This is a very unique RV park located in Loxahatchee, which is very close to Palm Beach (about a 20 minutes car ride).
The campground is big and the sites are generously sized. Needless to say, given where it is and what it is, there are many families with children staying in this campground. The park is well maintained and clean. The people are friendly. As a bonus, you will be listening to the roar of lions several times a day and sometimes during the night.
This RV park is easy to find, easy to get in and out of and recommended. - Olivia Las Vegas
We stayed here on a 3 night package for $155 which included entrance into the Lion Safari Park for up to 4 people for 2 days. (This deal is available from April-Dec normally but they were doing a trial extension when we stayed there - WE HOPE THEY CONTINUE THE DEAL YEAR ROUND!). We also stayed an extra night for $68. The park is very clean, tidy and the access roads are excellent. We stayed in a pull through site with full hookup. The sites are spacious and tidy with a concrete pad and picnic table. The laundry facilities were clean and tidy and everything worked. The showers were exceptionally clean and tidy also. Activities are available at the park, such as shuffleboard etc. The Lion Safari Park is excellent with a drive through to see the animals which includes use of a CD to listen to a commentary about what you are seeing as you drive through. Then there is a walk through area where you can feed the giraffes and some other animals and some rides for children and a water park area for the children. Many many animals and plants for all over the world are to be seen. We look forward to returning to the park again soon. - KiwiYankee
This was our second stay here. Most of the sites are great; large and wide. There are a few that are tight together, but we managed to avoid those. The pool is much larger than normal, and I even manage to swim lengths in it. It is very quiet at night, and you can hear the lions from the Safari Park next door. The park is very well a managed, and the staff work hard to help out with any requests. The only negative comment is that the park is very focussed on seasonal campers, so getting a specific site during the winter vacation can be hard, even when reserving well in advance. - bigdipper
