4 Parks near Navarre, Florida
Oct 2015 - $17.00
We came here not knowing what to expect. After staying for a month and going by every RV park from Destin to Pensacola, this is the best by far. Lots of things to do. About 20 miles west of Destin and 20 miles east of Pensacola. Lots of things to choose from for entertainment.
About the park itself. Lots of long pull thru's. 2 sewer connects, water for washing camper, (there are a couple of guys that will come to your rig & wash at a reasonable price), FHU, private pier & beach, nice pool & clubhouse, about 6 spots up on water front.
Now for the atmosphere, the Host is a wonderful lady, along with her staff. She has many activities at the club house, such as parties, weekly ice cream socials, breakfast, Etc. They will do almost anything to help, including getting you into locked out units, etc. We mentioned a tree branch coming close to our slide cover and they were trimmed within minutes. Will definitely make this a place on our travels. - Dawwg

Emerald Beach RV Park is extremely clean. The park has trees that give you some nice shade. It has a large area to walk your dogs. The management and employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They also keep treats in the office for your dog if you bring him buy. The bathrooms and showers are spotless. The showers are large with a large dressing area. The RV pads are concrete with an area to park your vehicle. We will continue to come back to this park. - Clancy-Tyson

We booked a week here but stayed only 3 nights for several reasons. We were located near the highway which was very busy with a lot of traffic noise. There was nowhere to walk or cycle except up and down the park roads, and it was impossible to walk outside the park - even crossing the road to get to a restaurant involved driving and it took 10 minutes before there was a gap in the traffic.
On the plus side, the beach is small but lovely with lounging chairs and tiki umbrellas, and the pier is a nice spot to enjoy. Each site has 2 sewer connections and cable is good. Sites are narrow and level with a separate parking spot for vehicles.
Our preference is for more space, plenty of trails to walk the dogs and greater privacy, so know we made an error in booking in for a week without doing greater research. However, it was better to lose the $200+ than stay in such a confined space. - Bayers
Nov 2013 - $30.00
Friendly staff, but it's a run down campsite that still needs a lot of attention. Previous reviewers say it's vastly improved. I know the internet and cable are great but the overall look needs work. The entrance is a dangerous U turn off 98 and signs on the front need replacing. The beach front is small but attractive and there is a dock that makes a nice evening view of the gulf. A stopover night, and that's all. - John WD Smith

We had a wonderful stay here, people are very nice and made several new friends. Campground is under new management and working to make improvements. Well treed with sand roadways and sites. A short walk to the beach with a long fishing pier. All utilities and wifi worked well, laundry room okay. A quiet campground compared to our previous stay at another location. So much so I thought I woke up deaf. I couldn't hear anything!! We enjoyed our time here so much it's hard to speak of the negatives, but the fact is - Bathrooms/showers are in desperate need of complete replacement. Even though it was (somewhat) cleaned regularly the entire building is very old and tired. Only one shower available with the second being out of order. Many very old RV's with long term residents. I think clean up is in progress.... This campground has good potential and wish them well. We hope to be back some day. - theswedes

Enjoyed our latest (3rd visit) to Magnolia immensely. Staff
work so hard to ensure that your visit is an enjoyable one. We camped here twice last year, and noticed continued improvements to the site this trip (much improved Wifi). We have had the pleasure of making many friends among the permanent residents as well as returning Magnolia guests. This is a laid back park, extra quiet, pet friendly and close to tourist attractions (if that is what you want), for me, give me the solitude of relaxing beneath the canopy of Magnolia and Oak trees and the stress relief of hearing the water lapping up on the beach. We plan to return a few more times this year. - Kandys
Jul 2015 - $66.00
Very nice gated park with friendly staff. Sites close together but had no trouble, landscape nothing special but clean with picnic table, umbrella, and working propane grill. Led to site by very helpful staff. Relaxing pier at "beach" area. Close to Navarre beach. If in area would stay again. - 2retiresoon
Jun 2015 - $64.00
The site had crushed stone, was level, had a picnic table on a cement patio, and was a pull through. We had plenty of room and grounds were beautifully landscaped. The park has full hook up. The cable was excellent, but the wifi left much to be desired. Wifi dropped my service 4 times and when I was on-line the system was slow. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. It is only a 10 minute drive to Navarre Beach. The park has a man made beach on the bay. The sand is great for the kids and the swings are very relaxing. The fishing pier stayed busy. I will stay at this campground again. - Alabama Jim
Apr 2015 - $68.00
You can almost reach out and touch your neighbor. No privacy, helped having tinted windows in my motorhome. I stayed for a week and the price above is daily by dividing the weekly cost by 7 days. Too expensive for being so far from any activities but cheaper than other RV parks close by. - MedicineMan
Oct 2015 - $75.00
Our site backed up to the intercostal water way. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The sites are roomy. There is an outdoor pool and covered common area with a fire pit. The laundry is clean and had many machines. The bathrooms were very clean. New landscaping has been added since our last visit. The only negative was that WiFi was not available throughout the park, but the management is diligently working to resolve the issue.
We will certainly return. - Ann Saxon
Oct 2015 - $55.00
Super clean huge pull thru sites excellent landscaping nice pool super clean showers and restroom with a nice walking pier. Clean laundry and fitness room. Some sites on water and all others very near. 50 amp service, water, sewer 190 channel cable TV and super level sites.Huge patio area. I give it a nine and if they added a Jacuzzi and a little work to beach area a ten. Best park in the area as we have stayed at others. Four different prices to choose from. Great access for satellite. One of the top ten RV parks we have stayed in and we have been rving for 45 years. - signaloil
