This is not a 55+ RV park, though the mobile home section of the park is. [Admin Note: Called the park and was told that those under 55 were welcome "for a night or two".] The park grounds are beautiful, but the electric, cable connections, bathrooms and laundry are not maintained and are in need of updating. The water here is HORRIBLE. My trailer's sinks, shower, and dishes are heavily coated with limescale deposits. My sewer pipe was full of iron deposit. The electric breakers constantly blew, the water was shut off often without notice due to leaks on the property and sewer back-ups and leaks were common. The residents are very cliquish, and management does nothing to foster good neighboring. Park rules are discriminately applied and most people ignore them all together, unless their neighbor is breaking a rule, which gets promptly reported to management. Most of the trailers here are older models and the sites are close together. There are no pull-through sites and the newer, bigger rigs have trouble backing into sites. There is no park-wide Wi-Fi; it's only available at the clubhouse, which is closed in summer. No picnic table at the site. The park was quite noisy, dirty, and run-down. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Travel Trailer.

This is our fifth trip to this park. Very quiet, close to the beaches and shopping in Melbourne. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Nice adult campground. Had a lot of rain (3" day before) so sites were a little muddy. Very friendly/helpful staff. Great community room with WiFi (available in park for $) Had 50+ channels on antenna (but a lot in Spanish). Camped here for 4 nights in a Fiver. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

A family member in the area turned ill, and this was the only location in the area we could get a monthly spot in last minute during the high winter season. We are grateful for that. First.. the good: - Quiet, friendly community - Awesome management - extremely helpful, friendly and attentive - Beautiful and well maintained pool - Lovely lake in the front, very peaceful feeling when arriving - Community organized activities going on all the time - swap meets, potlucks, game night, water aerobics, meals, etc. - Easy access to nearby Malabar Scrub conservation area with 500 acres of hiking - Well kept, and easy to use hook-ups. - While they are advertised as a 55+ park, they are lenient on the age - but still remain adult only keeping kids out. Now.. the less than good: Our cost for our spot greatly influences our expectations, and at $825/mo for the winter rate - this place did not merit the price tag. It is at least $100+ more than any surrounding RV park, and about $300/mo more than what we found to be the 'going rate' in the area. But this was the only place that could take us when we needed it last minute. Here are things that had the price tag been lower, we might not be as critical about: - Wi-Fi is not included. If you want access to the park wide Wi-Fi, you purchase it extra from another resident providing it at $20/mo. - Cable is run to your site, but you have to pay extra for it - it's not included. - The sites are rather close together, all in a row down the street. Beyond the lake in the front, this place is actually kind drab looking. All sites are grass with a concrete patio, and mostly level. Some have shade and a little landscaping. The plus is, they are extra long and you have a lot of wiggle room to position yourself front to back. Plenty of room for your rig, a vehicle and anything else. - Feral animals running around. Our supervised leashed cat was attacked while we were there by a stray cat. - No recycling. Only a single dumpster for the entire park is available. - Laundry center is way too small for the size of the park. The long term residents boasted about how they will take all four washers, so that others can't work their loads in. We would return here if needed, especially in the summer when the price is significantly lower. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

This park is kept up pretty well. It has many permanent domiciles that are, for the most part, kept up. It advertises wi-fi, but only in the clubhouse, and not throughout the park. With full hook-up you will only get local channels on your over-the-air antenna, as they do not have cable hookups at the sites. The manager said it is because most folks have satellite dishes. This is a 55+ park which made it nice and quiet, although I did see a few small kids playing, but they might have been visiting. Would I stay here again? Probably not. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed at this park the past four years for a short stay while visiting cousins in the area. Local park manager has been very pleasant to deal with. The heated pool is great and the quiet location works very well for us. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Long term adult park with 30% of space devoted to RV's. Clean and well maintained. On site owner and manager. Planning for month stay in late '07. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Nice park, we stay there when in the area. However, I must point out an error on their web site. There are NO pull through campsites, that we know of. Sites are no that good for big rigs. We camped at Enchanted Lakes RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
