Campground was nice but very tight and crowded, we were unable to hook sewer hose up due to close proximity of next site. Roads are very small and hard to navigate because everyone's vehicles stick out into the road since the sites are small. Extreme rules of this campground made it unpleasant even though they didn't apply to us. Visitors must pay $5 to enter, $10 to hose off your camper, and Internet cannot be used for any online classes, etc. or you will be turned into law enforcement. Not sure how they monitor, but we didn't use it at all for fear that they would also track all our credit card info, etc. with whatever system they use to spy on you. When checking in, you sign and initial more than we did when purchasing a home. Park staff are constantly around but do not speak to you, instead reporting back to office manager and having her call. For instance, at 11:03, as we were outside coiling electric cord and water hose up, truck started and clearly leaving within the next few minutes, a staff member drove by and said something to the camper next to us. My husband waved and said hello, and got into the truck that I was already waiting in. As we were driving away (11:05) the office manager called to remind us in a syrupy-sweet and fake voice that check-out was at 11, and that her park staff had reported that there was no movement at our site and it looked like we had forgotten that we were supposed to leave that day. Had her staff bothered to speak to us or even observe us for a second, it would have been apparent that we were on our way out. Although the park was nice, all the rules and the way we were treated by staff made it clear to us that it wasn't the place for us. We enjoy parks that are nice but a bit more laid back, where park staff treat you like friends or neighbors, not potential criminals that happen to be their customers. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Truck Camper.

Tips for other Campers:

Navarre Beach was fantastic, and we were fascinated with watching the aircraft from a nearby base; we saw several Osprey helicopters and watched a plane practice dropping test bombs while lounging on the beach. Johnny Huston's grille and bar was tasty, we recommend the nachos and the Mac and cheese burger!

Overall a nice park. Once we registered we had an escorts to our site. Roads are narrow but more than manageable. There are a fewe full timers that bring the park down in my opinion. But not a deal breaker. Sires are close but we were out exploring most of the time so it was irrelevant to us. It is one of the cheaper campgrounds in the area. But it doesn't show it. Well kept, beautiful pool and great staff. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

stayed at one of the few waterview sites where you could actually sit at your site and see the water. Spaces are pretty tight but the location to the beach makes up for it. Campground has a fishing pier and a swimming area for those not wanting to travel to the gulf beach. We traveled over the summer with our grandkids. All of the staff went out of their way to help. We will stay there again when in the area. The ppol wasagood size but the water was very hot.Maybe needed to have a un-heated pool. Walmart and fuel less than 2 miles away. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. When we got back to truck after registering, there was someone waiting to escort us to our site. He helped get us backed in and stayed a little while to make sure we didn't need anything. Very clean restrooms and bath house. Paved roads and sites. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice gated park with friendly staff. Sites close together but had no trouble, landscape nothing special but clean with picnic table, umbrella, and working propane grill. Led to site by very helpful staff. Relaxing pier at "beach" area. Close to Navarre beach. If in area would stay again. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

The site had crushed stone, was level, had a picnic table on a cement patio, and was a pull through. We had plenty of room and grounds were beautifully landscaped. The park has full hook up. The cable was excellent, but the wifi left much to be desired. Wifi dropped my service 4 times and when I was on-line the system was slow. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. It is only a 10 minute drive to Navarre Beach. The park has a man made beach on the bay. The sand is great for the kids and the swings are very relaxing. The fishing pier stayed busy. I will stay at this campground again. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.

You can almost reach out and touch your neighbor. No privacy, helped having tinted windows in my motorhome. I stayed for a week and the price above is daily by dividing the weekly cost by 7 days. Too expensive for being so far from any activities but cheaper than other RV parks close by. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Very great staff. The was excellent and very helpful. Beach on site, great warm pool. Close to a lot of things. My only thing from keeping a 10 rating was that the WiFi was very spotty and did not work well. I had to use my phone. Would stay again. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

