We tried to book our stay online and the site had too many glitches (Note: the online form for booking has an option for Tent Trailers) and no one answers the phone after 5pm (Literally, we called at 5:15). Then, they returned our voice mail around 9:30am the next day. We asked to book over the phone and set the reservation, but we were advised to wait until check-in, but if we arrived between 12 and 1 no one would be there to let us in. While on the phone we told her about our dog, the hour and half trip we would be taking to get there and asked as many questions as possible on our end. The person on the phone did not ask us any questions or inform us that only CERTAIN trailers were welcome at their resort. It wasn't until we arrived and were ready to load-in, that we were told our pop-up trailer wasn't welcome in their resort. When my husband asked "Why the discrimination?" we were told, "That's just how it is." In our opinion, that is an important disclosure that should have been addressed over the phone, especially with misleading information on their booking website. We camped at Rainbow Village RV Resort in a Tent Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $34.00
Very helpful, friendly staff. Site was clean and easy to access. You do have to pay for wifi but the charge was not too bad. Laundry facility was excellent and the pool, though we did not use it, was very nice. Close to almost any shopping you might want to do and the beaches aren't far. Very nice park, especially for the price. We camped at Rainbow Village RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $30.00
Positives: Very clean campground. All the sites were clean and the permanent homes (park models) were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The residents were very inviting and friendly. A nice dog run. A lot of activities but there were gearing down for the season. Negatives: Very few pull-through sites, which were long but very narrow. Mostly park model homes with a few RVs in between. The roads were paved but a little narrow and hard to navigate. Gravel sites that had some large rocks that you could trip on. I probably would go back there if in the area because of the people. We camped at Rainbow Village RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
