Very nice accessible park close to I-95. We stayed 1 night while travelling off season in our class B MH - no slides or toad. Timer on shower was a pain, but can be outsmarted. Very nice staff. Cash only for Passport discount. Gate entry gives a bit of extra security. We would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Not a lot of stores nearby. A gas station near I-95 exit. Golf courses nearby and excellent restaurant Victorios about 1 1/2 miles. Great oysters and Italian food. Also not far from Dixie Crossroads in Titusville with super food. CG gives a free appetizer card.

Stayed five days during a holiday weekend. Many snowbirds have left so we had no problem getting in this park, and it was pretty quiet. Since we got the Passport America rate we had to pay cash. We stayed in a premium site in an area which has large, paved, level back-in sites. There is no shade in this area. There are a fair number of permanent RVs but many were closed up for the summer. There are two pools next to the clubhouse, one is a lap pool. A small book exchange and a few exercise machines are in the clubhouse. Laundry is $1.50/load. The park is gated and the staff keep it very clean. We noticed a tennis court, small nature trail, horseshoe pit, pickleball area, several small ponds but since it is not peak season, no one was using these amenities. The wifi worked well for us and cable tv is available. The office staff are friendly and helpful. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here two nights while visiting KSC. The park has a variety of sites, some very nice and others are rustic. Ours was the latter and it was rough and sandy and no patio. While it was okay for our stay I wouldn't want to be in it longer term. Electric was stable and water pressure adequate. The big deal-breaker was the shower in a newer bath house. The 45 second or so water saver valve didn't stay on long enough for the hot water to come through, so my wife gave up and showered in our coach. Very frustrating! You have to pack your trash to the one Dumpster location. The best feature was that the park was quiet and had well manicured grounds. Although the off-season price was great I doubt
I would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy to find off I-95; check in was fast and friendly with a gate code for security. You gotta stay here if in the area. We stayed for 2 nights early April, many snowbirds left for north. We got a premium long, level concrete site overlooking a pond and green space near the club house. We did not see a bad site in the whole CG. The pools and hot tub were big, clean and warm. The power and water were good, free cable TV; Wi-Fi only worked if near the source. Note, we were close enough to the Space Center to watch a rocket launch, cool. We are considering this place for future long term stays. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great campground for visiting NASA. A lot of snowbirds were still there on our visit. No kids to speak of. Our 8 year old picked up the game of pickleball with the senior citizens at the tennis court. They treated him very nice. Great rate with Good Sam. Nice folks in the office as well. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. As one reviewer noted, there are several sections on the park. We were in the Premium section around the pond near the office. I would guess that these are the newest sites, very spacious with big concrete pads, concrete patios, no shade and lots of lawn. It had a new laundry and bath house too. The other sections are more rustic, with gravel pads and lots of shade. All roads are paved an easy to maneuver.

We stayed 2 nights, just long enough to visit the Kennedy Space Center. If we decide to stay longer the next time we are in this area we will ask for a rustic site to get trees and shade. All sites have FHU, 5o amp and cable. While there is no fenced dog run, there are several large grassy areas and a nature trail where they are welcome. I'd give it a 10 if the WIFI worked. It didn't and we were right across the driveway from the repeater. AT&T cell data worked fine. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Many different types of sites from gravel to paved, with and without concrete pads. We had a lovely gravel site under huge shade trees and plenty of room for our slide outs. We were able to set up a portable fence around our sitting area for the dogs. The staff was very friendly. They have 2 swimming pools (one heated and one not), a hot tub, and a rec hall. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here to explore the space center and coast. The rate is passport america. Our site was very good back in with plenty of area for our truck and our sons car while visiting us. The hook ups were very good and worked well. The staff works hard to keep the grounds clean. We would stay here again if passing through the area as it is easy access to I95. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Pictures as per there website. Stayed 4 nights. The site we got with Passport America was open, no shade on a concrete slab. Long enough to fit the truck and rv with small concrete pad for the picnic table. Grass space between the rv's. Clean park and pool. Washer and dryer older but clean, the same for the washrooms. WiFi hotspots. Good tv. Not to much noise from the road at site 8. Would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at this RV resort to explore the space coast. Easily accessible from the highway and no issues pulling our 40' fifth wheel in or out. We had a concrete back in site that acoomodated is nicely. All the hookups worked fine. The staff is very friendly and they obviously take pride in maintaining the resort. There were mostly snowbird rigs scattered throughout the park. They appear to have a lot of activities in season as well. This is the best option in the area and there is a fantastic seafood restaurant up the road, Dixie Crossroads. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has about 225 sites. About 80 of them are concrete and the rest are very hard packed material. Each campsite must pick up debris or rake to the road, but they pick up within 2 hours, so it is patrolled regularly. It is a gated park with mobile security also. The clubhouse has a full kitchen, rec room, and a large area used for potlucks and dances. Many activities, 2 pools and a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, lending library, and many other amenities. WiFi limited reception but available. Within easy drive to Kennedy and other attractions. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Sanford is about 25 minutes away with many major stores and services. Titusville is only 6 miles offering WalMart and other major shopping. There is an 18 hole golf course with new clubhouse and restaurant within one mile. Kennedy Space Center is only about a half hour drive. Lots of hiking trails nearby, and Merritt Island National Refuge is only 25 minutes drive.

Great access off I95, but the road noise was almost non-existent. The PA rate is available for an unlimited number of nights and puts you in the Classic Sites. These are hard packed gravel and have varing amounts of shade. The Premium Sites are paved but out in the open with no shade. There is a gated entry and exit and it's best to disconnect your tow vehicle at the office. WiFi reception was good at our site 204. Pool area is very nice with lounge chairs and a nice deck. The classic sites are only accessed by a one way road, so from our site it was a bit of a drive just to get out of the park. Would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very close to Kennedy Space Center and the Canaveral National Seashore. Easy on/off from I95. Try Crackerjacks, right under the Hwy 406 bridge in Titusville for some great seafood.

Stayed for two nights. Nice resort style park with hot tub, pools, club house, and evidence of socials during the winter. There are different loops, some more natural than others. We were close to the wi-fi antenna so we had good service in our rig. Cable was excellent. The workers were nice. I would come back during season and pay full price if I had the chance. This is half a mile off I95. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Quiet in the summer months. Huge cable lineup and Wi-Fi at the clubhouse. Pool area very nice and very warm. Laundry on site is very handy. Titusville is a short drive. Great place to stay if visiting the Space Coast. There are 3 distinct areas for sites. Wooded, open, and a circular area that has some of both. The wooded sites tend to drop quite a few ants from the trees and can get to be problematic. The sites are fairly large and are not "packed in" like many other campgrounds. There are nature trails between some sites for walking, and a very nice clubhouse and pool and spa. The bathhouses are individual private rooms and are very clean. It gets very crowded in the winter, and spaces can be hard to come by. We would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.
