This park was right off I-10 and a great location for an overnight stay. Had a pull thru site but the sites were VERY TIGHT. Had to get out and move the picnic table close to the next RV in order to get in then move it back on the concrete pad. Had to walk under my slide out to get between the picnic table and our coach. Didn't try but I don't think I would have been able to extend my awning without hitting the next RV. A little road noise as it is so close to I-10. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here two days. easy access from I10. Very friendly and helpfull at check in. The sites were long and narrow, We had to pull our awning in part way so my neighbor could open his slide. In the morning I had to move my truck so he could get out. Roads were narrow which made maneuvering a 41 ft 5th wheel challenging but OK. The owners are new and working to upgrade the CG with a new pool and other things we saw. They provide free coffee and donuts as well as a breakfast every Saturday. Would not return because of the narrow roads and sites. Shorter units would not have a problem. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Fifth Wheel.

Park looked nice when first pulled in, but campsites too small. Could not extend slide and awning on both sides. Dog gates or fences not allowed. But did have good satellite signal. Only stayed two nights. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful place to stay for over night or longer. The pull through sites are concrete, but a little narrow. Clean, pet friendly. Easy to access, right off the highway, but quiet. Well kept. They were able to work us in, after there was confusion with another campground down the street with a similar name. Lots of amenities, but no pool. We'll come back. This was our first stop heading west and our first ever park. Since then we have been to quite a few and wanted to slap a review on our stay. Easy access, professional staff, and more then adequate slip. Cable and WiFi worked well. Will stay here on our return to FL. Will be back in April. Right off I-10, approximately 6 miles East of I-75. Easy on & off I-10, roads in are fine. Check in was easy, manager was friendly and helpful. Internal roads are gravel, but fine. Our site was long, pull thru, grass, full hook up, open to the sky with a small patio and picnic table. Our site's picnic table was broken. The sites are narrow, center is level, however the edges are higher as we had trouble extending our steps without hitting our patio or grass. Our right slide was slightly hanging over the next site's patio. We got great satellite reception, and wifi was fine.

This is an old Florida park that has had some recent upgrades. Laundry room was in a separate little house in the middle of the park. Laundry room has 4 washers & dryers. Newer, and efficient. Wash 1.50, dry 1.00, very clean!

We came in right after Hurricane Irma, and the internal roads were cleared of debris. The maintenance crew was out the two days we were there taking care of the trees, debris as well as cutting the grass. Conveniently placed trashcans & dog waste stations located around the park. They empty them every day. The grounds are maintained.

There is two small ponds with a warning on alligators (that's a given in Florida). A small fenced dog park, as well as green areas to walk dogs. Small, quint, very clean clubhouse with pool table, coffee station, book library. There is also a picnic pavilion and horseshoes.

It's a good park, located close to major highways, just needs to be updated as far as making some sites wider for today's big rigs. Our RV neighbors were quiet. There is an area of full timers, but they appear to maintain their sites. The park is along one side of I-10, therefore heavy traffic noise. The AC & fans buffer the noise but you can hear it, but didn't bother us. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for one night as we evacuated for Hurricane Irma. The staff was very friendly. Sites were close together but we didn't have much noise. The public restrooms & showers (2) were very clean & the showers were wonderful! Nice public space with pool table, coffee, & snacks. We tried to get in again while heading home but they were full. Nice park off of I-10. Sites to the rear are larger and more satellite friendly. Sites near office are closer together and have trees. New owners have taken sites in the treed area out of service to provide more room between rv's and parking for toads. Owners were very nice, we had an electric problem on the pole, and was fixed. Good Verizon and T-Mobile signal. Very good park cable. Wifi worked reasonably well. Large grass areas for rover are nice. Interior roads did not seem to be a problem if taken with care. There is noise from I-10 but did not find it a problem. FHU's mid site. There is a gas station at the camp entrance that can be good for gassers towing. We came during the hurricane and the owners were doing their best to accommodate everyone one during the difficult times. Would stay here again. My site was mostly grass growing up through a little gravel. As long as every other site is used the is plenty of space but if they are all used it would be VERY close. Lots of noise from freeway. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

We only stayed here 1 night; have stayed many times in the past. The grass was cut, the check in was quick and the roads have improved. There are new plants and lots of dog poop bags as well as well placed trash cans throughout the campground. No longer have to go to just one dumpster. The cable worked well; we did not use WiFi. LP gas is available and we availed ourselves of that as well. True, this is not Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa but the campgrounds we have checked there charge $50 and up for a night, with a discount. We like to find a good Passport America park but there seem to be less of those so we found the rate here to be reasonable. Most of the overnight spots were filled the night we were here. We will continue to stay here as we travel to and from South Florida. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

Traveling from SC to Louisiana & the truck decided to take a vacation. Luckily, it chose the I-10 exit where this rv park is located to stop. Check-in was quick & painless, site was long enough to accommodate our 32' TT, truck, & car. Owners seem to be in the process of beautifying the park & it shows. It's a lovely place with lots of shade. The spaces are a bit close, but our slide & awning could be extended with no problems. Yes, there's highway noise, but if you choose an rv park that runs parallel to a major interstate, that can be expected. I turned on my fan next to the bed & it knocked out most all of the noise. Only an overnight stay until we could make arrangements on vehicle repairs & truck rental to get us where we needed to go, so we didn't use the laundry, bathhouse, or clubhouse. If we are ever in the area again (hopefully for a more leisurely trip), I wouldn't hesitate to choose this rv park. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Travel Trailer.
