This is a smaller RV Park but the sites are very roomy and not jammed next to each other, and most have patio sets that include swings, table and fire rings. All in all, it is a notch above most RV parks with their roominess and a superb staff that goes above and beyond to help you in any way that you need. Entrance and exit to this park is easy and no obstacles or hard turns, plenty of shopping all around the park and grocery stores are close by this park. This is our favorite RV park because it is very close to Walt Disney World and to Universal Studios. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is great shopping all around this park, walk to Sam's Club. There are dozens and dozens of great restaurants close by and the best Restaurant in Florida is close by, it is Boston Lobster Feast, all the lobster you can eat and every seafood imaginable on buffet, plan to eat there at least twice in a week, it is GREAT, you'll love it, we do! We would not go to Florida without visiting Boston Lobster Feast, it is our all time favorite.

This is a beautiful park right in the middle of town. You would never know there was a fantastic campground here if you were not looking for it. The entrance from 192 to seven dwarfs is tight so I would recommend going up to Cecile Dr and waiting on traffic. We have a 40' fifth wheel and this was a much better entrance. Once inside the park there is no trouble navigating big rigs. The pull-thrus are gravel pads and are spacious and LONG. Some of the sites are 134' long. Great playground and dog park. The bathrooms and grounds are the best maintained I have seen, particularly in Florida. The pool and hot tub are clean and well cared for. The staff is super friendly. The back in sites are gravel and better suited for smaller units but can accommodate 40' on a few of them.

Centrally located between both Florida coasts and just a few miles from the major attractions in the area.

There are other options in the area but this is the best choice particularly for big rigs. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We selected this KOA campground for the proximity to both Disney and Universal theme parks. We stayed for nine nights. It is close to a major parkway so there is some road noise. The grounds are nicely landscaped. The pool offers a relaxing spot after a day of crowds at the theme parks. We encountered a problem with the laundry; a previous user overloaded the soap dispenser causing a major suds issue with our load. The maintenance staff helped remove the suds and reimbursed us for two loads of wash. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Convenient to Disney and Universal theme parks. One hour from Kennedy Space Center. Many restaurants nearby. Sam's and Target within walking distance; Walmart within 5 miles.

BEST KOA we have ever stayed at! We were just passing through to visit friends in the area and didn't want to pay the excessive fees for Ft Wilderness for just a weekend. Site 108 was perfect for our 43' 5th Wheel and we even had a lot of grassy area. We were close to the VERY nice and clean pool, the office, and the playgrounds. Lots of roads to walk our dogs. Even has a Waffle House located within walking distance. Found this KOA to be very centrally located to everything in Orlando that we wanted to go to including Disney. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here for 4 nights while judging a BBQ contest held at the Sams Club right next door. Our fellow campers were great to meet, the office staff quite nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience. A facility we would use again. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

Entrance to park is a little confusing but that aside great park. Great long sites for those towing a trailer behind a MH. They allow washing of rig at campsite or can have it washed by professional. Was very quite at night and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

We love this park and have stayed many times. The sites are a bit tight to get into and the travel directions on roads inside the park are a bit confusing. We had to drive against traffic to get into our site. We had a concrete pad and patio with fire pit (which we did not use). Kids love the dog park and playground. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice, well maintained park. The staff is very friendly and very service oriented. Sites are large and easy to get in and out of. We stayed here over the busy Christmas season, but even though the park was filled to capacity all the facilities were spotlessly clean and the campground was always quiet. My only complaint with this campground is the WiFi service, the service was weak and when I was able to connect the service was very, very slow ... it is the slow WiFi that caused me to lower my rating of the park to a 9 instead of a 10. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We wanted to be close to Disney World and have all the hookups in a clean, well-maintained environment. We found that here. Park personnel were courteous and helpful, even giving our little dog a treat. Grounds people were also friendly and helpful. The sites were spacious, paved and had tables. There was good distance between campers. Restaurants, stores and service stations are nearby. Unfortunately, you pay a toll here to get from one end of town to the other. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Only 10 minutes from Disney World!

Great place, super friendly people running the place. We had some mechanical problems on the way down and offered to pay for the day we missed but they wouldn't take it. The entrance is a little tight but once you are in, they have plenty of room for a big rig with trailer. I can't say enough good about the entire experience. Would highly recommend to anyone especially those pulling a big rig and trailer. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

Great campground for visiting local attractions. Disney parks close and easy to access. Plenty of grocery stores close by for convenience. Campground was always clean and neat and folks manning the office were friendly and helpful. Family members stayed in one of the cabins and it was very nice. Pool and hot tub were always clean and well kept. Pet friendly. Off leash pet area was a nice touch. Highly recommended and I will return. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here one week, so we could see all of the attractions in the Orlando area. The campground is within 20 minutes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. There is a Target, Publix, Sams Club, and a Walmart all within 1 or 2 miles. The park is spotlessly clean with very nice grass and palm trees. The bathrooms are clean with showers that are free, clean, and have lots of hot water. The office was being remodeled while we were there. The staff are very friendly and helpful with questions. The pool is good size and very nice with a shaded area and tables for sit too. It rained every afternoon we were there, so we appreciated being parked on a hard surface (asphalt) instead of parking on grass. The only reason I scored the campground a 9 instead of a 10 is the rate. $58.49 plus tax per night ($66.10) seems high even with our 10% KOA discount. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We are staying here for a month and receive a monthly rate of $850 plus taxes, total which nets about $956/month for our back-in site. The grounds are kept very clean, neat, trimmed. Sites have plenty of grass. The pool and hot tub are immaculate. Free Wine & Cheese Social every Friday eve. $3 Pancake breakfast every Sunday A.M. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nearby bus service to the theme parks in Orlando area. Nice, quiet park in the midst of everything you would need or want. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a really nice KOA, our second time here. We booked our stay over the Christmas Holidays and the park was packed. I had made our reservations over a year in advance and I'm glad I did. I did have to change my arrival and leaving dates and the park was able to assist. I did have to move sites on the last day, but that was my problem, not KOA. There are a few things that keeps this park from being a 10. The water tastes terrible and seems to have a sulfur smell. I'd recommending bringing drinking water for making coffee etc. Also, the cable does not work well at all anywhere in the park. I was unable to get anything but a grainy signal that seems to be verified by other reviews. I finally put up the TV antenna and was able to pull in many local channels in full HD. The park is very convenient to local restaurants. There is a Walmart and Sam's Club nearby and Camping World is right down the road. It's maybe a 15 minute ride to the Disney Parks. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We did not use the shower houses but the laundry facilities and pool were very nice. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.

We arrived and at first had a mix up in our space assignment but the staff member quickly researched our spot, the issue and got everything straightened out. He then said no rush to finish our check in just come to the office when we had time. The park is very clean. We opted for the best sites offered: with propane grill, fire pit, swing, full patio set and concrete patio, a long pull through. It was a little pricey when compared to Disney's Fort Wilderness, but then again getting into the Fort lately is impossible. The park is very close to SeaWorld (about a 15 minute drive) same for Epcot and downtown Disney. You have to plan traveling to these places carefully since the 535 highway is a like a parking lot for traffic. Publix store about 2 minutes away, major restaurants, stores, etc., very close. Considering the proximity to highways, it was quiet and safe. They also have activities in the in the Clubhouse, but that may be due to season. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Travel Trailer.
