First of all, call to get all the details about wifi and cable. Deceptive advertising is becoming rampant! 2nd, we were pre-assigned a site, but when we went to it, it was already occupied. They gave us, at no extra cost, a "premium" riverside site @ no extra charge..........."Thule Marsh" side is more appropriate. I had to spray ant hills, the water connection leaked a steady stream, every general rule in their pamphlet was broken by most, if not all permanent residents. Wifi is available, at extra cost, and somehow, they screwed it up 2 straight days, to where it was out 2 hrs one afternoon and out all night, from 5pm until we left the next morning! The cable TV is also an extra charge, but OTA is just fine! The managers don't seem to know what is going on, and are never available. Tried to call, but the phone was on answering machine, every time! Suggestion.............Go somewhere else!!! - Dennis H

Have stayed here before. Has a pool, no hot tub. Bingo and potluck every other week. People are friendly. - Jane-D100

This park is small which makes for a homey and cozy environment. The club house, screened deck and pool were nice and made for casual community socializing. The sites were comfortable and the views of the river pretty. - The Ellis Family

Great deal for Passport America! This is a friendly, older, 55+ retirement mobile home/RV community that has an area set aside for shorter term stays. Pull-through sites have different things available, like some have picnic tables, some have concrete pads. All sites have water/sewer/electric, and some have shade trees, & all are very sandy. Lovely heated pool area. Restrooms are dated but clean. 2 nice laundry areas are available. Bugs are abundant (ants, skeeters, gnats, no see-ums). Many OTA TV stations. We would come back! - R&S

This is the most wonderful park we've ever stayed at. Clean, wonderful people, endless activities. We've been coming to this park for 5 winters and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. - arespiratory

Yes, most of the campers were friendly, however, many of the permanent residents were not - they did not appreciate the "outsiders". Noisy park - every day. Great dance hall - dancing every two weeks! Decent WiFi in the clubhouse - none at campsites. Campsites very tight and rough and dirty. Water condition - terrible! Has anyone heard the term "volume" (is all that matters - NOT the pressure!) Crazy! For weeks, pressure was only 35 psi. After complaining (polite discussions with owner), they made some improvement - should have been done long before - pressure went up to about 50 psi - still minimal. Been to a dozen or more other parks in Florida - private and public - all at least 55 psi and usually 60+ psi. And, the water smells bad! Glad to be gone and will not return! BTW - anyone 50+ years of age can attend their dances ($5 per person). Stay someplace else - lots of other choices. - wjhgolf4
