Nothing fancy! The photos on their website show the park several years ago. There are many travel trailers from the 1960's that have been set up permanently with rooms added on. Also there are mobile homes. Some trailers are inhabited year round rentals, some are seasonal rentals. Many trailers are left year round, but inhabited by out of state owners seasonally. There are transient trailers that come and go, but not many.
There is only one female and one male toilet/shower room which serves the pool, the club house, and any camper without facilities. The toilets are not adequate for the quantity of people using them. EVERY concrete pad on each site is broken and uneven. Some are unsafe! I recommend camping here only if you have toilet and bath facilities inside your RV. We camped at Highlands Wheel Estates (55+ park) in a Travel Trailer.

Highlands Wheel Estates is a old classic, Florida mobile home park/RV park. The management team are excellent hosts with a great knowledge of the Sebring area. Although old, the park is very clean, the pool is great, and the sites are fairly big. Some sites have shade. There are lots of activities for residents. Laundry room is clean and prices are very reasonable. There is a roomy clubhouse with kitchen. Many sites are occupied year round and the park is full during the winter season. Our rate was based on Passport America. Sebring has every type of store you can ask for, including 2 RV/camping stores a little north of town on U.S. 27. We are here for 2 weeks and will be back for even longer next time We camped at Highlands Wheel Estates (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.
