Nice little campground. Reminded us of a KOA with the spaces for tent camping and all of the little cabins. We only stayed the night coming from FL to KY, and we would stay here again. Nice pull-thru spot with a mix of blacktop and grass. You do need to put blocks under the jacks, but they had blocks provided at all of the spots we saw. Good for setting up the DirecTv sat. We would stay here again! We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.

Short distance from I-10. Site was 70 feet, mixed grass and asphalt. Was able to pick up Dish but had to pull to front of site to clear the tree as our dish is towards mid-coach. Campground was quiet. Would stay here again when traveling through. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.

This park worked well as a 1-night stopover while traveling across Florida. It was conveniently located about 1 mile north of I10 and not too far from I75. I was given a long, level pull-through site that allowed me to keep my tow car hooked up. Site was also open enough to use my rooftop satellite dish. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.

CG is easy access in and out from I-10. Internal roads and most pull through sites are paved although the longest ones have a run up through the grass. We drive a 45ft MH with a tow and are able to navigate their long pull throughs with ease. Utilities work good enough although one needs to pull off the water filter screen in order to have enough pressure. Cable works OK, Wifi works well, especially early morning and evening. We have stayed here several times and although the CG does not seem to be making any improvements, it is a very convenient, quiet site for a stop-over when traveling through the area. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.

Our second stay. Older campground. Owners are apparently trying to improve as evidenced by a new rail fence being installed. Other than that, no visible change in two years. Called for reservations one day in advance and when we arrived they has marked us as no-show for night before our scheduled arrival. No record of our previous stay but, when name was entered into their system, our credit card information was there! A bit disconcerting, to say the least. No explanation as we "apparently had not been there before". Several long term guests. Sites narrow with barely sufficient room for slides. Unable to put out awning. Sites are wooded. Restrooms are clean. Did not use laundry. Be sure to use directions in listing as your GPS will bring you through the town. We had a pull-thru site . We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our second time to stay here. The positives are: it's clean, quiet, friendly staff, all pull through sites. Negatives are: poor poor cable tv reception, we had requested two months in advance to stay in a larger site on the right side and had been assured we would get one of these sites, but when we arrived they refused to give us one, even though there was one open the entire time we were there. Overall it's a nice place. All full time or monthly lots were well kept and clean. It was quiet with no loud music. We will stay here again. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very easy to locate, check in and find your lot. It was a little tight parking and setting up. Tight spaces, but definitely doable. Picnic table was so close to our door we could barely get in and out of our unit and this is a one night stay so we are not moving picnic tables. Internet connection was awful. You could connect and it would drop signal, reconnect, drop, reconnect, drop....no signal at all for extended periods causing us to not even bother after several attempts at differing times. TV was clear and satisfactory. We hooked up with no problems. Dog area was okay. A fence at the dog area would be a bonus, but we were pleased to have a walking area. This was a quick in and out and my biggest problem is lack of ability to connect to the internet. This is an older park that is not set up well for the newer larger units. Roads are narrow but it's not impossible just use caution. I would stay again if I needed a one night stay but this would not be my choice for long term stays. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff and camp ground was perfectly acceptable. A simple no frills campground. The pool was mostly closed / locked in November. The cable connection was very poor. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Sometimes, we choose a park because of the location, amenities, or scenery. This particular overnight stop was more out of necessity. Because of the hurricane, we had to re-route and ended up in Lake City for an overnight. This place is old, run down, with many trashy campers. It also appears to be a mobile home park. The streets are too tight for big rigs, the spaces are too narrow with some pavement (which appears to be 30+ years old), and too short. We had to move the picnic table in order to put out the slide. An awning would have been impossible. The only photos I could find online of this park show these big, open, long spaces. They must have added those recently and don't really want you to see the rest of the park. I asked for one of these, and thought that's what I was getting, but it turned out not to be the case. It took some effort to get setup here for an overnight. I had to use 20' of sewer hose and my long water hose. The water connection is near the ground, and they don't want you to use a filter or pressure regulator for fear their connection might break. They require jack pads because they are worried about holes in their asphalt. The asphalt is so old and thin, I wouldn't dream of not using jack pads. We were glad to get back on the road the next morning. At $38, I think this park is overpriced for what it is. This would seem to be more of a $19 Passport America park to me. Honestly, I would stay here again if, and only if, I could be guaranteed one of the 7 or so large pull thrus on the first row. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a mixed use campground. Some permanent campers and units is one section, RVs in another. Not a problem. About 1 mile off I-10 and an easy shot. Very long and wide spaces for big rigs. Pull-through and no need to disconnect. There are 6 of that size. Easy in and out. Utilities fine but water pressure only 35 PSI, which they told me on check in. There is a pool and playground which look fine but we did not use. Office staff helpful. Great for an overnight in north Florida. Pads are asphalt and grass/gravel. Not great but OK. I would stay here again if traveling in this area. We camped at Lake City Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.
