Pictures as per there website. Stayed 4 nights. The site we got with Passport America was open, no shade on a concrete slab. Long enough to fit the truck and rv with small concrete pad for the picnic table. Grass space between the rv's. Clean park and pool. Washer and dryer older but clean, the same for the washrooms. WiFi hotspots. Good tv. Not to much noise from the road at site 8. Would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

About 6 miles from Titsusville for restaurant and shopping at Walmart, Loews and HomeDepot.

We stayed at this RV resort to explore the space coast. Easily accessible from the highway and no issues pulling our 40' fifth wheel in or out. We had a concrete back in site that acoomodated is nicely. All the hookups worked fine. The staff is very friendly and they obviously take pride in maintaining the resort. There were mostly snowbird rigs scattered throughout the park. They appear to have a lot of activities in season as well. This is the best option in the area and there is a fantastic seafood restaurant up the road, Dixie Crossroads. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to eat at Dixie Crossroads. Best seafood!!!

This park has about 225 sites. About 80 of them are concrete and the rest are very hard packed material. Each campsite must pick up debris or rake to the road, but they pick up within 2 hours, so it is patrolled regularly. It is a gated park with mobile security also. The clubhouse has a full kitchen, rec room, and a large area used for potlucks and dances. Many activities, 2 pools and a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, lending library, and many other amenities. WiFi limited reception but available. Within easy drive to Kennedy and other attractions. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Sanford is about 25 minutes away with many major stores and services. Titusville is only 6 miles offering WalMart and other major shopping. There is an 18 hole golf course with new clubhouse and restaurant within one mile. Kennedy Space Center is only about a half hour drive. Lots of hiking trails nearby, and Merritt Island National Refuge is only 25 minutes drive.

Great access off I95, but the road noise was almost non-existent. The PA rate is available for an unlimited number of nights and puts you in the Classic Sites. These are hard packed gravel and have varing amounts of shade. The Premium Sites are paved but out in the open with no shade. There is a gated entry and exit and it's best to disconnect your tow vehicle at the office. WiFi reception was good at our site 204. Pool area is very nice with lounge chairs and a nice deck. The classic sites are only accessed by a one way road, so from our site it was a bit of a drive just to get out of the park. Would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Very close to Kennedy Space Center and the Canaveral National Seashore. Easy on/off from I95. Try Crackerjacks, right under the Hwy 406 bridge in Titusville for some great seafood.

Stayed for two nights. Nice resort style park with hot tub, pools, club house, and evidence of socials during the winter. There are different loops, some more natural than others. We were close to the wi-fi antenna so we had good service in our rig. Cable was excellent. The workers were nice. I would come back during season and pay full price if I had the chance. This is half a mile off I95. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Must eat at Dixie Crossroads for their excellent, fresh seafood!

Quiet in the summer months. Huge cable lineup and Wi-Fi at the clubhouse. Pool area very nice and very warm. Laundry on site is very handy. Titusville is a short drive. But close enough for all supermarkets and restaurants. We like our summer stops here. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great place to stay if visiting the Space Coast. There are 3 distinct areas for sites. Wooded, open, and a circular area that has some of both. The wooded sites tend to drop quite a few ants from the trees and can get to be problematic. The sites are fairly large and are not "packed in" like many other campgrounds. There are nature trails between some sites for walking, and a very nice clubhouse and pool and spa. The bathhouses are individual private rooms and are very clean. It gets very crowded in the winter, and spaces can be hard to come by. We would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to Cape Canaveral and other space coast attraction. Easy access from I95.

The camp site was unlevel and it was impossible to get the camper level. The bathroom door would not stay open. Wireless internet was available at the clubhouse but not at the campsite. No dog park but the campground was big for walking the dog. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The local area was interesting with Kennedy Space Center and local beaches. No shopping was close except Walmart

A great park to spend January in, beats a Michigan winter. Many activities, you can stay as busy as you want. Everyone is friendly, we made several close friendships during our stay. 2 pools and a hottub available, tennis court or pickle ball, golf outings, pot lucks and many, many more activities. Many campers have been there year after year, but as newbies we were never left out on any activity or function. Mgmt prefers to rent for 3 month winter stay, makes good business sense. Hopefully we'll get back there for Jan, 2016 (we can only stay a month). We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Plenty of space coast activities, we saw two rocket launches during our stay.

The campground is divided into 4 sections. We stayed in the Groves section. Good sized lots with a cement pad. Easy back in. Full service. Although we were warned that we may not have good Wi-Fi at our site we had no problem. The laundry room we used was small with no place to sit while waiting for laundry to be done. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers. The restrooms are clean and contain both the toilet and the shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. We are pickle ball players and enjoyed playing on the pickle ball courts (2). New nets were installed while we were there. The resort is strictly RV with no mobile homes. Some of the seasonals are old but not trashy. We never got to try the pools but they looked good. The landscape is well maintained. We would definitely recommend this place. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Only 30 miles from Orlando, close to Cape Canaveral and the beaches.

Staff is very polite and responsive to any of your needs. They are great. Access for big rigs could not be better. Lots of room to park for registration, and easy to maneuver through the park on nice wide paved roads. Sites are spacious and level and most are paved. Because the area was once a citrus grove, most sites have a citrus tree. Pick a lemon or grapefruit when you want one. Staff was out nearly every day spraying for insects and manicuring the sites. Did not see anything unsightly. Two pools and spa were beautiful as is the clubhouse. During our time there the weather cooled a bit and so did the pools. We were told the pools would be heated beginning November. Overall the park is beautiful with several ponds throughout the park and alligator sightings are almost daily. WIFI was the only downside to this park. The three hotspots are at the clubhouse and each of the two bathhouses. Nothing available at our’s and most sites. Many times we saw people sitting outside the bathhouses to get on wifi. Only reason I did not give this review a 10. Rate reflects Passport America. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This used to be a nice park but has gone downhill. Sites with old RVs in need of repair and lots of trash around them. Old car by tennis court with flat tires and sites in poor condition. Weeds out of control and grass needs cutting. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed at resort for months of Jan & Feb in the wooded area of park. Large trees & palms behind and over our large site but poor pavement to park on. Other sites in the open non tree areas have good concrete pads and cost more. Lots of activities, good pool, hot tub, lap pool, and roads for biking. Friendly staff & residents including both US & Canadian snowbirds. No permanent mobile homes setup. All are motor coaches, 5th wheels, or trailers with many stored onsite year round. Some road noise from neighboring highways. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for the month of December. I really enjoyed this park. The location is ideal for visiting Kennedy Space Center & the wildlife refuge nearby. The resort is well maintained and management/owner is wonderful. Our site was large enough to accommodate our 36' 5/wheel, large truck & motorcycle. We use our own Internet data device. The only downside, beware of hostile Canadian snowbirds! We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
