Of the 40 sites all but about eight were occupied by permanent residents. We were the only over nighters we noticed. This may be because the park is about four miles from I-10, which means no traffic noise. The Wi-Fi worked fine and has an ID & password required to sign in. Many RV parks do not think it is important to have a password which allows hackers access to your private information. The bathrooms consisted of one mens room and one women's room. The mens had two toilets side by side with no privacy divider and one enclosed shower & a sink. The door could be locked. I talked to one resident adult who was fishing in the adjoining lakes - he had caught a few 1-1/2 lb large-mouth bass in the lakes and was hunting a four pounder he had seen. Overall the park is a bit crowded with permanent folks and not the best deal for the price. If in the area again, I don't think we would stay here. New management is starting to bring this park back. Still a lot to do but progress is being made. We used park as a base camp to visit relatives so it worked out fine. Some satellite TV friendly sites, Sprint data card worked OK. We camped at Leisure Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Very unattractive park. Small lots are gravel & dirt, most without picnic tables. Looks like an old parking lot. Not well kept up. We guess the place was damaged by Hurricane Katrina and not fixed up again. Close to Pensacola and handy to the Naval Air Museum, but not a place to stay and relax. What a dump, terrible restroom & shower, 1 washer & 1 dryer, not a lot to choose from in pensacola, but wouldn't choose this one again. We camped at Leisure Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
Clean, well managed, ALL sites back up to a pretty lake. Fishing available. No shade. Very good restaurant on site, for take out or eat at picnic tables. Two miles west of first I 10 exit in Florida, coming in from Alabama, on US 90. We camped at Leisure Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
Very clean and very well groomed park. Three lakes stocked with fish and campers are allowed to catch any amount of fish. A lot of nice size catfish in all the lakes. Fish from your site is very easy. We spent 5 days at this new campground and enjoyed every minute. Close to all attractions in Pensacola. Highly recommend this park to anyone. They offer
weekly and monthly rates also. We camped at Leisure Lakes RV Park in a camper.
We spent three months at this campground and we highly recommend it! Telephone sites are being added to every site as I e-mail this. Joan and Gene Jones care about their campground. There is a limit to the amount of fish...three per day and fishing is only from 9-6, but if you want a serene, dog friendly campground with easy access to all the other areas, this is the place!
