The bathrooms were clean. I don't advise taking long hair pets. There are so many sandspurs. Space for grill etc. Concrete pad. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Truck Camper.

Have stayed here several times and always satisfied. Campground is located across the street from the beach. The pool has recently been refurbished. There is a kiddie pool also. Bathhouses are clean and quite adequate. Also has an onsite store for supplies and a laundromat. Not the fanciest place but always welcoming and comfortable. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Based on past reviews we didn't really know what to expect. On arrival we were happy to see a nice pool with some covered area with tables and lounge chairs. Although we had a reservation there was someone already in our site. The office staff worked quickly to get us into another site close to our other family members we were camping with. As others have noted this is an older park and is lacking in some areas. However, the management and staff are making improvements. The pool has been refurbished as well as the restrooms and showers. No there isn't a lot of lush green landscaping but this park is very near the beach with sandy Florida soil that is hard to get anything to grow in without a lot of water and attention. The roads are a little rough but no worse than some other campgrounds. Staff is always out checking on things and available. Trash is picked up at your site. Utilities were on the wrong side but not a problem. Overall a good experience and we would camp here again. We camped in a travel trailer. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

I believe this is a former KOA. Campers are packed in one on top of another with barely 10 feet separating the units. There is also the issue of hookups. Some have the water and electric on the opposite side making for interesting routing of cable and hose. The campground is situated within a stone's throw of an amusement park and along a main street making it a less than peaceful location It is however in the midst of the action making it a relatively short walk to the beach. The pool is clean and well kept. The taxes are a killer here with additions for "transient Tax", "Bed Tax (I brought my own but was still taxed)", "County Sales Tax" etc. The store is well stocked and the staff competent. This is a one time visit for us. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Motorhome.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The park is an older one...but they are upgrading slowly. I found 2 sandspurs in the bottom of our shoes in 4 days...so I can't say that was a real issue. There is some road noise but I can't say light or noise impacted our stay at all. Bathhouse was remodeled and was nice and clean. It's not a perfect park, but the location is good and the services were all very adequate. The only inconvenience was that power and water hookups were on the front of the camper? I find it difficult to complain about this park. We will come back. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Do check out Surfside Grill a couple of miles down the road for fresh, steamed seafood. It's a hole in the wall....but well worth stopping in!

An absolute slum! The worst campground/trailer park on PCB. Bathrooms are nasty and not repaired (holes in ceiling through the roof, tiles falling off shower and floor, no outside lights around the bathrooms). Sewage constantly backing up into the park from the permanent trailers. There is no grass, the ground is completely covered with sand spurs. It's obvious the maintenance workers don't actually work. It shows all over the park. Being a trailer park, the permanent residents were mean and rude with lots of drama. Homeless guys roaming the park and sleeping in the bathroom.

Just a nasty place, I won't ever be back and I'd NEVER bring my kids here! We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Motorhome.

Price reflects GS discount. We will never stay here again! You are paying for beach access which is across the street & behind a huge nightclub. So you walk across a huge asphalt parking lot, around the side and then onto the beach. Sites are small & cramped with nothing but asphalt, sand & burrs everywhere. No where to walk the dog where his feet weren't burning from concrete or hot sand; then had to pick burrs off of him once back inside. I will say that the staff was very friendly & the pool was big, nice & clean. Nightclub across the street flashes it's sign all night & lots of noise. Next time we will opt for one of the other campgrounds off the main drag & drive to the beach. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for nearly 3 months January-March 2014. The park is a little old and the roads are beat up but the people are fantastic. This is the perfect location for beach access and being close to everything. I had a great stay here. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Motorhome.

I put $85 a night but I am not sure what the cost per night is since we decided to stay longer! This is a wonderful place to be. The campground is nice and the Staff are AMAZING! They are always helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy at your campsite. There is free WiFi and it is just a short walk across the road to the beach. It's actually within walking distance of everything! I've made this our new Beach getaway place. The price is great, the location is great, and the people are amazing! So happy we found this little paradise away from home. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

This could be a nice park if they ever decide who they want to cater to. There were a lot of old run down units in the park that had been there awhile, some of which didn't look as if they were being used. Along the back side were mobile homes that had aged as well. Park roads and pads need some work. The Staff was friendly and great. Large neon signs across the road flashed all night. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Not really terrible, but this place is so loaded with sand spurs it is their Wi-Fi password. Our dogs would not walk off the patio because of the sand spurs. I am still digging them out of my carpet. The laundry was really nice, the staff seemed pretty friendly, and they have a pretty well stocked store. Beach access is fine. But we would not stay here again. This campground is an absolute dump, never again! Our neighbor is a full timer and their patio area looks like Sanford & Son. After walking our dog we found that most of the sites are the same way. I wouldn't dare even try to go into the rest rooms or swim in the pool. This trip was coordinated with good friends from Tennessee staying in a condo less than a mile down the road or we would have moved to another campground. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. 300 yards across Thomas Dr to the beach. Near enough to everything to be convenient, and a nice facility with a great camp/grocery/beach/RV supplies store. $330/week. The Wi-Fi is not usable. The sandspurs are horrible in the campground. They find their way in no matter how careful you are. PCB is a party town, the nights are loud anywhere on the strip, especially holidays. That said, this campground may not be where you want to stay with children. Beach access across the street, is next to LaVela Adult Club. The sign was blindingly bright (even through camper windows at night), with questionable messaging (children should not ask what means). The patrons spill out onto the beach in the evening, all night and were asleep on the beach in the morning. The sheer volume of trash on the beach, and washing into the ocean was sad. We heard on the news that LaVela bought more property across the street, which will expand the place next door too. Inside the gated park: the mobile home behind us was loud w/ domestic violence/ profanity issues. To our back was a long term camper with nightly loud drinking with visible bottles. Children rode bicycles unsupervised through campsites knocking over lights. We spend very little time at the camper. We drove east to beach access 16, where there is some parking, and west to Laguna beach, which we love. If you drive down 30A towards Destin be sure to eat at "Local Catch." Its a gem of a find! Showers were terrible near the pool. No lock on door and no label Men or Women. Only knew when there were urinals in one. 2 toilets in women were in open - no stalls. Anyone can walk in on you in shower since they were not labelled - it may be a man or a woman. Not safe and looks like they haven't updated in 10 years. Tiles falling off and just dirty. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.
