This is our second stay here and we will return. Sites are plenty long for our 38' Class A with ample parking for towed vehicle. Good FHU's. Paved sites and patios, with tables. Very welcoming, friendly staff and fellow RVers. Lots of activities, a gorgeous beach area with covered areas for gatherings. Nice clubhouse, sparkling pool, and doggie area. FREE Donut Social on Wednesdays and Ice Cream on Saturdays! We've tried other parks in the area and this is by far our favorite. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.
Don't miss Joe Patti's Seafood Market, the NAS Air Museum (free) and downtown Farmers Market in Pensacola. The National Seashore is close by and outstandingly beautiful. The water on the Gulf of Mexico is gorgeous!
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $70.00
We stayed here 6 days in one of the park sites that is next to the beach strip and Santa Rosa Sound. Each of these 6 back sites has its own patio which we enjoyed. All park guests have access to a nice pier. There are two dog walk areas and guests were keeping those areas clean. RVs can be washed at the individual site. Utility and water hookups were of good quality. The pool at the front of the park looked pleasant but was not heated. Sites are nicely spaced and cared for. We made a reservation already for two weeks in January of 2016. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.
There are numerous restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores along Highway 98 (where all guests access the RV park). Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach and Gulf Islands National Seashore are accessible across the causeway 1 mile to the west.
Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $39.00
Stayed at Emerald Beach over Christmas and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On Christmas Eve the park supplied a Christmas lunch of turkey and ham with guests bringing a dish to share and it was all delicious. The park was neat and tidy with concrete pull throughs or back ins. Very few permanent residents as most of the guests were travellers like ourselves.
Lots to see in the area especially the Naval Aeronautical Museum; people were very friendly and would recommend this park. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: November, 2014 - $16.50
Arrived at this RV park in Navarre without a reservation (highly recommend making one before arriving) and the friendly staff here fit us in to a site for a month ($495) which reflects the rate I quoted. Small park so not as many functions as a larger one but participated in potluck breakfast/dinners which were excellent with a great variety of food and conversation. The staff at this park make it such a great place to stay by taking pride in keeping it very clean and appealing. A perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets are the highlight the day while sitting on their private pier. Only reason I didn't give this park a 10 is because the showers in the bathroom by the main office area are old/outdated and could be replaced. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Navarre area. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We had a wonderful experience at this park. Everything clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities. Clean laundry. We were responsible for our own trash which, I thought was odd considering how big the park is and the cost of the sites. The view was beautiful and the beach was super! Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $55.00
This is a very nice, clean, well maintained park. The sites are paved and growing trees offer some shade at different times of the day. The rear of the park is open to the sound (bay) with only a few sites that were taken. The staff was great for answering questions and making suggestions about the area. I took 1 point away because they did not offer recycling. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $55.00
Park is very clean. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area kept clean. There are only about 10 ocean sites but all units are a short walk to the small beach front. The Park hosts some social events like ice cream nights and pancake breakfasts. All sites have a good size cement pad with a side pad and picnic table. There is a gravel area next to the rig to park the car. Paved roads and easy access. Our rate was Good Sam, accepts AAA also. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

A nice camp ground, well laid out and easy to get around. The site was a good size and level with a concrete patio area and a gravel parking area for the toad. We had a back-in site at the 'beach' end of the park with some shade which meant the satellite didn't work, but the cable was really good. The 'beach' is a bit of a stretch as it is mainly a raised section filled with sand, with a small strip of real beach at Santa Rosa Sound. There is also a nice pier where there is a chance for a nice breeze. The pool looked very clean and was well used by the families staying there. There were dog walk areas, no runs. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate includes fees, Good Sam, and taxes. We stayed two nights because we wanted to be close to Navarre Beach Park. The sites are very tight and short. I had to pull through another site to back into our site. Had the other site been occupied already, I do not know how I would have backed into our site. We didn't spend much time in the campground itself as we were at the beach most of the day. The main highway in front of the campground is very busy, so patience is needed getting out. There are numerous department stores and grocery stores along the main road to pick from. The Navarre Beach is a real hidden gem in Florida. The water is warm and shallow. The sand is white and clean. There are lifeguards from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. My teenage kids loved it! We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $40.00
Small, very nice park directly on ocean side of highway. Sites are a little close together but with a pad and an area to park the car just beside of RV. Beautiful pier out into the water with covered cabana and private small sandy beach. Wouldn't personally pay the price for ocean front (only 4-5 sites) since you can see the ocean from most sites and easily walk to pier. If going west upon leaving it is a little hard to make the left turn into traffic. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

First, on the positive side the restrooms are clean, staff are friendly, sites right on the water with a nice pier, good views and rates are reasonable. Negative side, stayed for 3 months but had to shorten the stay by a month so the last month they forced me to move to another site. Why? The exercise room is a fitness center 3 miles away and you have to leave a $10.00 key deposit. They charge for Internet and electric. Other than that, it was a nice place, but will probably stay somewhere else next time. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Very clean well run park, staff excellent beach is kind of blah and had jellyfish all over it kind of a dull place, not much to do in area no good seafood places Lots of "snowbirds" We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed for 3 days and had a nice relaxing weekend. Unfortunately it is the rainy season and had rain almost every day. The park is very clean and the restrooms are cleaned daily. You could eat off the floor. The beach pier is very nice and provides nice summer breeze's. We had a Big pull-through site for our rig of 50+ feet. All the sites are well maintained and everyone was friendly. Check-in was a breeze. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

The park is absolutely beautiful and as clean as they come. The new pier is a great addition. The dolphins are fun to watch as they swim by. Would have rated it higher, but with the new management team the fun atmosphere of this place has dulled. We will look elsewhere next beach trip. Rate based on week's stay. Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $68.00
The park and sites are easy to get in/out of. The sites are level, concrete with grass yards and a picnic table. The hook ups are good with good water pressure. We stayed 1 night in a central pull through site and finished our week in a waterfront site. Having said that I don't think there is a "bad" site in the park. There are outdoor showers located at both beach entrances; and the beach area is small but clean with chairs, loungers and umbrellas. The staff was friendly and helpful, one member even came to our site to make sure we were settled in. We can't wait to go back. We camped at Emerald Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