We are a young family with kids looking for a fun camping experience. This park was very nice and a great deal of fun. Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and efficient, they were directing RVs and escorting people to their sites. The park was very clean, had nice buildings and artistic decorations hanging throughout. The sites were very close - my sewer line was right in the middle of the neighbor's hangout area. I decided not to hook up sewer because it would be gross for them and instead I just dumped when we left. The pool and playground are both very nice and where we spent most of the time. "The beach" is definitely not a beach. They erected pilings and a break wall, so there is a sandy area, then a 9 foot cliff, then bay water. The kids wandered around a bit in the bay, but between the rocks and general muddiness it was not much fun. My 3 year old cut his foot very badly in the bay and we almost went to the emergency room. The park owners would be much much better off if they removed the wall and maintained a more typical "beach". In fact we will likely check out another park up the road because of this. To get to the beach you must drive about 15 minutes across the bridge to the large barrier island. Once there - the beach was beautiful and we had a great time. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful Park! Located on the gulf with nice sites, large fishing dock, and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 1 month (April 2014) and have already made reservations to come back for a month in 2015. We loved this park. Try the Shrimp Basket and One-Eyed Willies for great seafood and crayfish boil. Yum! We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

After driving by the other RV parks in the Navarre area, I liked this one best due to the fact that most of the sites are farther off the busy highway. The other parks look nice, but are right along the road. The sites fronting the road here were noisy too, but we stayed at site #194 which was farther in, and it obviously gets quieter as you move further into the park. Interior streets were paved and sites were gravel, some leveling with our jacks was required. The 50-amp power and water were strong. Site spacing was decent, and there was a concrete patio with a table at each one. There were two laundry rooms here, a small one with 4 washers and 4 dryers near the front of the park and a larger one with 6 of each in the back. Bathrooms and showers were modern and clean, with benches for toiletries at the showers. My wife was very happy that many birds seemed to flock to this area. Although the park is small, it had a short walking path along the east side that we enjoyed often, and a nice "tiki beach" sort of area that faces Santa Rosa Island to the south. That area had several chairs and a long walkway out into the water - nicely done! NOTE: if you're approaching this park from the east and your Google Maps or GPS indicate you should pass the park and make a U-turn to come back, don't do it - totally unnecessary. There is a perfectly good traffic signal at the front of the park with a left turn lane that the GPS databases don't seem to know about, even though it doesn't appear to be new. From the east, once you go through the signal in front of Walmart get into the left lane and turn left into the park at the next signal. It was very difficult to turn our rig around where the GPS indicated we should. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for the first time this year. Staff is friendly and you can see the beach from the southern end. The sites are gravel and close to one another. Maneuvering around is a challenge. It is close to many stores and attractions. We were originally assigned a place where our TT would not fit, and had to be moved to a different site. Sites are close also back to back. If you stay here, ask for a site on the outskirts, at least you won't have another TT or fifth wheel a few feet from the back of yours. This year it rained a lot, it hindered our experience. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.

I concur with many other reviewers. This is a friendly, extremely clean park, in which all services and amenities exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we were fortunate to see amazing sunsets from the fishing docks. It may be a bit pricey for some, but we believe we got more than we paid for. We originally were planning to stay at a different campground about 2 miles East, but after driving through and speaking with some of the staff determined those sites to be totally unsatisfactory. We are glad we made the change to NBC. Note: some of the "pull-thrus" are a bit tight when exiting the assigned site. Review before selecting site if you have a big rig. One of the nicest RV campgrounds we have ever visited! Park is kept clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Ladies and Men's facilities were nicer than what you'd find in most homes. Good pool. Short drive to Navarre beach. Pleasant area in the back of the park overlooks the water. Next time we're in this area, we will definitely stay here again. (Nice cabins available too -- ideal for non-RVers.) We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

Rate is for a waterfront site & it was worth it. Twenty feet of pavement between me and the beach. My extended family, who do not have RVs, stayed in cabins as we camped. This was a great place for our family reunion. Clean, well maintained, well run by friendly people. Cabins were nothing fancy, but worked just fine for two families with 4 kids each. The handicapped accessible cabin lacks much in the way of a kitchen, unfortunately. Convenient to Navarre Beach (two miles) and Pensacola Beach & Destin (both about 30 minutes). We were at the very end of the campground and Wi-Fi was weak on Ipods, but good on a laptop. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Navarre Beach Campground in a Motorhome.
