we stayed here for an overnight because of proximity to I-10. To owners credit, when we called first, he did admit that the few sites they reserved for overnights were the most level of his sites. He also tried diligently to get us power; the designated site had been converted to 50 amp from 30 amp and the 30 amp outlet was disconnected. He could not find an adapter to convert his 50 amp to 30 amp; we are in a micro travel trailer.
Our impressions: 10 miles off I-10, sites were marginally level and we had to disconnect to level us, front to back; The bath house was atrocious - only one male toilet and shower stall and only one female. The bath rooms should have been repainted at least 10 years ago; the walls and floor were stained and pealing paint - NOT CLEAN! This is a marina, but the baths were not clean enough to clean fish or cut bait, certainly not for human use, IMHV. We would not stay here again. We camped at Ingram's Marina in a Travel Trailer.
This place is just OK. STOP before the office to register. There is no room to turn if you drive to the office. Roads are dirt/sand. Sites are dirt/sand/gravel/grass. Mostly this seems to be a place for fisherman. Adequate room for big rigs. Friendly people. Restaurant on lake front is only a one block walk. (We didn't try it.) We camped at Ingram's Marina in a Motorhome.
