This park is one of our personal top 10 favorites, well laid out and maintained. Park has recently been sold which may be a prelude to some changes. There are now many long term leased sites now which is distressing since it decreases the amount of transient sites available. Folks are storing their rigs here at the sites permanently. I also asked about availability for winter 2017 and was told that they now only accept 6 months long reservations which leaves us out of coming here during that period. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed 3 months. Loved it. Sites need work as there are no Pads in the WOODS just broken pieces of concrete wi fi is sketchy at sites. Hot spots wi fi works Clubhouse is very nice lots of activities. Pot lucks. Free movie night on sundays first run shows with free popcorn. We chose this park for pickleball. People are friendly. We have a kayak club which we do. Found lots of unique places through the club We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We have camped here for about the last 5 years, and this has been a premium campground, however there is new ownership this winter so time will tell. The new ownership turned the heat to the pool off at the end of March, even though their web site advertises a "Heated Pool", so if you want a campground with heated pool don't come here for April. The toilet in the ladies washroom at the pool has leaked water onto the floor for at least the last month. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I would've given this park a 10 if it weren't for a number of sites which were gravel and not kept very clean as the others in the park. We were on lot 181 which is in the more modern (newer) part called The Palms, they call them super sites; based on the length and width (both large) they certainly are! we had a nice view of the lake (pond) , we were told we might see some alligators! Very nice facilities, especially great deal with our Passport America discount!! And NO park models! Nice pool area, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, lots to offer here. Very close to Cape Canaveral which is a must see if in this area. Highly recommend this park. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I pulled in about 8:30PM after dark. The office was closed but an attendant came up in a golf cart. He escorted me to one of the few empty spots. My spot was gravel, and long enough so I didn't have to unhook. Looked like most spots were paved and had full timers staying the winter. Most of the RV were newer and upscale. They had decorations and lights out. Looked to be a very nice park. The front office didn't open until 9AM. I pulled out about 8AM. I called back when they were open to pay for my site. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Not sure what previous rater was reviewing, but this place has no wifi service unless you are sitting underneath a tower. It should be classified as a wifi hotspot. The security gate didn't work half of the time that we were there. Then the cable was out, so for the price it was reasonable. Sure wouldn't have wanted to pay more. Too bad, because it could be a pretty nice place if properly managed. Office staff certainly didn't go out of their way to make you fell welcome. We will probably go to another campground on route 1 if we are back in the area. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good sized lots with concrete pads and nice green grass. Plenty of room for large motorhome to get around. VERY friendly staff. Internet signal was good, but bandwidth (throughput) was lousy, and I had to revert to cell phone hotspot most of the time. Lots of "long term" guests. This is an excellent resort. FHU 50 amp back-in site with a level concrete pad. All services worked extremely well. Excellent WIFI and cable. Park owner and staff are excellent and very accommodating. We came here because the county park that we had left during the evacuation for hurricane Matthew was still closed and the staff here couldn't have been more helpful. Interior roads were easily navigated. We did not use all of the excellent facilities but will when we return in the future. One of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Very nice accessible park close to I-95. We stayed 1 night while travelling off season in our class B MH - no slides or toad. Timer on shower was a pain, but can be outsmarted. Very nice staff. Cash only for Passport discount. Gate entry gives a bit of extra security. We would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed five days during a holiday weekend. Many snowbirds have left so we had no problem getting in this park, and it was pretty quiet. Since we got the Passport America rate we had to pay cash. We stayed in a premium site in an area which has large, paved, level back-in sites. There is no shade in this area. There are a fair number of permanent RVs but many were closed up for the summer. There are two pools next to the clubhouse, one is a lap pool. A small book exchange and a few exercise machines are in the clubhouse. Laundry is $1.50/load. The park is gated and the staff keep it very clean. We noticed a tennis court, small nature trail, horseshoe pit, pickleball area, several small ponds but since it is not peak season, no one was using these amenities. The wifi worked well for us and cable tv is available. The office staff are friendly and helpful. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here two nights while visiting KSC. The park has a variety of sites, some very nice and others are rustic. Ours was the latter and it was rough and sandy and no patio. While it was okay for our stay I wouldn't want to be in it longer term. Electric was stable and water pressure adequate. The big deal-breaker was the shower in a newer bath house. The 45 second or so water saver valve didn't stay on long enough for the hot water to come through, so my wife gave up and showered in our coach. Very frustrating! You have to pack your trash to the one Dumpster location. The best feature was that the park was quiet and had well manicured grounds. Although the off-season price was great I doubt
I would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy to find off I-95; check in was fast and friendly with a gate code for security. You gotta stay here if in the area. We stayed for 2 nights early April, many snowbirds left for north. We got a premium long, level concrete site overlooking a pond and green space near the club house. We did not see a bad site in the whole CG. The pools and hot tub were big, clean and warm. The power and water were good, free cable TV; Wi-Fi only worked if near the source. Note, we were close enough to the Space Center to watch a rocket launch, cool. We are considering this place for future long term stays. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great campground for visiting NASA. A lot of snowbirds were still there on our visit. No kids to speak of. Our 8 year old picked up the game of pickleball with the senior citizens at the tennis court. They treated him very nice. Great rate with Good Sam. Nice folks in the office as well. One of the nicest places we have stayed. As one reviewer noted, there are several sections on the park. We were in the Premium section around the pond near the office. I would guess that these are the newest sites, very spacious with big concrete pads, concrete patios, no shade and lots of lawn. It had a new laundry and bath house too. The other sections are more rustic, with gravel pads and lots of shade. All roads are paved an easy to maneuver.

We stayed 2 nights, just long enough to visit the Kennedy Space Center. If we decide to stay longer the next time we are in this area we will ask for a rustic site to get trees and shade. All sites have FHU, 5o amp and cable. While there is no fenced dog run, there are several large grassy areas and a nature trail where they are welcome. I'd give it a 10 if the WIFI worked. It didn't and we were right across the driveway from the repeater. AT&T cell data worked fine. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.
