BEST KOA we have ever stayed at! We were just passing through to visit friends in the area and didn't want to pay the excessive fees for Ft Wilderness for just a weekend. Site 108 was perfect for our 43' 5th Wheel and we even had a lot of grassy area. We were close to the VERY nice and clean pool, the office, and the playgrounds. Lots of roads to walk our dogs. Even has a Waffle House located within walking distance. Found this KOA to be very centrally located to everything in Orlando that we wanted to go to including Disney. We camped here for 4 nights while judging a BBQ contest held at the Sams Club right next door. Our fellow campers were great to meet, the office staff quite nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience. A facility we would use again. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

We love this park and have stayed many times. The sites are a bit tight to get into and the travel directions on roads inside the park are a bit confusing. We had to drive against traffic to get into our site. We had a concrete pad and patio with fire pit (which we did not use). Kids love the dog park and playground. Entrance to park is a little confusing but that aside great park. Great long sites for those towing a trailer behind a MH. They allow washing of rig at campsite or can have it washed by professional. Was very quite at night and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice, well maintained park. The staff is very friendly and very service oriented. Sites are large and easy to get in and out of. We stayed here over the busy Christmas season, but even though the park was filled to capacity all the facilities were spotlessly clean and the campground was always quiet. My only complaint with this campground is the WiFi service, the service was weak and when I was able to connect the service was very, very slow ... it is the slow WiFi that caused me to lower my rating of the park to a 9 instead of a 10. We wanted to be close to Disney World and have all the hookups in a clean, well-maintained environment. We found that here. Park personnel were courteous and helpful, even giving our little dog a treat. Grounds people were also friendly and helpful. The sites were spacious, paved and had tables. There was good distance between campers. Restaurants, stores and service stations are nearby. Unfortunately, you pay a toll here to get from one end of town to the other. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
Only 10 minutes from Disney World!

Great place, super friendly people running the place. We had some mechanical problems on the way down and offered to pay for the day we missed but they wouldn't take it. The entrance is a little tight but once you are in, they have plenty of room for a big rig with trailer. I can't say enough good about the entire experience. Would highly recommend to anyone especially those pulling a big rig and trailer. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

Great campground for visiting local attractions. Disney parks close and easy to access. Plenty of grocery stores close by for convenience. Campground was always clean and neat and folks manning the office were friendly and helpful. Family members stayed in one of the cabins and it was very nice. Pool and hot tub were always clean and well kept. Pet friendly. Off leash pet area was a nice touch. Highly recommended and I will return. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We stayed here one week, so we could see all of the attractions in the Orlando area. The campground is within 20 minutes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. There is a Target, Publix, Sams Club, and a Walmart all within 1 or 2 miles. The park is spotlessly clean with very nice grass and palm trees. The bathrooms are clean with showers that are free, clean, and have lots of hot water. The office was being remodeled while we were there. The staff are very friendly and helpful with questions. The pool is good size and very nice with a shaded area and tables for sit too. It rained every afternoon we were there, so we appreciated being parked on a hard surface (asphalt) instead of parking on grass. The only reason I scored the campground a 9 instead of a 10 is the rate. $58.49 plus tax per night ($66.10) seems high even with our 10% KOA discount. We are staying here for a month and receive a monthly rate of $850 plus taxes, total which nets about $956/month for our back-in site. The grounds are kept very clean, neat, trimmed. Sites have plenty of grass. The pool and hot tub are immaculate. Free Wine & Cheese Social every Friday eve. $3 Pancake breakfast every Sunday A.M. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nearby bus service to the theme parks in Orlando area. Nice, quiet park in the midst of everything you would need or want. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We arrived and at first had a mix up in our space assignment but the staff member quickly researched our spot, the issue and got everything straightened out. He then said no rush to finish our check in just come to the office when we had time. The park is very clean. We opted for the best sites offered: with propane grill, fire pit, swing, full patio set and concrete patio, a long pull through. It was a little pricey when compared to Disney's Fort Wilderness, but then again getting into the Fort lately is impossible. The park is very close to SeaWorld (about a 15 minute drive) same for Epcot and downtown Disney. You have to plan traveling to these places carefully since the 535 highway is a like a parking lot for traffic. Publix store about 2 minutes away, major restaurants, stores, etc., very close. Considering the proximity to highways, it was quiet and safe. They also have activities in the in the Clubhouse, but that may be due to season. This is a really nice KOA, our second time here. We booked our stay over the Christmas Holidays and the park was packed. I had made our reservations over a year in advance and I'm glad I did. I did have to change my arrival and leaving dates and the park was able to assist. I did have to move sites on the last day, but that was my problem, not KOA. There are a few things that keeps this park from being a 10. The water tastes terrible and seems to have a sulfur smell. I'd recommending bringing drinking water for making coffee etc. Also, the cable does not work well at all anywhere in the park. I was unable to get anything but a grainy signal that seems to be verified by other reviews. I finally put up the TV antenna and was able to pull in many local channels in full HD. The park is very convenient to local restaurants. There is a Walmart and Sam's Club nearby and Camping World is right down the road. It's maybe a 15 minute ride to the Disney Parks. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We did not use the shower houses but the laundry facilities and pool were very nice. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

Beautiful and well maintained park. All KOA staff always doing something to keep it maintained--mowing, clipping palm leaves, decorating. Excellent location to all parks, events, shopping and restaurants--several within walking distance. Large sites and big rig friendly. Trash pick up all day. Pool and hot tub open 23 hours - awesome! We stayed in the area for treatment being received at Florida Hospital, almost two weeks, and the staff was quick to check in on us and offered to help if we needed anything with hooking up or disassembling when time to leave. Disappointed with Wi-Fi reception but all the other things exceeded our expectations, hence the 10 rating. We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a nice campground and well maintained. It's close to Disney theme parks and other attractions. The campground is more "urban" than most KOA campgrounds and sits just off 192. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and the park, overall, is well kept. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to moving to Disney Worlds Campground. I didn't see any shuttle buses from the park, but I didn't ask as we wanted to be "on-property". We camped at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA in a Motorhome.Undo
