend staying there. Going back to stay there for a week in October looking forward to that. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This Thousand Trails park is average. There are seasonal & it appears, some "long term" residents. Since it is the off season, there were no activities and the office had a few morning & afternoon hours. The interior roads were paved in the FHU area for the larger rigs & grass/sand in the partial hook-up area. All sites are fairly level sand/grass/packed gravel. Power was steady, water pressure very low to a trickle at times. RV washing is available for a $10 fee. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park needs to put in ALL Capital letters- DO NOT FOLLOW GPS to find campground. It told us to turn on Joann Lane & we made a left onto a sandy, one lane, rutty drive. We had a car behind the motor home & couldn't turn. The owner said her husband had pulled several campers out of there. Damage done so BE CAREFUL! Campground was just a place to park. I would not recommend this park. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very unclean park and unruly patrons. Mold and mildew in clubhouse restrooms. Cabins are handicap FEMA trailers full of roaches and bugs. Mattresses are urine soaked and create an odor and mildew throughout. Most of the outer buildings are not cared for and roofs leak, torn flooring should all be tore down before the all down. Owners do not live on site and when addressed very rude and do not care basically just want your money. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean and well maintained. However, they lost our reservation and luckily had one available. They only take cash or check for Passport America. It is a good place to stay if you want to see Panama City and the beaches. We had a pull through with full hookup. Verizon worked well here. Good place to stop for one night. Overall Rating:

This is the second time we have stayed at this park. It is kind of out of the way but worth it as it is still close enough to the coast to drive down there. They have pull through sites and big rig access. The electric and water are good and the sites are level. There are full time residents there as well - they are very reasonable if you want to settle there for a few years or permanently. They do have a rec hall with work out equipment and a large walking trail around the park (where I let my dogs run). They are family friendly; have a pool, pavilion, large fire pit for get togethers. The sites are somewhat close together but not too bad. It is a huge park with lots of sites way in the back if you are staying long term. Roads are in good shape too. There is a huge lake for fishing and picnic tables and benches to sit on by the lake. It's a nice park and we will be back when in the area. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here three days which was three days to many. The park advertises Satellite TV but you have to have a box from them and only they only have enough boxes for their full time residents. They also advertise Wifi but told us that it would not be working until August 1. Was told by another camper that they were told it would be working July 1. We have an infestation of ants that we picked up there and in all of our years (15 full time) we have never had ants this bad. Can't seem to get rid of them at all. Everything about this campground is not nice. Won't be back. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.
